Roleplay - 10th of September

Akina curled up and again tried to sleep, but it seemed pointless. Would she have to one day choose between the Oreos and another mob? Akina thought about it, and the more she thought about it, the more she felt a little comforted by it. she didn't know why, she just did.

Hershey went below ground, and tried to comfort the youngesters. It had been a long day.

Akina crawled over to Hershey and cuddled. She nursed a little because she was starving.

Joey was too having a nightmare. But this time it was a mob of meerkat that were black with red eyes, and in the lead was a meerkat with a screwed up nose. Joey faintly remembered him. Then he saw Rex, who Akina was a sister too.

Akina again remembered her nightmare. Rex was standing next to another male. In her dream he still apeared to be a shadow. It seemed the dominant male position was unclear. But both of them were powerful in this mob. She knew that with Rex if he wasn't even dominant male, he still had a high rank. If she were to choose them, she could tell, that none of them would mess with her with her other than the dominant pair, whoever they were. It was so unclear, Rex and the other meerkat had glanced at eachother then Rex ran over to her. He was halfway over when she turned her head and the nightmare had ended.

Then Joey remembered seeing Rex run to Akina, but out of no where a shadow appeared.

Akina shivered at the thought of the nightmare, but that's all it was, a nightmare, she thought.

occ: Hey I would have read the rules if Pancake hadn't made me read the mobs past before I introduce my characters. We are sisters... she's a pain.

ooc: when I read the group's past I was doing it because I wanted to, I was never told I HAD to
bic:Akina's guilt was still pecking at her like a vulture pecks a carcass. She tried hard not to show it. She looked over at Starburst's bite and thought, I'm sorry, so so sorry.

bic: Mikeyal stood outside feeling as if buried in Questions to witch no one knows the answers.She stared to the moon with tears in her eyes. I lost my family, then found my sister and brother, but a month ago everything was fine. I didn't want to hit Starburst today, I'm so confused. She felt a warm and wet presence on her cheek, for one of the first times in her life she was crying. I was always joyful, Mommy's little sunshine and now I just... I don't know.

Akina's thoughts of her guilt was wiped away as she heard Mikeyal. She gently pulls away from Hershey and goes above ground to find her sister sitting in the light of the moon. Akina chirped to get her attention.

Mikeyal turned to look but did not move. Oh, helloshe said quietly.She turned again to the moon.

Akina churred to Mikeyal, What is it? What's wrong?

occ: I guess I should have previewed that time, Oh and I was sitting here trying to imagine what Mikeyal had gone through. I think that there should be a meerkat that wanted to rule her old mob and was trying to kill Akina and Mikeyal so her mother was going to take them both and she took me first. When she came back for Akina she saw all the dust and assumed that her brother had taken her to a safe place and ran off. What do you think?

ooc: It's ok, also I love the idea. I was thinking like the group thought Akina was with them and Rex came back to look for her but saw the other meerkats and thought, if the eagle didn't get her the strangers may very well have. And after he met Akina he remembered that day but was roving at the time and didn't know if she remembered him, he doubted it. But they had been very close, even for siblings.

occ: But what about their mom?

ooc:I was also thinking that their mother kept her hiding of Mikeyal a secret because if the chalenger ever knew of the pup being hidden she would... well I don't know. I was also thinking that since she kept it a secret, even from her mate, the dominant male, Akina, Mikeyal and Rex's father, blamed Rex for the disappearance of the two and the death of their brother Akina's littermate (died in a burrow raid) because they all either vanished or died under Rex's watch and he was evicted by the dominant male.

occ: I like that story better, I gotta tell you I was more confused then Mikeyal there for a second
bic: Akina, do you still love me... Do you think mom is alive... Do you think she still loves me? Oh Akina I'm more mixed up then it snowing during the summer.

ooc: Meerkats don't even know that there is even such a thing as snow lol it never snows in the kalahari

bic: Akina came up to Mikeyal and tried out some amatur reassuring grooming. You are my sister and I'll always be there for you, as for mom...I don't know what happened to her, but I bet she misses us both.

occ: Hey we posted on different mobs at the exact same time lol.

bic: Is Starburst gonna be okay do you think I should go in and apologize? She stared back to the moon. Pretty huh? It makes me forget all the bad stuff. Do you think that the mob likes me? You're my only friend other than Hershey.
