Antebellum emerged. She was slim again. The group had gotten too overcrowded, resulting in Antebellum aborting her litter. She really hated to have to do what she did, but she didn't want to watch her pups starve due to overcrowding. She glanced off in the distance, wishing the group went back to when she had first joined, when it wasn't too crowded to really have a litter with the one you loved.

Karma opens her eyes, blinking them rapidly to try to get rid of her gorgginess. She remains where she is, still too drowsy to emerge.

Elena remains below ground, but she's awake and alert.

Skyler was resting her head on her paws, her brown eyes shut. The pup didn't feel like getting up this morning. She was getting to be a bit cramped in the burrow, and she missed some of her old friends. She did wonder where they were. The pup yawned.

Elena yawns and gets up, since she's going to need to eventually.

Karma shifts on to her back, gazing up at the burrow ceiling in an unease stare. It's going on another week of not seeing any signs of the rest of the Tiny Kats, including her precious daughter Mericle. Her hopes of the Comets ever getting a chance to see the Tiny Kats again or of them being alive is begining to wane. It's begining to look like this split could be permanent.

Jupiter awakens and soon emerges from the bolt hole. She sat by the entrance, starring off into the distance. Like most of the others, she, too, worried and missed the rest of the Tint Kats. Would they ever see them again? Would this splinter group be permanent? She sighs, hoping by some miracle, the two split groups would get back together.

Puzzle was still asleep below ground, and so was Nashita.

Topaz was slowly awaking. Her wound was much better, almost healed completely. Now her back didn't hurt so much, but did some times when she was in a certain position.

Elena emerges quietly, seeing Jupiter up as well. By now her pregnancy is visible, and there's no hiding the truth now. She sits up as she warms up in the sun, expecting no good to come out of this day.

Karma's thoughts of concern are soon replaced by thoughts of getting the day started. She pushes herself up on all 4s and stretches out the front half of her body, extending her limbs, then scampers above ground eager to take on what today throws at this large portion of the Tiny Kats spliter group. She utters a series a good morning chirps to Jupiter and Elena as she emerges. She doesn't notice that Elena is carrying a precarious secret which is no more now that it's visible.

Elena doesn't respond as to not draw attention to herself. She herself has been aware of the visible signs of her pregnancy for several days now, but will the others find out now? She sighs quietly at the thought of what might happen. Before she had never thought about the possibilities of eviction and was't concerned about it because it had been nature and predators that had plagued her birth mob, not other meerkats. Now that she is carrying a litter though, her careless attitude about her own well being has vanished.

Jupiter sighs. Antebellum had been forced to abort her litter, when she didn't deserve to do so. All because the splinter was getting too big. She gazes down. Was she a bad leader? Had she made a wrong choice to take the role of dominate female? Things had been growing harder to control. She was luckily in too much thought to really even notice Elena's stomach.

Puzzle soon awakens and emerges, shaking some sand off his fur.

Nashita continues to sleep.

Topaz slowly emerges not long after Puzzle, now able to walk with more ease, as it didn't cause too much pain anymore.

Karma glances at Antebellum frowning with sympathy. It was heartbreaking that she had to abort her litter to save the group from growing out of control in numbers. She sighs imagining Antebellum must feel crushed for having to make such a huge sacriface for the sake of the mob's survival. It may have saved the litter from being born into a life of stuggle but they're lives that had been refused the chance of experiencing life outside their mother's tummy.

Elena is also aware of what happened to Antebellum, and does feel sad, but she has concerns of her own right now. Should she give up hiding and plead to Jupiter to let her stay now, or wait until Jupiter finds out on her own? She has some thinking to do.

Antebellum sat on her haunches, her head gazing down to the desert sand. She is too last in her own self pity to notice that Elena is carrying a litter, which, considering her young age, is most likely her first.

Karma gazes down at the ground, feeling uncertain about what the future will hold for this large portion of the Tiny Kats. Their numbers are at a precarious size and having another litter now could have dire consequences for any pups born into the group. Little does she know Elena is currently carrying pups fathered by the rogue male Bandit.

Blazer, still a but ruffled from sleep, emerges, but is unsteady on his tiny pup sized paws. He stumbles about before finally tumbling down into the sand, which is thankfully cushioned.

Elena sees Blazer fall and comes over incase he needs help.

Hearing a soft thud, Karma glances up and sees that Blazer had fallen. Concerned about her well being, she rushes over to see if she's ok.

Elena quickly backs away when Karma comes over as to not draw attention.

Jupiter was still in deep thought.

Puzzle came over to inspect Blazer for any damage.

Nashita finally starts to wake up.

Topaz yelps when Blazer collapsed nearby her. Seeing it was another pup, she was relieved for a second before becoming worried and nudged Blazer, checking if she was okay.

ooc- Sorry if what I post isn't entirely logical. I'm kind of half asleep right now.

ic- Elena stays where she is and thinks. She isn't doing herself any good by trying to hide what can nolonger be hidden. She cautiously approaches Jupiter and lays down submissively. Maybe it's best that she lets them find out now.

Amani and Jia emerge drowsily. They both missed seeing Blazer fall down the burrow slope.

Enkozi is still asleep.

Jupiter snaps out of her thoughts when she noticed Elena showing submission. Obviously confused, Jupiter eyes Elena. Was she hiding something?

Puzzle looks over there for a second, confused at why Elena was showing submission as if she did something bad.

Nashita followed Amani and Jia out of the burrow, yawning.

Topaz watched Blazer worriedly, hoping she was okay.

Karma slowly circles Blazer, gently brushing her nose through her fur as a way of examining her for any signs of injury. Seeing that the pup appears to be unscathed, she backs away to give her some space. She turns her head in response to someone uttering submissive chirps and sees Elena groveling at Jupiter's feet. She blinks, confused. What had she done for that display to be necissary? With Elena's stomach to the ground, Karma can't see yet the reason why.

Elena sits up and grooms Jupiter submissively.
