Roleplay- 16th of December

Comforted by the protection offered by the compassionate Josephine, Saffron watches nervously from her ring side seat as the Jumaa and the Midnights stare each other down. The suspense of who's going to make the first move has her heart palpitating even faster, making it beat against her chest.

ooc- Okay I'm ready. I"ve seen DM's lead charges before so maybe if Meerkats isn't on soon Duke can sound the call.

ic- Duke waits patiently. He's debating if they should make the first move. After all, he's better at breaking a charge than leading one.

Wilson stands resolute, in complete confidence that they will win. He's unaware though that they might soon be sandwiched in by their other rivals, the Willows.

Aliya finally gets her bearings and barks loudly, ready to charge. She begins wardancing, showing no fear on the outside, despite being terrified on the inside.

Suri follows with determination. Her brother and Ninja's pups would get justice.

Emzio watches the Jumaa running towards the Midnights, shivering. She certainly hoped no one would get hurt this time.

Eztli watches as the Jumaas get closer, waiting excitedly for Teetsie to lead them in the charge.

Buckeye can now see the Jumaa in the distance. She snarls angrily, believing this is Ghost's home group. She can see them charging a group. Another harmless group without a doubt? She snarls and calls her group together, determined to get vengeance. Still unbeknown to her, that this group has also been having hard times due to Ghost and are attacking this group for other reasons.

Jackie sees the group and freezes. She snarls and gets closer to Buckeye, waiting for her to lead the charge.

Snowflake also waits, nervously.

Snicker catches up with the group again, and stops walking for a moment, panting in an attempt to catch his breathe. He can see the group in the distance and is fueled with anger. He waits, exhausted for Buckeye to lead the charge.

Meg stays by Snicker. She peeps. He couldn't fight them. Injured, or not injured, he'd surely be killed.

Letting out a war-like roar, John joins the war dance, fangs bared and his eyes burned with determination to show the Midnights a thing or two.

Root also joins in, fangs bared as well. He was ready to fight to the death! All his fear was long gone.

Ashtail spots the Jumaa. Who were they? They seemed to be attacking the Midnights, but why? Was one of those two mobs homing Ghost?! She growls, awaiting for Buckeye to give out the command to attack.

((OOC: Sheesh, who would of known Ghost would cause this much trouble? xD))

Without hesitation, Ninja propels himself forward and barrels down the dune faster than his legs have ever taken him before. He chatters furociously, determined like the rest of the Jumaa to take revenge from those heartless Midnights for brutally slaying Little Boy and his 2 children.

At the sound of his mother's command, Conker valorously charges towards the Midnights. He's determined to help his family bring the Midnights to justice, regardless of what the adults think of him going into battle.

Saffron watches the Jumaa make the first move. She hopes that they emerge from the battle victorious and without any fatalities. She's unaware that the Willows are about to rendezvous with her residing mob and the Midnights, all thanks to a blood thirsty male who led them into the war torn land.

Tank spots the Willows in the distance and picks up the pace to catch up with them. With the Willows obscuring his view, he doesn't notice the Midnights and Jumaa on the other side but their potent scents taint the air. Could Ghost be residing in the Midnights or that mystery mob? Eager to find out, he breaks into a charge, urging to plundge his claws into the merciless male's ice cold heart. He could care less why the mystery mob is in Midnight's territory. His thoughts are fixated on pinpointing Ghost in either one and ending his pup killing career for good. He's unaware that the Willow's much hated rover, Ninja, is now residing in the Jumaa and has also lost children to the blood thirsty male Ghost.

Black Widow is still deep in her mini burrow and fails to realize that a potentially deadly battle is about to ensue above ground, and it won't just be the Midnights and Jumaa grappling with each other. The Midnight's other arch rivals, the Willows, are on a collision course with the warring mobs above.

Duke takes lead in the charge.

Wilson orders a counter-charge and attacks as well.

