Rolepay - 15th of September

At the last minute Ninja loses his nerve and makes a run for it but Karma catches up to him, sinks her claws into his hind quaters and and bites him hard on the back giving him a reminder that she means buisness that she doesnt want him around. He yelps out in pain then manages to escape and disappears into the grass. Looks like 3 times a charm wont be today. Karma snorts triumphantly then returns to the mouth of the burrow.

Seeing the rover leave, Nimbus returns to the burrow and makes sure Karma and the others at the burrow were ok.

Bahiya had noticed that Splash was limping and padded over to the burrow and chirped down to her, are you alright?

As she grooms herself Karma notices Splash limping. She walks over and observes her leg worried that she might have injured it during the commotion.

ooc: Leaf injured her in a fight with the Willows.

ooc: Oh^^

bic: Karma grooms Splashe's injured leg hoping to make it feel better.

Bahiya watches, last time she tried to groom Splash it didn't get her anywhere.

Splash attempts to rip away from the grooming.

Bahiya chirped to Splash, if you don't want friends, fine, see if I care, she turned and stormed off. She knew she shouldn't have, but she just felt so outcast.

Karma remembers that she has to take it slow with Splash she sighs sadly and stops grooming her she wonders when she'll be able to gain her trust. She decides to leave her alone and returns to grooming herself at the same time she begins to think about her old flame, Luigi. Ninja's arrival had sparked her memory about him. She hasnt seen him since her tryst with him. several months ago. She let's out a dreamy sigh (I wonder whatever happened to Luigi...I hope he's doing well where ever he may be).

Splash glanced at Bahiya. The words meant nothing to her, only further distancing the pup from the others. She headed below ground to watch the pups.

Karma decided to stay above ground. She stares up at the sky imagining an image of Luigi and sighs. She hopes to get to see him some time soon. But she has to remember that she's a subordinate in new group. An encounter with him would be forbidden.

Bahiya sat down away from the group.

Paool, another rover spotted her and smiled, she was beutiful and alone. He crept close to her.

Bahiya was staring at the sand and hadn't noticed him.

He came even closer.

Karma layed back down on the sand missing her long lost lover, Luigi. She has her back to Bahiya and is oblivious to Paool's appearance.

Bahiya looked up and saw the rover, this was perfect. She had never witnessed an eviction, so she didn't see the danger, she followed Paool away from the group. When she comes back she pads over by Karma and sits next to her.

Unaware of Bahiya running off with Paool Karma focuses on doing some sentry duty and notices a tortoise walkg by. Feeling bored she decides to go observe it. As she approaches it, it retreats into its shell thinking that Karma may see him as food. But she soon loses interest and returns to the burrow. Suddenly she's appraoched by Bahiya who wreaks of a rovers scent. she chirps and gasps (you'd better get rid of that scent before Morning Glory smells it on you. If she smells that you've been with a rovershe'll evict you)

Bahiya didn't understand why, but did as Karma suggested, she rolled in the sand and rubbed against a nearby tree until the scent was finally off.

Karma sighed in relief but was still worried. If Bahiya is pregnant with Paool's pups she could get into serious trouble especially if Morning Glory becomes pregnant first. Karma has faced eviction before and it wasnt fun. She chirps to Bahiya warning her to keep a low profile from now on and hope that Morning Glory allows her and her potentially unborn pups to stay.

Bahiya lies down and rests her head on the sand, she sighs. What has she done, she has mated as a suboordinate, and if she was pregnant, her pups would be in great danger.

This is also a reminder to Karma that as a subordinate she too will have to watch her step in this new group. If Luigi ever does appear at the Tiny Kats she'll have to choose between her long lost lover or meerkat family politics. She sighs and grooms Bahiya trying to calm her nerves.
