Roleplay-24th of December

Zola grasped one of her pups and quickly resurfaced. After scanning for predators, she darted towards the burrow, her legs a blur. after diving into the chamber and dumping the put with the rest, she emerged back to see a jackal walking along. She barked to Rex. Two is enough! Don't risk your life! It pained her to say that, but the Jackal was stuffing it's head in the bolthole. it would be too risky.

Squirrel and Malik both continue following calmly.

Unaware of there being a jackal in the area, Corson continues briskly walking nonchalantly, glancing around at the landscape.

ooce: So the last pup dies? D: That's sad.

Meh, idk what to post here...

Malik and Squirrel are also unaware of a jackal being nearby and continue walking.

ooc: The last pup is destined to be killed? Awww

ooc: Just to be more realistic. Most moves of pups this young are never successful.

Rex's throat tightened when he saw the jackal. He felt tears starting to sting his eyes.

ooc: *nods* True.

Cyan has spent the past few minutes leading her group... She is looking for a burrow that appears to have been used alot...

ooc: I'd like them to succeed, so please don't spoil it x3

Cyanide crosses over into Reaper's territory a few seconds after her mentor, immediately scouting the area for the rival mob. There's no visual sign of them yet but their scent is potent, so they must be in the vicinity.

Isis followed Cyan and Cyanide, her icy orbs scanning the territory around them.

Back at the travelling foraging party, Corson is looking around in a day dreamy daze, unaware of the imminent invasion of the vicious Phantoms.

At last, Cyan found the burrow... She isn't concerned about babysitters, as lon as they don't escape to warn the group residing in this area... She barks, they need to be pinned down and taken care of to ensure this is a success...

Cyanide feels her heart rate elevate when the burrow comes into view. Now the fun begins! She war dances up to the front of the group, eager to wage war. It appears only one babysitter is on duty. Oh wait a minute...what's this? Looks like a burrow move is in progress. Perfect. The caregivers are currently distracted. This gives the Phantoms a chance to make their assault preemptive. It seems luck is on the Phantom's side. A successful raid seems likely. At the sound of Cyan's command to attack, Cyanide barrels towards towards Gingersnap, her front claws extending outward every time she stretched her front limbs out in front of her. She makes eye contact with her target, shooting her a menacing grin.

Cyan growls and glances at Zola and Rex... They need to be dealt with... They could escape and warn the group... She, however is interested in getting to the pups as soon as possible... Certainly her subordinates will figure out that Zola and Rex are also a threat...

ooc: I'm thinking... A couple of Stormy's pups, maybe?

Not sure if they're above ground or not, I can edit this post...

ooc: That would work but it'll be challenging since they're below ground. But that will make it more interesting. We can see what Stormy thinks about having a few kidnapped.

Ooc: A few would be kinda difficult. There are only two pups in Zola and Rex's litter.

Bic: Rex snarled and darted below ground. If needed, he would defend these pups with his life. Him and Zola already lost two and he was detirmined to not loose another either one of the remaining.

1. I said Stormy's pups, not Zola's
2. I said a couple, not a few

ooc: A few is the same as a couple, that's how I look at it though. We may have to hold off the raid since Stormy said she'd be inactive for a little while or we could get her permission to have 2 of Stormy's pups kidnapped and cover her charries involved in the raid.

ooc: Could someone maybe ask Stormy to clarify things? I'm going to have Cyan not be interested in Zola's pups...

Cyan growled... They might as well widen the entrance... And drag out the two pup defenders to get them out of the way, possibly...

ooc: I could. I'll either PM her or message her on the Linklu shoutbox about what she wants to happen to Stormy's pups in the raid and what she wants to happen to Zola since she's involved. I think she'll allow 2 pups to be kidnapped but we'll see.

Cyanide war dances up to the burrow and begins digging vigorously at the entrance, working diligently to widen it. The moment a gaurdian meets her eyes, she plans to show them no mercy.

Isis follows Cyanide in a wardance and works with the vicious pup to widen the burrow entrance.
