Decided I wanted to give an evil character a try here. :3 So, here he is...

[Appearance:] Ratchet is a small meerkat, lithe and agile. His fur is a tad bit shorter than the average, and though it holds the usual meerkat pattern, it has an odd coloration; it is a more light tan than most meerkats, while his stripes are designed like dribbling blood and have a maroon hue- the tip of his tail is very much the same. Ratchet owns short claws and serrated fangs, ones only a hint longer than typical for his age group. His irises are a stunning blood-red, ones that emit an obscure glow.
[Personality:] Although young and naive, Ratchet is one fiesty little guy. He is easily angered and swift to lunge into battle, even into ones he knows he cannot prevail in (he can be rather foolish when picking his battles). He's very aggressive and, though only six months old, is strictly bloodthirsty. Ratchet is also incredibly hyperactive- it's a rare find to see him tired. Because of this, he love to playfight, although his outlook on "playfight" is much more vigorous than just a genial game...

He definately has potential to be a Phantom. He should fit in just fine You can bring him in when ever you want.