Duke has his mind set on Wilson, and he rams Wilson before violently attacking him with extra determination. He will avenge the pup or pups he killed directly. The 2 dominants are fairly evenly matched though, so this may become a long stalemate.

Bravo also spots another mob attacking the Midnights, but doesn't recognise them as the Jumaa he's met before. Either way, they're both enemys, and Bravo suspects Ghost is a Midnight, so he prepares for an order to attack.

Aliya and Suri get close to the Midnights, both looking for a suitable target.

Emzio watches from the side, unhappily.

Eztli can recognise Suri and quietly snarls. He remembers attacking her in the burrow. He was certain she'd been killed. By the looks of things he was wrong.

Buckeye barks and begins leading a charge towards the two mobs. She was certain Ghost was residing with one of them. She didn't realise how wrong she was.

Jackie and Snowflake join the charge, both showing equal determination.

Snicker is about to blindly join in the charge, but he is stopped by Meg. She snarls. He was in a bad enough condition already. He would surely die. For a moment, Snicker was sure that he didn't care, but he then remembers that Triscuit loved him. She wouldn't want him to foolishly kill himself like that. He sighs sadly and sits by Meg, deciding to spectate instead.

John charges at Teetsie, the dominant female, fangs bared. He was ready to rip her to shreds. Little does he know, another mob was about to join the fight.

Root targets Eztil and charges at the older male, showing no fear and ready to fight him to the death.

Ashtail follows Buckeye in the charge, fangs bared and her fur completely bristled. The moment she would spot Ghost, she was ready to rip him apart.

Ninja fixates his mind on Black Widow and barrels towards her excavated trench. He had arrived with the rest of the Jumaa at the moment the deadly raid was ending but he suspects Black Widow particepated in the raid and may be a culprit responsible for hurting the babysitters and possibly helped to kill his 2 pups. He didn't get a good look at other potential perpatrators aside from the Midnight dominants because at the time of his late arrival, he was more concerned about the safty of his mate and pups than invoking his enraged wrath on the retreating Midnights. driven by the determination to take the life of a Midnight in revenge, he chatters ferociously eager to execute the target he's chosen to invoke his blood thirsty wrath on, Black Widow.

As the belligerent little soldier, Conker, rapidly advances on the Midnights with his family, he scans the opposition for an equally matched opponent. If he can't spot someone of his size and strength within the next few seconds, he'd eagerly go up against a more challenging foe such as a teenager or adult.

As Ninja is rapidly advancing on her, Black Widow is reversing out of her "trench". She has no idea she's about to be in for a fight for her life.

Tank picks up the pace when he sees the Willows charge. They must've located Ghost. Excellent! This time he won't be getting away alive! Determined to particepate in executing Ghost, Tank rushes to the crest of the dune to catch up to the Willows, but when his eyes cast down on the earth below, he sees them barreling towards the Midnights, who are currently clashing with the mystery mob he scented. Who the heck are they and why are they grappling with the Midnghts? He's unaware that this mystery mob is an easy going group named Jumaa, and the usually docile mob is fighting with the Midnights because they are avenging 3 of their members' deaths of which the cold blooded Midnights are responsible for. Tank's eyes then track over to the charging Willows. Why are they charging the Midnights? Could Ghost have immegrated in? It would make scense since the Midnight's persona matches his. Too caught up in all the drama, Tank doesn't notice Meg protecting his mortally wounded son 15 feet to his right. Convinced Ghost is a Midnight, Tank charges down the dune after his current mob, determined to fight his way through Ghost's suspected mob to bring him to justice. He's unaware that he and the Willows are making a big mistake.

With their minds fixated on the battle, Conker and Ninja don't realize that the Willows will soon be rendezvousing with the clashing mobs.

occ: Seriously GUYS!?

Mozart charges viciously her mind spinning, she rams into Kassy who gets knocked off her feet.

Kassy is caught by surprise and lies on her side, the air rushing out of her, she coughs and drowsily looks up to see Mozart standing over her, She claws viciously at Mozarts chest

Mozart growls and pins Kassy down teeth bared, they will pay!

