Roleplay - 29th of September

ooc: Not all the time, it's the middle of the day so she's being lazy.

Akina heard a rumble of thunder and darted under Hershey for protection, not knowing what it was.

Grovyle sniffed the air. Akina, it's just a storm... A bolt of lightning could strike. We should head for cover. It sounds close...

ooc: I'm using knowledge I learned in Wildlife Biology, wilderness survival.

Akina nodded and chirped to Starburst, Grovyle says we should go for cover.

Starburst nodded and made lead calls, heading for a bolthole.

Grovyle followed, looking back to see if Akina was following.

Akina followed and barked after them to Starburst, Shouldn't we go to the burrow, rain has't started falling yet and once it does, who knows how long it will be before it subsides. It would be best if we were at the burrow when it hit.

Flare followed very closely.

Rex chirped to Zola and also followed Starburst and the others.

Starburst thought about what Akina had said and changed directions. They were going home.

Akina turned and followed.

Luke follows, keeping his eye on Carnation.
Alex and Hershey walk together.

ooc: Whoa! If Alex, Luke, and Carnation are all foraging... then who's watching the pups?

ooc: Oops it was Alex XP Ignore that.

Turahn followed quickly.

PK follows. The thunder didn;t scare him, but did make him jump the first time.

Kal snickers rudely at everyone who jumped, despite the fact he had also been a bit spooked.

Joey followed, watching the storm carefully. Flood had ended his mob's life, he had to be careful.
Sunny followed, jumping. Loud noises spooked her a little. Thunder spooked her a lot.

Flare looked up at the sky and saw the rain starting to fall. they had to make it to the burrow fast, or they'll be soaking wet all night.

Joey stuck close to Starburst, trying to keep a half of her dry.

Sunny dashed ahead and shoved her head in the burrow.

Akina made it to the burrow and headed below ground.

Erevu lifted his head as he heard the adults and chrrd.

Skittle churred as the adults came in.

Sunny found the deepest part of the burrow and curled up.

Carnation squeals in fright at the deafeningly loud thunder and bolted for the burrow. She was terrified of thunder storms and didn't want to wait for the lightning. She races for the deepest part of the burrow and curls up covering her ears.

Alex churred to the others. He'd gone inside once he heard the thunder.
Hershey ran in and over to Alex. She smiled and the two groomed for a bit. Hershey then went and suckled her pups.
Luke came in and shook himself.
Trinian barked as she saw the others. Estella kept quiet.

Erevu crawled over to Hershey and nursed.

Rex stayed above ground to make sure everyone made it to the burrow.

Flare curled up in a small dark area and groomed herself.

Carnation can hear the rain pouring down above the burrow and looks up chirping nervously.

Skittles snuggles up to Starburst and falls asleep.

Joey curls up and falls asleep, back to back with Starburst.

Akina had curled up alone.

Rex came below ground and curled up by Akina.

Estella squeaked; the storm scared her.
Alex lay down, by his pups, and pulled them closer.
Trinian just looked at the burrow mouth longinly.
