Karma sounds an emotional churr. Moments like these make her feel like crying.

Karma grooms Jiggy back. She begins to feel her sadness fade but her heart has gone to both him and his sister for having been through such terrible events.

Jupiter looked sympathetic. That was a harsh way to grow up. She closes her eyes, thinking about her own childhood. Truthfully, she hardly remembered much about it.

Below ground, Boomslang has met up with Nashita and bored from exploring the plain looking tunnels of the burrow, asks her if she's up for a wrestling match.

Nashita snickers. She's eager to take him on. She's slightly smaller than Boomslang but it's true that size can be easily under estimated.

Elena looks down, remembering her own childhood. She's not the only one with a bad history.

Karma thinks back to her own puphood. Hers wasn't very eventful but she understands what some of others went through from seeing her younger siblings experiance dangers of their own after emerging from the burrow.

Elena tries to forget her terrible past and get back to the present. There's current issues they need to pull through, and she can't dwell on the past.

Karma turns in the direction where some of the lifting smoke remains from the wildfire. She sighs having a feeling that's where the rest of the Tiny Kats are. The splinter group had manage to escape but was it too late for Morning Glory's half of the group?

Pamela is asleep.

Jia, Amani and Enkozi are also asleep.

Cleo glares at Skyler.

Jiggy Sits Up , He knows he cant keep bringing this up . to take his mind off it he performs some sentry duty .

May lies down exhausted she heads below ground for a early night .

Unfortunately for Splash ti doesn't help at all... She tries to forget the death of her family but it just doesn't work... She heads into the burrow sadly.

May looks behind her and sees Splash . she smiles and lies down .

Elena stares in the direction of the now burned out fire. Hopefully the others survived, and they will soon be reunited. They will need the entire group effort to rear the litters already born, and the one due to be born.

occ: i had Demon leave to rove he will be in devils or oreos then introduced Mays brother Jiggy so she wasnt depressed .

Splash appreciates the comfort and cuddles up to May. But there's no washing it away from her memory... The slaughter of her family was traumatic and there's no way she can forget it.

Morning Glory still remained in the bolt hole, ashamed to face Stratus above ground. Her delayed reaction had cost them a huge percentage of the family and all but two of their pups. Not feeling worthy of being his mate she wandered as deep into back of the chamber as possible and curled up alone knowing she wouldn’t be able to get much sleep.

Cuddling up next to Sanders, Jet tried to sleep on his empty stomach and grumbled occasionally.

Sanders affectionately nudged the young pup whenever he made a noise but there was nothing else he could do. The adults were preoccupied above ground and there was still no sign of their mother returning to them.

On the edge of the Tiny Kat boundary, Josephine found a hollow dug out between the roots of a large tree. Knowing she was in for a cold, lonely night she headed below and tried to get comfortable.

Skyler huddled next to Sherri, who was wailing uncontrollably. She could smell smoke, Sherri was terrified of the smoke. She whimpered for her mother.

Jupiter gazes up at the sky, noticing it was growing darker. She lets out a few calls, letting everyone know it was time to get settled down for the night. If anything, she was aware no one would be getting a good night's sleep. Not after the events that happened... The fire, becoming separated from Morning Glory and her group, Jupiter herself becoming the dominate female of this splinter group after everyone else dethroned May, and the evicting of Melrose. And Jupiter knew, this was far from over. She just had to keep her head held up high and help everyone else through this. She waits by the entrance of the bolt hole, awaiting for everyone to go inside for the night.

Elena stays up a little longer to calm down and grooms herself.