Kinkajou charges at Eztli, joining in, she side glances at Root and nods, She bites Eztlis back leg and rips, blood trickled down her chin and she smirked evilly , she growled and bared her fangs, the blood soaking them and turning them a sickly red, she grinned and grabbed Eztlis tail, she shook viciously

Kassy coughed and whipped onto her side, she slithered out of Mozarts grasp and ran for her life, but seeing Eztli get attacked she attacked Root, teeth bared and she sank them into Roots back leg

Trying to make contact calls with the Jumaa who were quickly advancing out of her sight, Josephine paniced and suddenly stands tall to note the group’s position.
Worrying that they’d get left behind, she makes the decision to take Saffron away from their sideline spot and picks the young pup in her mouth and carries her into the short grass.
Unaware of the Willows on the dune ridge she continues her journey hoping to find a secure vantage point to observe the battle.

ooc: Do you have a plan for Tank Yoshkat?

ooc: Not really. Only to help Bravo seriously injure Ninja. I think I may be on to what you're planning;) You'll have Josephine tell Tank to let Lancaster know she's alive:3

Saffron sways to and fro in Josphine's secure hold but is able to maintain captivated eye contact on the commenced battle below their location as they move briskly through the vegetation in search of protective shelter. She doesn't notice the Willows barreling towards the clashing mobs.

Tank is quickly advancing on the Midnights. In his charge, he tries to make out Ghost in the midst of the melee. He's unaware that his brother's mate is spectating the battle just several feet behind him.

Ninja plows into Black Widow's flank just as she exits her trench. The impact is so powerful it sends the unsuspecting female briefly airborne, then skidding briskly across the sand.
She comes to a stop only a mere few inches from slamming into a rock.

Black Widow is completely taken off gaurd by Ninja's tackle. She lays on her side, dazed and in pain, wondering what the heck just happened but before she can get a chance to ascertain the situation, Ninja is on top of her, using all his wieght to keep her pinned to the ground and furiously clawing at her chest, down to her soft belly. He's attacking fast and furious, fueled by the determination to make her death a swift one.

Conker barks belligerently, daring ANY Midnight to take him on. He's eager to be apart of the brutal smack down.

ooc: I was only thinking he may have been able to make out an adult carrying a pup and thought it could have been Ghost esacping with another victim but you're plan is another good idea. I'll follow your plan.

ooc: Ok:3 I could have him mistake him as Ghost carrying a potential victim at first then discover it's Josephine. We could go along with both plans

Cactus eagerly helps his family charge the Midnights, but as soon as the mobs have clashed, he's confused, an easy target. Cactus has no idea what to do next. It all happened too quickly for him.

ooc- @Tosca- You've been causing a lot of the problems here so I'd keep quiet if I were you.

ic- Bravo begins a charge too, eager to release some of his rage in the fray. He's unaware that Ninja is in the fight.

Wilson tackles Duke and snaps at him, but Duke pushes Wilson off and attcks him, both recieving deep gashes and bleeding wounds.

Unable to move, both from being crushed under Ninja's weight which is pressing down on her rib cage and her weakened condition, Black Widow's ability to fight back is looking discouraging but the lightning fast assaults undaunt her. Infact it thrills and enrages her. Apparently, a mob has launched a preemptive strike on the Midnights, but for what reason? Do they want the Midnight's land and their plentiful food supply? Ah that's right! She recalls being informed that the Midnights have successfully killed 2 of the Jumaa's pups during a burrow raid a week ago. It becomes apparent that this mob, called the Jumaa, are on a revenge mission. Good thing she was accepted back into the group a few days ago. She hasn't been in a battle for a while and has been itching to particepate in one. This could also be her chance to redeem herself to the Midnights. Empowered by the possibility of earning a proud and impressed response from her current mob for defending them with her life, she musters the strength to push Ninja off her and kicks out with both of her hind legs, smashing her hind feet into her slightly larger opponent's jaw. She doesn't know yet that the opponent she's grappling with is actually the father of the 2 pups who were killed in the raid.

