Roleplay - 19th September

Morning Glory stood on her back legs and took up sentry duty whilst the group rested.

Amused by the group talking about the ‘black meerkats’, Va snuck away from the group and sat next to one of the side entrances to the burrow tormenting the beetles by knocking them back down the slope as they tried to clean.

Sleeping underground, Sanders began to dream about finding his missing brother.

Karma yawns feeling the onset of drowsiness. She watches the sunset, her mind full of thoughts of today's events.

Antabellum krept towards a group, she needed somewhere to stay...

Splash emerged slowly, getting over her fear. She sees the newcomer and stops in her tracks, shivering before returning below ground in a flash.

Half asleep, Karma doesnt notice the new meerkat making her approach toward the group.

Antabellum chirps and lowers her head. She was no threat.

Karma hears a chirp and snaps out of her drowziness. She spots Antabellum and eyes her curiously.

Bahiya looks up at Antabellum, still drowzy, she lowered it again.

Stratus looks to Morning Glory to see whether or not this female could join.

Morning Glory chirped and wandered over to the new female cautiously. Approaching Antabellum she sniffed her and waited for a response.

Karma smiles at the new comer hoping she gets accepted into the group. She waits to see what Morning Glory's decision will be.

Nimbus approaches the newcomer and sniffs her, unsure.

Morning Glory roughly scent marked Antabellum and hurried back to the group to begin grooming Stratus.

Karma pads over to Antabellum and peeps a greeting. It was great that another female has been relieved of having to spend another night alone.

Stratus returned Morning 's grooming.

Bahiya caomes over and peeps a, hello, to the new kat.

Splash shivered, still not easily trusting of new meerkats. She goes below ground.

Karma sees some ticks on Antabellum and helps to groom them off.

Pamela smiles at Antabellum and walks over to her.

Antabellum smiles softly.

Satisfied with the grooming, Morning Glory headed below ground hoping to rest her aching limbs and wounds.

Va had got bored of tormenting the beetles and scampered round to the group to inspect the new comer.

Sound asleep, Sanders had rolled onto his back and had his little arms and legs resting on Chester Quavers.

Splash shivers and lies down in the burrow, tired. But she can't seem to fall asleep.

Bahiya gets tired and heads below ground. She sees the shivering outlines in the dark that was Splash. She crept over and started to gently groom Splash to help calm her.

Splash calms down, but still isn't tired. Content, she closes her eyes a little, not out of being tired, but from the grooming... She chrrs a little.

Bahiya still felt nervous about Morning Glory possibly finding out about her little secret which she knew would not stay a secret for long. Not wanting to make Splash more anxious with her own vibes of anxiety, she relaxes and continues grooming her.

Overcomed by drowsiness, Karma heads below ground and lays down against the wall of the burrow then looks toward the burrow entrance sadly. Chris' will be no longer joining the group below ground. Karma lays her head down and thinks about Chris.

Pamela goes below ground and lies down.
