Roleplay - 29th of September

Leon snarled, he couldn't believe they were just giving up, there were more Midnights down than Willows, and the Willows outnumbered them. He snarled again and picked up Megan in his mouth, but he'd left the Midnights with a sign, not to try and come on Willows' territory, or things would be different...

On the edge of the mob, a body lay unmoving on the ground. Leon had killed Darwin. Darwin was foolish and had tried to attack Megan, and the the strong male, who would have proved to be very useful to the mob, had payed the ultimate price.

Snowflake runs quickly, his joints aching. He had gotten several scratches.

Jackie follows, slower than usual.

Eztli snarls triumphantly.

Looking around Dusk still didn’t realise the attacking mob were the Midnights. Seeing a few unfamiliar subordinate males dash past, Dusk made the decision that the group couldn’t be his home group as his sister wasn’t there and quickly fled after Miley and the Willows.

Linda runs with all of her strength to the border. Luckily none of her legs were injured, or else she would just be making any predator a happy one. It was hard to breath. Teetsie either may have crushed her windpipe or blood was drowning her, or prehaps both. She makes it across and follows them, though far behind.

Wilson continues to wait for a response. He had helped in the fight, and seeing a Midnight male dead, he could be useful.

Tank follows the Willows back over the border. He growls in protest having to retreat. It seemed the Willows had the upper hand and now they're giving up just like that? He looks over his shoulder glaring back at the triumphant Midnights. They have gotten lucky this time but next time the Willows will be the ones laughing their tails off victoriously. But the retreating Willows had left the Midnights with a devestating blow, one of their group members was killed.

Black Widow charges after the fleeing Willows for several yards, barking tauntingly. After a few more minutes of persuing the Willows, Black Widow slows down to a limping walk. She sits down on haunches to tend to her injuries. The Midnights may have been victorious but it's a bittersweet victory. Many group members are injured but that may not be the only consequense the group may have suffered.

Wilson remains bowing in front of Bahrag, hoping for membership.

Black Widow runs back to the Midnights to regroup. She glances around seeing and suddenly realizes that some thing is wrong. Darwin is no where to be found. She looks around hoping to spot him somewhere near by. Perhaps he may have gotten seperated from the group during the battle or even worse... Suddenly she spots a body laying motionless on the ground and goes to investigate. As she got close she realizes that it's Darwin. She stares at the dead body in disbelief and her body goes numb. They had lost a well liked and valuable member of the group.

Teetsie notcies that Darwin is missing., She didn't like him much, but they had to look for him anyways.

Black Widow tries to call out to the group to let them she's located Darwin but the shock of Darwin's death has left even her larynx numb. All that comes out a scratchy barely audible moan. She looks down at Darwin devestated. This leaves the group one member down and slightly more vulnerable to a larger group's success of taking over their land and possibly knocking off more members.

Wilson presented himself to them. He could be Darwin's tactical replacement. They needed a new male to help them and he was that male.

Rahkshi rolled his eyes. Whatever. His duty was to his father anyways.

Bahrag glanced at Rahkshi, then nodded to the male, roughly hipslamming him.

ooc- Is Bahrag hipslamming Rahkshi or Wilson?

ooc: Wilson. Rahkshi, if anything, would tell Bahrag what to do, because Rahkshi is the leader of Makuta's spiesssss

Wilson smiled with satisfaction. He was now a Midnight, and had the scentmark to prove it. He thanks his new DM and tends to his wounds.

Bahrag rolled his eyes. Whatever.

Rahkshi eyes Bahrag, observing his every move, and snickers.

Eztli hears Black Widow's cry and follows it to see Darwin. He sighs sadly.

Rahkshi glances at Darwin. He shrugged. Death happens.

Teetsie saw Darwin's body and watched. She sniffed the corpse and smelled Leon all over him. Leon, she muttered, remembering the viscous male.

Wilson padded over and looked down upon the corpse. He died in combat, an honourable demise. He checks the rest of the mob. They didn't do too bad. Seeing how the one of the Willows left, it looked like they inflicted a post-battle casualty on them as well, courtesy of Teetsie.

Teetsie looked at Darwin. It happened. The male really didn't have the heart of a meerkat anyways. She padded off but kicked sand on Darwin first.

Black Widow is devestated by Darwin's death but doesn't shed a single tear. She wasn't that close to him and only saw him as an aquattance she was devestated about the fact that losing a member makes the group less strong when it comes to future battles with rival groups. She scoffs. Darwin was a bit of a weakling anyways in the battle he didn't fight hard enough and because of that he let the enemy seal his fate. Black Widow turns away and struts off.

Wilson leaves him too. Having him as a new member made up for his death, so he didn't think there was any problem. He stood, surveying the area. He wondered what potential prey lay beyond their mob's land. Eventually he'd like to visit each bordering mob on a hunting trip.

Black Widow suddenly notices the new member of the group, Wilson, and approaches him. She circles him then intriduces herself with a smirking bark. She sees him as new opponent when it comes to wrestling matches. Even though the group has lost a valued member they had gained a new one filling in the gap Darwin had left but it'll never be the same.

Bahrag didn't really care about Darwin's death.

Wilson looks down at her and gives a bark back. He wasn't quit sure what it was she wanted, so he waits for her to make the next move.
