By the way Pancake, I wanted to recommend a book for you, it's a lot like Watershipdown. It's called Fire Bringer.

I've also read The Sight. One of the best books ever!

Right, I love Fire Bringer, I want to read the Sight, but I haven't taken the time to see if they have it at the library. I'm either really busy, or really lazy.

I liked The Sight better, but that was just me. I've also read the sequel, Fell.

I met someone on WolfQuest who's username was sgorr, I imediatly knew he had read the book, he also said he liked the Sight better, I WANNA READ IT!!! LOL

Well, like in Watershipdown, they are trying to earn freedom by running away and there is some evil guy who sends gurds after them to and makes sure no more escape, and in Watershipdown they have the guards marked with scratches from their claws, and in Fire Bringer, they mark the sgorrla with scars on their heads. Also in the end the main character dies at an old age, it is basicly the same, in fact one of the critics commented saying, "it is like a deer version of Richard Adam's Watershipdown."

I loved the book The Sight, Fell wasn't bad for a sequel but wasn't as good.

Alot of people think that Warriors was based off Watership Down somewhat.

I didn't think Fell was as good as the Sight either, but it wasn't bad.
The Sight, along with the first Warriors series, is the only book I have managed to read twice.
