occ : Ive put a bio up for Annie she is 7 but i dont really want her to mate this early ,

Unaware of Unk being in the area, Carnation has realized the burrow is nowhere in sight. The only thing that surrounds her now is a disorienting sea of grass. She looks around, slightly paniced. She starts to make contact calls hoping she hadn't wondered TOO far out of the group's hearing range. Unable to see where she could end up or which way she could take to get back to the burrow, her panic increases.

Meanwhile, Mischka had finished his self grooming and is now just enjoying the veiw of the vast beauty of the Kalahari landscape. He's unaware of his love interest's crisis but is brewing up a plan in his mind that will some how and hopefully bring them together.

Gavan smiles at Lady pink then stood sentry

PK chrrs to Penny, trying to calm her. He scans the area trying to spot them.

Kal finds a beetle larva.

Sacha finds an ants nest and attempts to eat as many as possible.

Penny clings to PK

Felicity stands up , she can hear contact calls , she heads towards them unaware its Carnation

Kiki cuddles Penny trying to reasure her

Abby is asleep

Sophie is also asleep

Carnation barks her distress calls. She's afraid to move, fearing it could lead her further away from the burrow and into unknown and/or dangerous territory. She desperately hopes someone finds her, if not she'll just have to take the risk and keep moving, hoping her aimless wander will lead her back home.

Mischka looks in the direction that leads to where the Oreos mob's burrow is and sighs. He can't think of a way to cleverly unite him and his beloved Carnation together. He just isn't quick when it comes to thinking up ingenious plans. Desperate to want to see his love interest again, Mischka decides to take the risk of returning to the scene of the crime. He knows the Oreo males must be onto him by now and most likely have stepped up their look out for him so he will have to be very careful. He gets up and heads off towards the Oroe's burrow.

Felicity finds Carnation and chirps reassuring her.

Penny accepted Kikis hug , she looked around

Kiki cuddled together with the young female

Carnation sees Felicity and bounds over to her sounding a series of relieved chirps.

Felicity smiles and begins to head back to the burrow

Kiki looks around on her hind legs

Penny sits whimpering

Carnation eagerly follows Felicity. She trusts Felicity knows how to get back and relaxes.

Gavan is unware and is doing Sentry

Joey growled, ignoring the contact calls, unaware of who it was.

Gavan was getting hungry but still did Sentry

Carnation is disoriented as they travel through the dense sea of tall grass. She hopes Felicity knows the way that'll lead them back to the burrow because she has no idea how to tell which way will since every direction she looks in is pure grass.

Gavan is still doing Sentry

Kal and Sacha keep foraging.

PK looks around.

Felicity jumps over some tufts of grass she peeped to Carnation alerting her that they were nearly home

Penny watched the sky whimpering

Kiki stood sentry next to Gavan

Carnation sighs in relief. She's so glad to know that Felicity knew how to get back. She steps around the tufts of grass carefully and stays alert to any venomous snakes that may be hidden under neathe.

PK peeps to Penny, trying to assure her that they couldn't have gotten far so quick. They would return home.

Kal and Sacha keep digging, but foraging isn't so productive at the burrow.

Gavan growled Some Female has to make lead Calls

Carnation can see small openings in the grass and can partially see a clearing of flat land. Could it be the burrow grounds? She quickens her pace, desperate to want to find out.

Gavan growled again he was hugry

ooc: Meh I'm gonna put my Carnation and Mischka plot into action now :3

Suddenly, the familiar screeching sound of a bird of prey reaches Carnation's ears. She snaps her head up to the sky and spots a large martial eagle soaring over head. She lets out a big gasp and quivers down, her eyes glimmer with terror. She whimpers and begins to shake uncontrollably from fear. Even though she and Felicity are blended in with the grass, there's still a risk of them being spotted by this keen eyed bird. The only way they're going to be safe is if they get below ground.

One thing suddenly stops Mischka in his tracks. He too spots the martial eagle. His predation risk is doubled since he's out in the open. He moves his head in the directions the large bird of prey soars in the sky, his eyes pinned on it intensely. He can't risk staying out in the open for too long or he'll be putting his life at stake. Frantically and almost panic strickenly, he swivels his head, desperately trying to spot some kind of cover he can take shelter in and hopes what ever he hides in will prevent him from being spotted.
