ooc: Lets say the Reapers are foraging now

Mean while, at the foraging party, Corson is hunting for prey delightfully, blissfully unaware of the potentially deadly situation unfolding at the burrow.

Inle is foraging hungrily. He's quite happy that he recently got rid of competition for food.

Bohrok is near Dash.

As for Makuta, he's standing sentry.

Corson finds a beetle, grabs it quickly with his jaws before it could scurry off, and devours his tasty morsel after a few chews.

ooc: Yeah, take one of each gender.

ooc: Ok... First we have to get past Rex and Zola.

Cyan growls and lunges at Rex, attempting to get a grip on him.

The moment Zola meets Cyanide's eyes, she doesn't hesitate taking her head on. She lundges at the adult, aiming for her front leg.

Red jumped forward and tried to get at Cyan's face.

ooc: Who is Red again?

Zola snarled as the pup latched onto her leg. She sank her teeth into Cyandie's back and yanked her off of her leg, but not without taking skin with it. Zola whimpered in pain as the blood began to flow from her leg.

Casper darted in and took on Rex. He was a good sized male, and a worthy foe.

ooc: I think she means Rex. Red is one of Tosca's characters in the Oreos.

Cyanide's grip rapidly loosens as she felt painful pressure being applied on her back. As she's dislodged, she smirks triumphantly when she sees the painful looking wound her small scraggy fangs left in their wake on Zola's leg. She squirms in Zola's grip, trying to slip free.

As Rex jumps forward, Cyan gets a grip on one of his legs... She then attempts to pull him away... Or at least wound him in the process...

ooc: Sorry, I really want to have this be successful... Not seeing that happening...

ooc: Not sure how we're going to be triumphant but I kinda want the kidnapping to be successful as well if it's ok with you, Stormy and Kusuma.

Cyanide swipes her claws at Zola's chest, trying her hardest to reach the vulnerable spot and inflict hopefully enough pain to cause her adversary to falter her grip and release her.

ooc: I do remember Stormy giving persmission... And as I said, Cyan won't care about Zola's pups.

ooc: Oh, ok.

ooc: So I guess all we need now is cooperation with Kusuma. <.<

Stormy suggested we take a boy and a girl pup as well...

ooc: Yup. Hopefully she'll grant us permission. I'm confident she will.

Ok.

Ooc: Sorry, I haven't been able to respond. Been busy today.

Bic: Rex thrashed under Casper. With both him and Cyan on him, it was looking unlikely that he'd be able to effectivly defend the pups.

ooc: Oh, ok. I'm thinking of having Cyan somehow slip by to investigate the burrow, I think I'll wait though...

bic: Cyan growled and thrashed her head violently... She waited for the right moment to slip past... Possibly when she has more backup...

Cyanide manages to reach Zola's chest, carving small vertical wounds as she scraped her claws down her flesh.

Isis attacks the closest Reaper and began to claw and bite unmercifully.

At the foraging party, Corson is taking a break from hunting prey to do a shift of sentry duty. He diligently scans area, staying alert to every sound and movement that makes itself known in the vicinity.

ooc: Hope I don't do this wrong... Sorry, I'm inpatient xP

At last, Cyan takes her chance... Isis, Cyanide and Casper had the two Reapers distracted... She rushes past them quickly, eager to get this done today before the Reapers return foraging... Cyan sees the pups that the 'babysitters' are protecting but ignores them and keeps going... She has figured out by now that Stormy resides here, the female she once knew in the Blizzards and assumes Stormy has taken dominance, she's particularly looking for pups that share her scent... She turns to see if anyone is following her...

Cyanide proceeds thrashing about in Zola's grip. A few minutes later, she finally manages to slip free but at a painful cost. A chunk of her fur and flesh gets ripped from her back, leaving a deep wound which starts to bleed profusely. She winces as the injury stings but doesn't let it hamper her determination to help her mob succeed in the raid. She rams into Zola's stomach, attempting to stun her so she can slip past and help her mentor snatch some pups.

ooc: Could someone play Zola so we get this over with? Most of the burrow raids I've had characters go through in the past, and seen others do, were alot quicker than this... I suppose that's partly my fault.

Meh, this post fails.

bic: Cyan eventually finds what she's looking for... These pups smell different and she's guessing who they belong to...

ooc: I geuss I could since we're the only currently active ones in the raid. I don't think it's your fault. Alot of people have fallen inactive which we have no control over. To be honest, I'd take slow activity over hyperactive posting any day.

Isis attacks Rex, growling.
