Roleplay - 23rd of July 2009

Juamba emerged, greeting the day cheerfully. Since the arrival of Simmons, things were going her way. At least, they were a little bit. She began cleaning the burrow.

Psycho emerged at the burrow, and helped Juamba with the cleaning. Lazily, Simmons stumbled out of the burrow and inspected the surroundings. The day never looked so good.

Juamba chirped thanks to Psycho. She looked up and smiled at Simmons.
Iblis emerged, and sat in the sun.

Psycho nodded to Juamba and moved away from everyone else, grooming herself in the shade, which is strange, since she doesn't seem to enjoy the sun.

Juamba yawned, and stood up, eager to get foraging. She called to the others.

Simmons loyally followed, keeping an eye out for possible threats. The Devils were on the move.

Juamba stopped the group, and scanned the area. There was nothing dangerous that she could see, so she led them down into the clearing.

Psycho trotted ahead of Juamba and began to forage.

Juamba looked up at Psycho, and began to forage. She caught a scorpion and ate it ravenously.

As the only adult male in the group, Simmons took it upon himself to be the group's main cetry. He got upon every piece of log and bush, scanning the sky for any dangers. He was taking his new role very seriously.

Juamba foraged happily.
Iblis also foraged, but away from Juamba. She looked up and saw the storm clouds gathering, but she didn't warn the group, and returned to her hole.

Simons spotted the strm cluds, ut there wee more pressing matters. He spotted a cbra sluithering its way closer to the group. He let out the alarm and ran down, mobbing the snake with the others.

Psycho looked up at the snake, but didn't move.

Juamba hesitated, but bounded over and began spitting at the snake. She was going to make sure it left their territory.
Iblis followed a little reluctantly. She joined in at mobbing hte snake.

Psycho moved toward the snake warily, and began to mob it, though she didn't want to risk her own safety. (She's selfish. Dx)

Juamba continued to mob the snake, though she was wary not to get to close to it.

Simmons bit the snake's tail. It turned around and lunged at him, but he dodged it at the last minute. He joined Psycho and Juamba on the assault.

Juamba leapt back as the snake lunged forward. She pressed forward, but overhead, thunder rumbled. She looked up, unwilling to get caught in the storm.

Psycho growled uneasily and backed up.

Juamba growled, and led the group away. The snake was dangerous, but so was the storm. She led the group in the direction of home, but planned to do a bit more foraging before hand.

Psycho followed quickly.

Juamba looked up. Thunder rumbled over head, and the first few drops began to fall. Juamba chirped urgently, and ran towards the nearest bolt-hole.
Iblis followed and dived into the bolt-hole.

Simmons was next in. He hated water.

Psycho darted into the bolthole, settled in and began to groom the water out of her fur.

Juamba looked out, growling to herself. Hopefully they wouldn't be stranded here. She chhred to Simmons.
