Life History - 19th of September

TK: Dominant female Morning Glory expecting her second litter of pups. Cheyenne has been evicted for unknown reasons and Badru is no longer with the group. Sanders is distressed that his brother had been taken by the Midnights. Karma mates with Chris. The Tiny Kats encounter the Blizzards, a vicious battle which sees Chris brutally killed by the dominant pair Cyan and Casper. Morning Glory attacks Cyan as they are retreating by choice, both females are equally matched but due to Cyan’s choice of grip Morning Glory loses most of her ear. The entire group mourns the loss of Chris as they return to the burrow especially Karma. Sanders emerges from the burrow but quickly retreats after a talk with Splash. Antabellum, Cheyenne’s sister approaches the group and is accepted by Morning Glory.

M: Dominant female Teetsie mates with Bahrag even though rover Paool is currently acting as dominant male. Young pup Gunju was taken by the Reapers. Bahrag and Paool fight for dominance with no real outcome. Irwin and Dawn developing feelings for each other. Teetsie leads the group out foraging only for another squabble to break out between the dominant pair and a second fight over male dominance which results in Paool fleeing from the group. Black Widow confronts a cobra and the group start mobbing and eventually kill it. Rover Mikey approaches the group but is chased away initially by Irwin followed by the group.
Black Widow attacks a yellow mongoose that retreats to get further members of its family to attack the meerkat. After a scrabble with the Midnights some of the mongooses retreat but one is killed by Teetsie. Teetsie and Bahrag first evict Mae and Click, followed by Dawn and Irwin. As night falls Black Widow leaves the group.

WW: The group emerge from the burrow and sun themselves in the morning’s rays, all are still concerned about their missing family members. Dominant female Buckeye leads the group out foraging whilst Tank and his brother Lancaster stay behind at the burrow. Lone female Josephine spots the two males at the babysitting burrow and makes her approach. Noticing how weak Lancaster is Josephine takes the decision upon herself to forage for the injured male and repeatedly brings food to the burrow's edge for him to find. Josephine leaves the two males to go looking for dominant female Buckeye. Meanwhile Buckeye leads the Willows further into their territory to look for the missing members. Back at the burrow rover Ninja makes his approach looking for females but fails in his mission and is chased away by Tank and Lancaster. Lone female Maylene out foraging on her own encounters Tank out roving away from the babysitting burrow but their plans of mating are disturbed by an alarm call. Maylene leaves Tank to find the Willows foraging group and is accepted by Buckeye.
Buckeye leads the group back to the burrow after having no luck on their search. Tank and Maylene reunite and mate. Maylene wanders away from the group and encounters lone female Josephine sitting near her bolt hole that conceals a deadly predator. Concerned about Maylene, Tank follows her and joins in with the mobbing of the snake in the bolthole. With Buckeye leading the few meerkats away from the snake, Tank returns to mobbing it alone to protect the family. Seeing the snake about to strike Josephine bravely takes the bite saving Tank from harm. The group bring injured Josephine back to the burrow and she is accepted into the family.
Buckeye leads the group out on their late afternoon forage and encounters the splinter group and rover Ironwood. The Willows easily outnumber the small splinter group and they are triumphant in chasing them away. Back at the burrow Tank and Maylene fight off a jackal to protect the pups before they both return to the splinter fight. Lone female Linda approaches the foraging group and is accepted.
Willows return to the burrow and sit proud with their increasing family around them before retiring underground for the night. Rover Leon and young pup Megan approach the burrow but quickly retreat away to safety as night draws in.

WW splinter U: Still on eviction from the Tiny Kats after trying to take her pups away from Morning Glory, Leaf enters the Willows territory looking for a new group followed by fellow evictee Cheyenne. Midnights male Dusk emerges from a bolt hole having been left behind during their last encounter with the Willows. Lithium and the pups emerge from their temporary accommodation and notice Dusk nearby. Cheyenne approaches the group and asserts herself as dominant female. All current splinter members are slightly unsure of Cheyenne and her ambitions. Leaf approaches the group and submits to Dusk unaware fellow Tiny Kay Cheyenne is the new dominant female. Leaf and younger sister Clover are reunited once again. Lone female Josephine approaches the group but it chased away by newcomer Leaf. Further Willows members Sidorak and Lavender approach the group and are accepted. Cheyenne’s new group encounter the foraging Willows and retreat. Sidorak asserts himself dominant male over Lithium. Group retire in a disused burrow for the night.

