Roleplay - 19th October

Wilson gets comfortable in the chamber he's in and slowly dozes off, finally falling sleep.

ooc- I think I'm done in this mob for the day.

Black Widow stretches out her front limbs and lets out a big yawn. It's time for bed. Black Widow wishes she could stay up later to watch the night time excitements unfold but she's so tired she can barely keep her eyelids open. She reluctantly heads below ground for the night and finds a spot next to the burrow wall where she curls up into a ball.

Skull yawns and goes below ground. He curls up in a pitch black chamber in the burrow and falls fast asleep.

Black Widow rests her tail on her nose and closes her eyes. She starts to gradually fall asleep.

Teetsie, seeing she's the last one above, heads below ground and heads to a darker, deeper chamber than she usually sleeps. She had plans to be the last one up int he morning.

Black Widow drifts into a deep sleep.

Teetsie falls asleep fast, but is tormented by nightmares of her past...

Eztli also falls to sleep, quicker than usual.

Teetsie jolts awake as she hears a rumble of thunder in the distance.

Black Widow awakens at the sound of thunder, her eyes half open.

Skull heard the thunder too and sighed, it was likely just a passing storm cloud, holding false hopes of rain, only to leave the dry season still sufficating the desert.

Black Widow hears another crack of thunder. At first she's hopeful about the arrival of rain but the clap of thunder sounded far away. She snorts having a feeling the storm will only bring dry lightning and a dust storm or just miss their location all together.

Eztli hears the thunder and nearly hits the burrow roof from jumping up. He looks around and tries to get back to sleep.

Black Widow grumbles to herself and gets back to sleep.

Eztli falls back to sleep quickly.

Teetsie snorts. As much as they needed rain, it was just going to bring them dry lightning or miss them all together, and the wrath of the dry season would continue on.