Black Widow's incredible strength shocks and impresses Ninja as he's lifted up by all 4 of her legs then catapulted in the air backwards, landing on his back. He scrambles to his feet and charges at Black Widow but her double kick to his jaw stops him in his tracks and leaves him stunned.

Teetsie is at first surprised at the sudden charge. She can see now that there is two other mobs charging at her. Teetsie knows what she has to do. She spots Aliya and rams into her, sinking her teeth into the Jumaa's dominat female's hip.

Luna growls. She's lost in the huge mass of fighting bodies and doesn't know who to attack. She wants to attack a Midnight, mainly because she's never met this other mob. She charges at Kassy and swipes at the female's face, leaving a shallow cut.

Romeo attempts to aid Duke and charges Wilson. He pounces on the rival male's back and started biting and clawing.

Brian is slightly confused, the mixed smells of three different mobs on one battle ground leave him mixed up. He decides that fighting the Midnights is more important that worrying about the other mob. He darts around looking for a fellow Jumaa he could help.

John almost collides into Teetsie as she barreled pass him, going for Aliya. Knowing the Jumaa dominant female was pregnant, he growls and chases after the Midnights' dominant female and attempted to slash Teetsie's shoulder.


Before Root could do anything to Eztli, he was caught off guard as Kassy came in and bit his back leg. He growls and attempts to bite Kassy's snout, blood running down his leg from her bite. Luckily, Luna came in and aided in attacking the Midnight female, which relieved the young teen.

Ashtail charges into the fray, the scents of the Midnight and the Jumaa filling her nostrils. She snarls, trying to locate Ghost in this mess.

Tank careens through the battle field, dodging meerkats that land in his path. He stops abruptly as the combined scents of the Midnights and Jumaa leave him disoriented. He doesn't know what to do, but suspecting Ghost is a Midnight and seeing that's the mob the Willows are attacking, he briskly looks over the melee trying to make him out in the chaos so he can rip him to shreds but he can't manage to find him in the confusion. His distraction, however, leaves him vulnerable to an attack from an opponent of either rival mobs.

Conker stands courageously in the midst of the battle, looking for someone he can fight. The scent of another mob enters his nostrils. Seeing the Willows intersect the clashing mobs confuses him. Who are they and why are they too attacking the Midnights? Have the Midnights gotten on their wrong side too? He blinks confused. For a pup going into battle for the first time, this very first one may be the most epic of any he'll be particepating in.

Regardless of his opponent's age and strength, Cactus sneaks up on Black Widow and swiftly sinks his teeth into her leg before wisely runnning off.

Kassy falls onto her back and swipes up at Luna, she rolls onto her stomach to protect it and pushes herself up onto all fours,she growls and lunges at Luna

Kinkajou growls and continues her assault on Eztli

ooc- I thought Luna stayed behind.

ic- Duke continues fighting Wilson, aided by Romeo.

Wilson growls and slashes at them both, using brute strength to crush his opponents.

Bravo charges into the fray, looking for Ghost, but the other mob's scent is familiar. After recognising some of the scents and faces of the mystery mob's members, he realises it's the Jumaa! With Ghost nowhere in sight, he instead focuses on a new target, Ninja, and looks for him on the sidelines

Black Widow jumps with a yelp but fails to catch the culprit responsible for leaving a little laceration in her leg. She snarls while scanning the battle field for the perpatrator in agitation.

Ninja recovers from the dizzying blow. noticing his opponent to be distracted, he sees his oppurtunity to strike back with a vengance and catapults foward, skull-bashing Black Widow in the side. The impact was powerful enough to send the unsuspecting Midnight rolling across the sand and colliding into the rock she nearly crashed into earlier. Unfortunately, the skull bash comes with a recoil effect and leaves Ninja dazed and stunned. Maybe using that combat move wasn't such a good idea.
