Role Play- 8th of December(Comets)

Karma has resumed scanning the area for danger. She stays close to the pups, prepared to act if their lives suddenly become at stake.

Fright night walks over to Enkozi and Smiles he may not be a pup but still Fright Night is alive not like Dragster..

Enkozi allows Sanders to hug him and hugs him back, noticing that he also looked sad. He also notices Fright Night watching them and sighs. They'd all lost someone close to them. He didn't get to properly meet his mother, not from what he could remember.

Elena starts to feel full and decides to stand sentry.

Karma notices a somber mood in Fright Night and the pups. She sighs sadly, knowing they must be thinking about the loss of Dragster and Leaf. Their loss was a devestating blow to the group but their deaths weren't in vain. They both had died protecting pups. Both of their noble deeds lwill be forever etched in everyone's minds.

ooc- Did the Comets ever find out about Leaf's fate?

ooc: I don't remember. I don't think they did 0o

((OOC: I don't think they know.))

ooc: I'm pretty sure she died in the burrow, trying to find the pups she didn't rescue... I don't think they know. Enkozi was just assuming his mother was dead.

bic: Amani and Jia look around for food.

(OOC: Indeed.)

Topaz giggles again and licks Jet affectionately as well. She was aware due to his smaller size, he became tired faster than most. But she didn't mind. She was just glad to be having fun at long last. Having to rest for the last several days from her injury, she had been itching to play with the other pups.

ooc: Yeah I don't think they know.

Karma smiles adoringly at Jet and Topaz. She's happy to see Topaz is back on her feet and is able to play after spending several days recovering from her injury inside the burrow. It was hard to watch her in pain and being unable to be mobile. It seems she's recovering quite quickly which is great relief.

ooc: You are indeed correct no one really knows that she died. I think my characters will eventually realise when the group is reunited, at the moment they just think she's elsewhere.

Rolling off of Topaz and dropping onto the sand, Jet lay in shadow created by the elder pup and watched the world around him whilst he caught his breath back. Noticing Karma, he raised his head up and traced the shape of her tall, slender body with his eyes. Someday he would be strong enough to stand upright on his kind legs without falling over. What could she see all the way up there?

Sanders glanced to look at Fright Night and noticed that he too shared the same frown. Thinking of how brave Dragster had been sadly reminded him of Stratus and he looked back down at the ground.

ooc: Karma also won't realize Leaf is dead until the groups reunite. I'll have her assume she's dead along with the rest of Tiny Kats the Comets became seperated from. Later on she'll be relieved that the Tiny Kats are alive but will be horrified when she finds out Leaf is dead.

((OOC: Yeah, I'm sure everyone will be sad when they learn Leaf is dead.))

Bandit was near Elena. She had no idea what he would do before long...

Cleo growled at the nearest meerkat, showing signs of aggression.

Splash was near Cloud Catcher. She appeared nervous.

Elena was aware that Bandit is near her, but is oblivious to his intentions. She instead smiles at him in a somewhat affectionate way.

Karma stares off into the distance, not focusing on keeping watch for predators, but thinking about what fate the rest of the Tiny Kats group could've met during the wild fire. Could they have all gotten trapped by the burning blaze and were burned to death? She sighs and shakes her head, trying not to think such a terrible thing but she believes it's likely. Morning Glory along with Leaf, one of Karma's pups and others disappeared during the wild fire. She suspects they all parished in the blaze.

Jia and Amani attempt to dig for their own food again, but like before, aren't doing much better.

Enkozi sighs.

Lyric hears Cleo growls, and bares his teeth at her.
Cloud Catcher, seeing that Splash was feeling nervous, he churred reassuringly to her.

After feeling satisfied with her meals, Jupiter decides to do sentry duty. With some of the pups being out here for their first forging trip, they could easily get lost or fall victim to predators if not watched. She stands on her hind legs, looking around for any signs of threats to the pups and also would look at the pups once in a while.

Topaz also looks at Cleo, hearing her growl. She titled her head, confused. Was Cleo mad about something? Standing up slowly since Jet was still near her and she didn't want to get him hurt, she approaches Cleo and peeps, asking what was wrong. Hopefully, she wasn't making a big mistake, especially if Cleo decided to attack her. While she was able to move about now, her back wasn't completely healed up, so, it was still a very vulnerable spot.

Cleo's growl snaps Karma out of her nagative thoughts. She blinks then looks over at Cleo questioningly wondering what she's upset about. She drops on to all 4s, stretches out her back legs then approaches Cleo with the intent to comfort her. Assuming the pups is upset about something, Karma has gone into motherly mode and what ever has Cleo bent out of shape, she'd be willing to help improve her situation.

Enkozi also looks over at Cleo. He sighs and looks around again.

Amani and Jia continue trying to dig for food. Eventually Amani digs up a small beetle larvae that was just under the surface. She quickly chows it down. Jia keeps looking for her own food.

occ: losing activity !

Jiggy smiled and Antebellum , he moved closer and began gently grooming her

May sat with Topaz . she rested her head on her paws

Antebellum looked up at Jiggy, surprised at first, but then decided to return the grooming. She was feeling very alone and isolated at the moment, and needed someone's shoulder to lean on.

Jiggy smiled , he gently nuzzled Antebellums neck and then continued gently grooming her
