Role Play- 8th of December

Carnation doesn't notice Maple getting choked up as she has her eyes tensely pinned on Starburst. She watches her holding her breath. The suspense of what Maple's fate will be is making her nervous but she's confident that the new female will gain acceptance into the group.

Acacia notices Maple, and hurries over to comfort her with some grooming. Smudge looks up at Maple, cooing softly. He doesn't understand what's wrong but he still wants to help.

Mellow Yellow has lost interest in the goings on, and is busy trying to amuse himself. He tries to provoke Smudge into a game of playfighting, but when Smudge doesn't show any interest Mellow Yellow sulks off before trying to find another playmate.

Penny bounds over to Mellow Yellow

Felicity watched Staarburst

Mellow Yellow perks up when he sees Penny. Perhaps she will play with him!

PK looks over at Maple, concerned.

Kal and Sacha watch Starburst.

Carnation looks over at Maple, offering her a reassuring and confident smile but then notices her to be upset about something. She frowns sympathetically at the female and chirps wondering what's wrong. Thinking it's because she's becoming uneasy about what Starburst could do to her, she leans against her trying to comfort her and offers her some grooming, reassuring her that everything will be fine. She's confident that Starburst will accept her into the group.

Feeling others grooming her, Maple uncovers her eyes slowly, sniffling. While the grooming was helping her feel a bit safer, it didn't help with easing her mind about her sister. She slowly tries to calm herself, thinking about all this now wasn't a good idea. Not when she was trying to be accepted into the mob.

Mellow Yellow pounces on Penny playfully.

Smudge sits down next to Acacia, looking up at Maple.

Carnation feels better seeing Maple calming down. Acting casual will increase her chances of being accepted. She worries any strange behaviors could make Starburst Suspcious and having become a good friend to Maple, she'd be devestated if she gets rejected. She has no idea that Maple's anxiety is about her missing sister, Fable.

A lonely femme name Poilu came around the mob. She slunk around like a ferret towards them.

Carnation raises her ears upward as she heard a strange sound. She turns to see a female approaching and peeps alerting the group of the presence of another new comer. Perhaps like Maple, she too is looking for acceptance.

PK continues looking at Maple, making sure she's okay.

Sacha and Kal look over at Poilu.

Maple manages to calm herself at long last. Before long, she hears the noise and notices another meerkat approaching. Was she looking for acceptance as well? She would go and investigate, but seeing how she was in a submissive position, she merely watched Poilu.

Carnation watches Poilu curiously. Seeing that she's in a submissive pose she's calm but keeps her gaurd up incase she suddenly show signs of aggression.

Poilu comes crawling over. She lays on her back and churps.

Carnation smiles warmly at Poilu. It's obvious she isn't a threat so there's no need to be wary. She glances at Starburst. Now she has 2 newcomers to decide the fates of. Hopefully both of them will be accepted.

PK hears Poilu's chirp and looks over to see her. He then looks over at Starburst to see what she'll do.

Sacha and Kal also look over.

Poilu crawls closer

Carnation bobs her head as Poilu increased her proximity to the group. She faces her, having the urge to introduce herself.

Poilu stands up and says hi in a shy way. she sits down in front of Carnation.

Carnation peeps a greeting back to Poilu. She can see that she's shy so she keeps her distance for now to respect the new female's space.

PK smiles welcomingly to Poilu. She hadn't been accepted into the group yet, but she had the right personality and was showing submission.

Maple watches Poilu. She was just like herself... A shy, friendly, and compassionate female. Hopefully, herself and Poilu would be accepted into this mob.

Carnation watches Poilu, thinking about the day she first met the Oreos. Like her and Maple, she was shy and skittish but the longer she's been here, the experiances she had while residing in the mob and the great friends she's made, have helped to bring out her out going and bold side. She knows eventually the same will happen with Poilu and Maple.
