HISTORY
Dustdevil was the last litter mothered by Hurricane and fathered by Tornado.  He grew up rather normally, close to his sister Blizzard while quite the opposite with his other sister, Sheer Cold.  After his mother died, he took the role of dominant male for a short time, even after his older sister Lightningstorm overthrew his other sister Angelbreath... Until wild male Electric overthrew him.  Dustdevil was shortly reunited with his sister Blizzard, but the two then left the group.

DESCRIPTION
Dustdevil is a normal meerkat.  His fur is slightly reddish in places, he has a somewhat scruffy appearance.

PERSONALITY
Dustdevil is fast.  He's quick thinking, quick to act and quick to jump to conclusions.  He's a loyal and dedicated member, but he is extremely rash and impulsive.  He's also stubborn and wild, he will not listen to reason when he's angry and once he makes up his mind, that's it.  He's not good at following directions and would rather do things his way, when he wants to do it.  He will not be pushed around and will defend himself and his sister, Blizzard.  He has his mother's attitude but none of her ambition.  Though being a dominant is nice it has too much responsibility.  Dustdevil is a free spirit and likes to be able to do what he wants in life.  He hates babysitting, hates sentry duty.  He can be quite vicious at times, maybe even a bully.  He is known to steal food often.  He will be submissive to a dominant though.  He is not a bad meerkat but can be useful if handled in the right way.  Dustdevil is extremely irritable.  Empathy is not something he's gifted with, he may hurt someone's feelings on accident.  But he is still a loyal meerkat and loves his sister.
