Roleplay - 7th of November

Jackie climbs a termite mound and stands sentry there.

Snowflake watches some glossy starlings resting nearby.

Bravo gets up and resumes his role as sentry on a log.

Linda remains where she is. She's half surprised she hasn't been evicted yet, but if she does get to stay, she'll need to work on regaining trust, which may be nigh impossible for some, considering she's a pregnant subordinate.

Tank looks at Bravo, vying to return to one of his favorite niches in the group, sentry duty. But he decides against it thinking that he should focus on resting to regain his strength and speed up his recovery.

Lancaster vigurously scratches at his shoulder with his left back foot. It appears while he was out trekking through the vegetation he had also picked up fleas.

Linda remains sitting near Tank. She feels guilty for something that hasn't and hopefully won't happen. What if she follows her instincts to kill Maylene's pups? They're Tank's pups too, and Tank is still a friend to her. He would likely never forgive her.

Tank is oblivious to Linda's guilty conciense and is using his brother Lancaster's right thigh as a pillow as he begins to succomb to his exhaustion.

Lancaster looks down at his brother and smiles. He doesn't mind Tank using him as a pillow and allows him to doze off against him.

Linda looks up at the sky. It's getting dark, and she's tired. Hopefully Buckeye will lead them home soon.

Lancaster suddenly finds himself begining to doze off and lays his head on Tank's shoulders. He's had quite a day and all of the excitement from Tank's return has sapped away what energy he's had left.

Tank closes his eyes. He knows that he'll be sleeping good tonight now that he has a warm and comforting group to snuggle with.

Snowflake gets up and creeps towards the starlings.

Jackie rolls her eyes at Snowflake and keeps scanning the area.

Exhausted from their journey home, both Lancaster and Tank have given in to their drowziness and have drifted off into a light sleep. But soon after, Lancaster jerks himself awake. It isn't exactly safe for them to be sleeping out in the open. The brothers will have to wait until they return home to the burrow to sleep.

Lovingly nudging Lancaster, Josephine churr’d contently knowing that her hero was once again safe.

Lancaster returns the loving nuzzle and begins affectionately grooming Josephine. He's happy to have survived the journey so he could be by her side again.

Linda looks at Josephine and Lancaster and sighs slightly. Everyone seems to have the novelty of having their partners in the same mob except for her and Ninja.

Tank jerks awake when hears a sound but sees that it was only a shrike that had breifly landed close to him. He looks up and sees his brother affectionately grooming Josephine. He sighs then looks at Maylene. His pairing is a bit more complicated and he wishes she could be more affectionate like Josephine is to Tank and Linda is to Ninja.

Linda looks around, expecting Buckeye to lead them home any minute. The eventful day has tired her out.

Lancaster and Tank both look at the sky. It has begun to take on it's beautiful evening colors and the pretty sight puts them both in a relaxed and content mood.

Luna groomed Tank a little, glad for his return.

Tank smiles and grooms Luna back. He missed being with his fellow Willow members when he was gone from the group for 2 weeks.

Luna churred happily.

Lancaster looks at his brother and smiles. It's great to have him back in the group. He then sighs with relief, no longer having to worry about his life being in constant peril.

ooc- Could someone rp Buckeye again when all of the mobs start heading back?

ic- Bravo is still on sentry duty.

Linda joins in on the grooming, carefully grooming around where Tank's snake bite was.

Tank peeps a thanks to Linda as she grooms around his snake bite wound. It doesn't hurt as bad as it did several days ago but it's still tenderly sore and the grooming helps to soothe the soreness and quicken the healing process.

Lancaster leans against Josephine and nuzzles her lovingly.

ooc: I can play keeko again.

ooc: Ok. I could play Buckeye if need be but I think there's a rule where a person can only play one dominant and I don't remember but I think meerkats4life volunteered to rp her when needed.

ooc- We still need someone for Buckeye though. Also if we go with the 15th as the new day, I will have Linda evicted sometime later that day.

ooc: No, there was no rule. we decided to ditch it. xD If we did, that means MAYLENE coudl take over a mob!
