Roleplay - 19th October

Erevu nipped playfully at Skittles' paws. Being the same age, either one of them could win this game.

Akina laid down and yawned, she was feeling a little low in energy.

Skittles nipped at her cousin, but she was starting to feel tired.

Sunny chirped to Starburst. It was starting to get late.

Starburst nodded to Sunny and made lead calls, only now she was leading them to a different burrow.

Akina followed, she yawned again, but easily managed to keep up.

Erevu saw Skittles was tired, knowing he was tired to, Erevu got up and tried to follow but was having trouble keeping up.

Seeing Erevu lagging a little behind, Flare turned and picked him up, deciding to carry him to the new burrow.

Joey followed, eager to find a new burrow.

Sunny followed. charmelon followed.

Skittles followed, eager to find a new burrow. Maybe it was perfect for hide and seek!

Carnation suddenly forgets about her worries as she is drawn to the playfighting pups. She giggles and smiles at their playfighting antics. Hearing the lead call, She gets up and follows Starburst excited about finding a new burrow. Perhaps there will be a pleantiful foraging ground close by and have a bunch of interesting new features to explore.

Sacha follows, his legs going weak.

PK follows quickly.

Kal slinks after the group, smirking.

Joey scanned teh area while walking. They always had to be on high alert during burrow moves.

Carnation swivels her head swiftly in all directions as she's on high alert. After the predator alarm and then the rover appearance, she's still feeling paranoid about danger lurking around the corner.

Hershey followed, making sure all the pups were in toe. After all, she was like their guardian.

Carnation spooks at a sudden sound. She laughs at herself finding out that it was just a yellow mongoose foraging in a patch of grass.

Boomer looked around. He failed to notice that the eagle was right above him. He heard a screech, and was then being carried away...

Starburst looked back in shock. She sounded the alarm and quickly grabbed Skittles, darting into another bolthole.

Erevu ducked below with the adults.

Akina saw what happened and stood still in total shock, Flare had to nudge her into the bolthole.

Flare watched from the bolthole's entrance.

Joey watched in shock.

Sunny whimpered. She had just realized that she had feeling for Boomer...

Charmeleon darted into another bolthole.

ooc: I'm going to have the eagle drop Boomer, but they don't know that Bommer is alive. Boomer will disperse for about a month before he shows up again.

ooc: okay.

bic: Starburst watched, there was nothing they could do. She continued to watch it.

Sunny wailed and darted into the bolthole.

Carnation screeches as she sees the eagle and makes a frantic dash to the bolthole, unaware of Boomer's fate.

Skittles screamed! no! This was all going wrong! Nobody was supposed to die!

Starburst came over and nuzzled Skittles gently, there are things that just can't be controlled, death is one of those things, that's why you have to treasure life while you have it.

Akina's eyes grew slightly glassy, this braught back painful memories. She tried to force them away and forget, there was no need to feel pain about what was in the past.

Carnation makes it to the bolthole but realizes something is wrong. Boomer is missing! She looks up at the sky fearing the worst.

Joey understood Akina's pain, for it brought back memories to him as well.

Having thought the danger was all over, Carnation is in shock as it has struck again and this time a potentially fatal outcome has come out of it.

Hershey makes sure all the pups are ok, and then stares off toward the eagle. She can't believe what just happened.

PK watches Boomer get taken away, his heart sunk.

Kal watches, faking concern.

Joey came above, knowing the eagle was gone this time. It had gotten what it wanted.

Carnation sighs depressingly and hangs her head. A tear starts to trickle down her cheek. Boomer's death is tragety to the group.