B: Group emerge, Cyan is planning to attack the Zippers and leads them out to forage. Cyan approaches the Zippers at their sleeping burrow and makes a surprise attack. Kidnapping two Zipper pups, the group take them back to their burrow and Cyanide is accepted into the mob. New Zipper member Arrow approaches the group and rescues Alfonso. Not bothered that Alfonso left the group, Cyan leads the group out to attack their next target: the Tiny Kats. The Blizzards encounter the Tiny Kats out foraging; Snowstorm gets badly injured during the fight with Stratus, Cyan and Casper attack Chris and kill him before Cyan orders a retreat. Slightly battered but high in spirits, the Blizzards return to their burrow pleased with the day’s events except for current dominant male Snowstorm.

D: Most of the group are up sunning themselves apart from the dominant pair. Zipper Streak is close to the burrow keeping an eye out for Lewa. Dash and Lewa are spotted by Dash and chases them in hot pursuit. Both evenly matched Dash and Streak fight bitterly covering a large distance as they run. In a trance like state Bohrok attacks Simmons and dominant female Juamba gets involved. All meerkats return to the burrow.

Z: Pepper has asserted himself dominant males at the Zippers after his brother Dominic is presumed dead. Group’s spirits are low at the news of Dominic especially dominant female Running Star. Blizzards make a surprise attack on the group at the burrow and Cyan kidnaps Peachy’s pups Cyanide and Alfonso. Lone couple Springer and his mate Arrow approach the group and are accepted by the dominant pair. Bold Arrow leaves the group to rescue the pups whilst Running Star leads the group out foraging. Arrow and Alfonso accepted back into the group and all but Stripe return to foraging. Lewa returns to the Zippers from the Devils and is accepted. Clever rover Iron Wood is observed prowling around the Zipper foraging party and eyes up Arrow and Peachy. Iron Wood mates with Peachy but Springer catches her in the bolt hole and accidently attacks her. Running Star accepts what has happened and accepts Peachy back in the group. Lone male Tetsul approaches the group hoping to be accepted, but the group are cautious and assume he is another rover. Tetsul is accepted into the group and enjoys playing with Lewa, Rabscuttle and young Alfonso. Back at the burrow Dominic stirs and leaves to go roving. All members return to the burrow for the night.

O: Dominant female Starburst and subordinate Hershey give birth to pups Trinian, Rohana, Kekipi, Skittles, Twinky, Estella, Naleli, Twizzler and Erevu. After nursing the newborns, Starburt leads the group out to forage with Hershey, Gukko Bird and Akina left behind to babysit. Babysitters encounter the Reapers and Rex takes Akina away from the burrow. Dominant male Scary kidnaps Kekipi, Inle drags away Rohana before the rest of the Oreos realize what is happening. Gukko bird continues to chase after Rex and leaves Oreo territory. A fight breaks out between the Reapers and the Oreos, Twizzler has also been taken. Luke leaves the group to try and rescue one of the pups. With moral of the group taking a heavy blow, lone male Turahn makes his way towards the group causing an alarm to be raised. Turahn is accepted into the group by dominant male Joey. Wandering lone female Carnation enters the territory but doesn’t approach the group. Young pup Mikeyal leaves the group in search of her sister Akina and finds Carnation.
A companion sof Turahn, Flare takes shelter in a bolthole on the Oreos territory along with PK. Turahn joins them and the group spend the night huddled together. Luke returns badly injured from the Reapers territory and collapses exhausted at the mouth of the burrow.

R: Young pup Gunju has been brought into the group by Inle. The Reapers emerge from their sleeping burrow but there is a sense of unease amongst the members. Stormy makes lead calls and takes the group out foraging in the direction of the Oreos whilst Zola stays back at the burrow babysitting Gunju. Rex returns to the burrow with Akina and Gukko Bird and rover Iron Wood is on the prowl looking for more females. Stormy leads the rest of the Reapers home and lone female Bonnie accepted into the group. Luke watches the group trying to come up with a rescue plan but is spotted by St. Jimmy. A short fight breaks out and Luke limps back to the Oreos. The group retires for the night in the burrow.
