Duke pursues Killer as fast as he can, but his injuries from the battle before have slowed him down a little.

Ninja doesn't follow suit with ousting Killer. He's in too much pain to focus his energy on aggression and tends to the wound on his cheek. It'll end up scarring him for life and may even pose to be problem when foraging.

Kamaria shrinks back warily, afraid of what might happen to her.

Duke returns after chasing Killer off and heads back to the others. He looks around, making sure there weren't any other losses.

Kamaria rolls around, trying to get Killer's scent off of her.

Ninja looks up glad to see Killer gone. He's unaware that he managed to get lucky before being chased off.

Duke sits, feeling a little dizzy with a bad headache. Killer had his jaws in his skull, and it's starting to hurt.

Romeo comes over and grooms the his dominant. It was a good thing he was a very loyal male.

Dahoma watches it all with wide eyes.

Ajia pads over and sits next to Dahoma looking confused. She didn't get why her father, Romeo and Ninja all attacked the strange male.

Duke shakes off the feeling and thanks Romeo before heading back into the burrow. Now he's really tired.

Dahoma squeaked in response to his sister. There was so much of the world they didn't understand yet.

Ajia snorted, sometimes being a pup, with such little understanding was a real drag.

Dahoma nodded in agreement.

Ninja looks to Romeo proudly. He appears to be one of the more reliable and loyal members of the group. Ninja yawns then winces afterwards. The wound on his cheek is throbbing. He heads into the burrow, too tired to do anything else.

Kamaria sits above and watches the sunset.

Ninja casts a cold glare as he passes the chamber Mischka is sleeping in. He'll make sure he doesn't babysit for a while. Ninja finds a spot in amongst the huddled Jumaas and lays against someone for warmth then lays his head on his front paws.

Duke falls asleep.

Ninja closes his eyes and gradually drifts off into a deep sleep.

Duke shifts in his sleep. The pain from today's injuries is affecting his dreams, and he feels uncomfortable.

Mischka shivers uncontrollably from the cold nipping at his fur. He tightens his curled body trying to get warm.

Cactus cuddled with his family. However, he wasn't falling asleep just yet. He peeped, hoping for his mother, Aliya, to feed him and his siblings.
