Roleplay - 19th October

Tank is shocked to hear the Willows have lost another member. 2 Willows have been killed in a single day. Tank staggers back slightly dazed from the tragic news. The hardships have just begun and the Willows are already starting to lose members. This could be bad if the Willows drop down to a dangerously low level.

Luna sits and watches the sunset. She sighs. All she can see now is Alice's face.

Linda lays down in the chamber alone, thinking about what the future may hold. Verniece was a good member, and as far she knew, as loyal as can be.

Bravo yawns. He should head in for the night soon. He watches the sunset, staying out a little longer.

Luna sat above ground and curled up.

ooc: Buckeye can evict Luna over the skip. Luna is supposed to loose most of her litter anyways.

Tank lays down where he was standing and rests his head on his paws. He sighs depressingly. Verniece will be missed dearly. She was a great member of the group and a brave warrior.

Lancaster watches the sunset and sighs. He thinks about Verniece and Alice and how they're now in a better place.

Linda has enough alone time and comes above ground, watching the sunset. She sits close to the others. She doesn't want to lose any more of them.

Tank remains below ground, too stunned by the tragedy to join the group in watching the beautiful sunset.

Lancaster glances at everyone in the Willows. They should never be taken for granted as any one of them could fall prey to the harsh environment of the Kalahari Desert at any day. From now on he plans to treat every one of them as a close family member.

Linda sits with the family. She doesn't want to be forced out of the Willows, but she fears her pregnancy might seal her fate. She goes over and sits next to Buckeye chirping, trying to cheer her up with some positive thoughts.

ooc: Ok

Buckeye tries to sleep, but it's uneasy. Thoughts kept trailing from Alice to Verniece to Luna.

Linda decides to stay out just a little longer, trying to ease her thought by staring into the warming view of the sunset.

Bravo heads inside his temporary home and curls up, spending another night alone. He chose to leave his mob though, so he shouldn't be complaining. He soon falls asleep.

Tank yawns starting to feel drowzy. He turns his head resting it on his right arm and tries to get some sleep but he struggles to even close his eyes. The day's events race through his mind making if difficult for him to fall asleep.

Lancaster watches the last of the sun's raise as the sun starts to set behind the mountains in the distance. His mind is still on Alice and Verniece.

Jackie sighs sadly at the burrow entrance, reluctant to head below ground over what just happened.

Snowflake lies by Jackie, also saddened.

Josephine sat amongst the group feeling the sadness of losing Verniece, only the other day had she spent a short amount of time with her as an evictee trapped in a bolt hole and now she was gone...The Kalahari could be so cruel.
Hanging her head, she retired below ground to check on the remaining pups of Buckeye’s latest litter.

Linda sits above ground. She'll wait for the others to go inside before she does. Hopefully the next few days will bring good things to the mob.

Leon stayed above and watched the sun cink into the horizen.

Megan sat next to Josephine and whimpered as she thought of why Vernice was gone.

Maylene looks up at the setting sun and at the slowly blackening sky as the moon had already been up. She thought of Alice and Verniece.

Tank closes his eyes and tries to get to sleep. The visions of Verniece and Alice's faces drift across his darkened closed eye lids. He whimpers as he adjusts himself.

Lancaster follows Josephine below ground with his head hung low in sadness.

Linda decides to head below ground. She goes in the main sleeping chamber and curls up, unable to sleep yet.

Lancaster settles down next to his brother. He rests his head on Tank's thigh but struggles to fall asleep.

Tank looks up as he feels something on his thigh. Realizing that it's his brother Lancaster, Tank lays his head back on the ground and resumes trying to fall asleep.

Linda rests her head on her tail as she's curled up and closes her eyes, trying to fall asleep, but can't. The burrow, and the mob, just feels empty.

Luna glares at Maylene. She was up to something, Luna could fell it... Luna snorted and went below ground.

Maylene then laid down on the ground too upset to go to sleep yet

ooc: Um, it's getting dark outside... it's not smart for her to be outside much longer...

However, looking up at the now gone sun and the black sky Maylene heads below ground, but stays away from the pups.

Luna watches Maylene. She was up to something. Or ti was just Luna's suspicions...
