Roleplay- 3rd of December

Tyler does senrty Around the Burrow and sounds the alarm when he sees a hawk in the air

Lancaster spots the hawk and sounds a distress bark. He picks up Triscuit and moves her into the safty of the burrow. After placing her down, he heads back above ground and stands at the burrow slope where he watches the hawk's flight pattern closely. He sounds alarm peeps, warning the babysitters to get below ground.

Triscuit curls into herself and whimpers, scared. This is the second hawk alarm in one day and it's making her nervous. She was lucky twice to have not been noticed in her injured state but this is one of many close calls for her to come.

Rio is still sleeping, and isnt woken up by the sentry call.

Sarah stares at Rio curiously.

Rio, still asleep, doesnt relize whats happening

Lancaster bobs his head as he watches the bird of prey soar over head. He growls a warning call telling everyone to get below ground before it's too late.

Triscuit is still tucked into herself below ground. She's too scared to move.

Bravo darts below ground.

Carmella is above ground.

Lancaster sees his niece out in the open. Fueled by bravery at the moment, he risks his life to get her out danger. He trots over to her, gently picks her up by the scruff and brings her into the safty of the burrow.

Unaware of the danger that's occuring at the burrow, Tank has moved to rest under a camel thorn tree. He lays flat on his back and watches a flock of drongos fly over head in a relaxed mood.

Carmella strangely wiggles violently in an attempt to get free. She wants to stay outside.

Lancaster's jaw drops, causing his mouth to gape open and drop Carmella to the ground. Her sudden violent squirming had taken him off gaurd and startled him.

Snicker is in the burrow, by Triscuit.

Jackie and Snowflake are in the shade, unaware of the hawk attack at the burrow.

Buckeye is still on sentry.

Hearing warning calls, Ashtail snapped out of her thoughts. Seeing everyone going in the burrow, she knew that meant danger was around. Grunting, she tried to get up. The pain and weakness ran through her, causing her to collapse. Growling, she tried again. She knew she had to get to the burrow, and quick. She was too easy of a target in her current condition.

Lancaster hears a grunt and looks over to see Ashtail struggling to get up. He hurries over to her and offers her some assistance. He watches Carmella at the same time.

Carmella walks over to her previous spot and stares at nothing.

Sarah follows Lanchester.

Thanks to Lancaster, Ashtail finally managed to get up. Her body trembled a bit, but fueled by determination, she attempted to walk to the burrow. She refused to die. Not today. The pain was nearly unbearable at this point due to her resting before, but she knew she had to get to the burrow and out of harm's way. That was the only thing keeping her from collapsing or stopping.
