I'm planning on writing a novel this winter break, but I can't seem to decide what. I'm gonna leave a description of the five or so I'm thinking of, then I want you to vote on the one you think I should do. It will help a lot.
1- Fourth- August Sparks lives in a world where after a woman has her third child, she's turned sterile. So August shouldn't have happened. Nobody can know what she is, or she's going to be sent to a place where all the children who are revealed to be fourths go. She's caught one day, and is taken there. Life is hell, and everyone is divided- the kids who are there because their parents tricked the doctors, and the kids who are there because the doctors screwed up and didn't make the woman sterile. The ones who are doctor accident are treated so much better- the two sides fight often. Then, August hears news of the three rebel girls who live in the mountains of the place, and their legends. Will the fighting stop between the two sides in time to realize a greater enemy?
2- Stranded- Katie Hallsworth and five others are stranded after their cruise ship, well, implodes. The island is inhabitated by a tribe of other teenage castaways, who allow them in, but there might be a little too much drama going on. Plus, there's the tribe of hardcore and brutal group of adults, that very much hate the teenage tribe. Will they get home alive?
3. Rise From The Dead- Storm, Turtle, and Topaz are trying to rebuild their Gang, HiddenGang, that was lost in the great battle almost three years ago. But, a few other of the cat gangs don't want them back, and will kill to stop it. Plus the inside quarrels, love triangles, leadership issues, and just size might stop them before blood is even shed by enemy claws.
4. The Web- When police officer Alice Cookingham saves a wanted man, Alex Connoly, from being killed, all she does is turn him in. When somebody tries to kill him, he pleads his innocence, so she helps him escape. Soon, Alice discovers she's in for more than she asked for, when she discovers the chief officer and his sons are all corrupt- and are trying to kill Alex, because he knows why, and, who, they've killed. And now they want Alice, too, for getting away with their wanted man. Is death their only way out of this tangled web?
5. (If the Web is the winning vote, I'll write these novels after, for a trilogy)
Chasing Sanity- Alex may have gotten away, but he's not sane. Or, less sane than he was before. Even though Ivy has helped him escape from his awaiting conviction, he can't seem to get away from it. Alice is there every time he closes his eyes- and in a bad way, too. Being on the run, for the second time, he's out of places to go. However, when somebody tries to kill him again, he realizes something- not everyone who he thinks is dead, is dead.
Ready to Fall- It's been five years since corrupt police chief Don Rogers was killed. Alice and Alex have a child now, a young girl named Mae. When she's kidnapped, Alice knows who it is. Don's last surviving son, Joe Rogers. Her and Alex get in a fight once she starts to see that Ivy's daughter has a resemblance to Alex, and she says their marriage is over. Angry, she leaves in search of her daughter, while Ivy and Alex are doing the same, looking for Mae. Everything is going to end here. Without a doubt people, not just the bad guys, are going to die.
