Rolepay - 15th of September

Splash sniffs the millipede curiously, and a bit shyly nibbles it.

Karma smiles and chirps (sees? I wont hurt you)

Cloud Catcher, who saw no reason not to trust Karma, happily tucks into the other part of the millipede.
Scar hears Leaf's chirp, and he jumps down and chirps back, but quietly so no one else would hear.

Leaf raised her head at the chirping reply from Scar and made her way closer to him and the group.

It wasn't long before he spotted Leaf, and he chirped happily. I was worried about you...

Splash looks up at Karma. She was slow to trust anybody, but was starting to gain trust. VERY slowly...

Karma smiles happily. It seems she's finally begining to gain Splash's and Cloud Catcher's trust. Karma walks over to the mouth of the burrow and stands on her hind legs scanning the horizon and sky for danger. So far things seem to be clear.

Bahiya watched Karma with the pups, she had no idea how to gain their trust, so she simply let them be, and she stood alone.

Pamela starts digging for food quickly. She then stops and sits up. Something wasn't right... She could sense someones presence. She looks around, but when she sees no one she presumes it was nothing and gets back to digging.

As Karma stood sentry, she found herself begining to doze off. She jerks herself awake. She cant afford to let herself fall asleep on babysitting duty as she knows something bad could happen to the pups if she becomes too distracted. But with no sign of danger she decides to sprawl out on her stomach with her paws stretched out in front of her and closes her eyes to take a little kat nap. Unfortunately she fails to notice a figure not too far from the babysitting burrow.

Nimbus calls for someone else to pick up centry as he returns to ground level to forage.

Leaf smiled at Scar, no one usually worried about where she was. You didn’t have to she chirped, grooming the fur on his side.

Not really feeling like eating Morning Glory answered Nimbus’s call and climbed up a nearby bush and acted as the sentry. It wasn’t a job she usually undertook but as she wasn’t foraging she might as well make herself useful.

The mystery figure that has appeared at the babysitting burrow appears to be none other than Ninja, the sneaky rover who was seen at the Devils earlier. He's returned from a successful roving trip at a wild group and is hoping to get his claws on one more female before calling it day. He sizes up the babysitters. They all appear to be females and he notices Karma asleep. He eyes her closely and bobs his head he seems to recognize this female *Hey I know that female from somewhere* (Ninja came from the same area of the Kalahari where Karma came from). He sneaks closer to get a closer look while trying not to disturb the babysitters.

Splash eventually finished the food she was given. She ran over to Cloud Catcher, not wanting to leave him.

Catching up with the foraging party, Va began to dig in erratic places sending sand flying in all directions. Although to her it didn’t seem pointless, this was just the beginning of her devious schemes to whittle out the worthy from the weedy.

Ninja is tantlisingly close to the females. He plops down in a bush keeping out of sight deciding which female to go for but he keeps his gaze on Karma and suddenly recognizes her. He growls in frusteration (yup it's Karma she was always a tough cooky to entice what's she doing this far away from home?). He had managed to get most of her sisters pregnant but not her. Karma is strictly loyal to meerkat family politics when she's in a group. She had only fallen pregnant once and that was by another rover named Luigi who is known to be smooth, charming and irrasistably handsome. Ninja dug his claws into the ground just thinking about Luigi (I plan on introducing him later) *How the heck was he able to entice her?! I cant believe that snake!* He was obliviously jealous of Luigi. Ninja likes Karma but she doesn't like him she doesnt trust him she liked Luigi for his cautious respectful approach and charm. Ninja sees this as his chance to try to win over Karma's heart by trying Luigi's roving antics. He chirps softly hoping that she'll wake up and notice him.

Faeya walks over to Morning Glory and chirps. She'll take over centry. She approaches the dominant and starts to groom her.

Nimbus, full and tired, decides to make his way back home. He calls to the foraging party, letting them know of his intentions. He begins the trek home, unaware that an uninvited visitor was already at the babysitting burrow.

Morning Glory took a last look around and descended from the bush. She had no problems with Faeya taking over the duty and chirped a grateful reply as they swapped roles.

Having stopped digging Va sat in bottom of the hole that was rather large for her size and looked around at the rest of the group foraging. <They were all so blissfully unaware..muwahhh>.

Having lightly fallen asleep, Karma hears the soft chirp, wakes up and looks around confused. She looks to Bahiya thinking that she may have chirped to her telling her to wake up. She hears the chirping again and stands up on her hind legs scanning the horizon. Where is that chirping coming from? Frustrated about Karma not noticing him, Ninja bounds from out of the bush and smirks mischiefly at Karma (hello remember me, Karma)>:J. Karma spots Ninja and gasps then growls (Ugh! It's him what's he doing here? How'd he even find me? what does he want?) Karma didnt want to find out what his intentions were and bares her teeth snarling at Ninja. She doesnt want him around especially since there's pups present.

Bahiya heard the chirping then she saw the rover and saw Karma growling at him, she jumped off the shrub and backed her.

Surprised at Karma's aggression towards him, Ninja holds his ground with his mouth open (since when did she become aggressive? she always used to be more gentle and curious) Suddenly karma barks, erects her tail, fluffs out her fur and begins to wardance towards Ninja.

Bahiya snarls and joins the war dance, her looks and name may mean beutiful, but her soul means fighter.

Splash whimpers and darts into the burrow, limping.

Pamela eats a scorpion, unaware of the fighting back at the burrow.

Nimbus, returning home, spots the rover and joins the chase.
