Rolepay - 15th of September

ooc: You should know that Splash was not originally from this group, she was a Willow. She was injured in a fight and cared for by Morning Glory, with Cloud Catcher by her side.

ooc: I know, and Tuck thought she was dead and Clover was taken into the Willows, right?

ooc: Yes, correct. Splash is very timid and sensitive. But she's beginning to gain trust slowly.

Karma sits at the mouth of the burrow and grooms herself then gets the urge to check on the pups. She heads below ground pads over to the pups and nuzzles each of them softly. She's determined to help the group with raising the pups and wont let anything bad happen to them. She curls up next to them offering them a feed.

ooc:well, Bahiya doesn't know that. And like I said in her bio, she is very sweet when it comes to pups.

Splash looks up at Bahiya. She can sense the disappointment. She just wishes the older female could understand...

ooc: that's how Akina felt when she was accepted into the Oreos, it was a shock for her and she missed her littermates Abasi and Akila. (Akila is her identical twin and I have a plan for Akina and Akila later on, after I plan on possibly later on, the Reapers could come and take Akina and shortly afterward the Oreos find another group dissapearing into the disance and find their pup Akila.)
bic:Bahiya walked a short distance away and jumped onto a thick shrub and kept an eye out for danger.

At the foraging party, Nimbus takes up centry duty as his family searches for food.

Stratus starts to smell for food, and soon starts digging.

With her milk dried up, Karma exits the burrow but then notices Splashes timid expression. She chirps and tilts her head (Hey what's the matter? has something got u nervous?). She walks over to Splash and offers her some comfort grooming.

Bahiya chirped over to Karma, it is us she is nervous about, just leave her be.

Karma chirps and nods back to Bahiya then decides to keep an eye to the skies and horizon.

Bahiya continued her watch and spotted a harmless ground squirrel, she always found herself amused by these goofy animals.

Karma spots the groundsquirell and giggles at its goofy antics.

Pamela hesitates to follow the group, wanting to stay back with Karma and Bahiya.

Cloud Catcher bounded after Morning Glory, but when he saw that Splash was staying, he bounded back to the burrow.
With both Bahiya and Karma staying, Tisca decided that it was safe for her to go foraging.
Scar followed the others.

Ooc: lol thanks Pancake, It was the first thing that popped into my head about Va.

Stopping at a large enough patch of sand with the occasional Drie Doring bush littering the area, Morning Glory took herself away from the group and began to dig. Finding nothing she sat up, looked around and just watched Stratus dig in the sand.

Va smirked back at Cheyenne <Maybe there was some useful talent in this mob after all>

Hearing the approaching footsteps of an adult in the burrow, Sanders managed to tear himself away from Badru and chirped to Karma. After she left, he sat next to Chester Quavers and yawned.

Watching the group leave to go foraging, Leaf bounded after them keeping her distance.

Scar decided it was best if he kept an eye out. Finding an fallen tree, he climbed to the top and surveyed his surroundings. Nothing.
Tisca foraged hungrily, singing happily as she did so.

Cheyenne eyes Karma. She was overly friendly. That was something a meerkat didn't need, meerkats needed the will to live and boss around others until they got it.

Karma is begining to get hungry and decides to forage around the babysitting burrow. As she scratches around on the surface, she notices Cheyenne eyeing her. She may be overly friendly with most meerkats but something is telling her watch her back with Cheyenne. She stands on her hind legs and eyes her back keeping her gaurd up. (I may be overly friendly but this group still has yet to my angry, ruthless side )

Faeya sniffs the ground, trying to smell prey beneath the surface. With so many helpers at the burrow, Nimbus stepped up his centry campaign.

As the group stopped to forage, Leaf skirted around the edge of the group and waited until most of their heads were down before trying to sneak closer. Seeing Scar, she chirped to herself and sat watching him.

Karma decides to put her supisions of Cheyenne aside for now and gets back to foraging around the burrow. She spots a large millipede and begins dragging it across the ground to rid it of its toxins then eats half of it. She decides that she'll bring the other half back to the burrow to share with the babysitters.

Splash glances at Karma, deciding not to trust her anytime soon. She runs over to Cloud Catcher.

Karma brings the bitten in half millipede back to the burrow and drops it in front of Splash. She smiles, chirps then nudges it over to her. Karma can still sense Splashes suspicion towards her so keeps her actions at a nonthreatening level. She hopes to gain her trust soon and chrrs to reassure her that she won't hurt her.
