Roleplay-10th of July

Tisca awoke to a sunny morning. She looked around, checking for danger. She couldn't see anything, so ahe started some housework.

Faeya emerged, looking a lot healthier now that she wasn't on her own and struggling to food and shelter. Her wound was healing nicely, and she sunned herself for a minutes before helping Tisca.

Stratus and Nimbus both emerge...Stratus goes over to Tisca and grooms her while Nimbus stands sentry duty while he suns himself to get warm

Leaf emerges from the hole nudging Clover into the morning's light. Standing on her back legs she scans the small group looking for her sister.

ooc: Cloud Catcher and Clover are siblings right?

Cloud Catcher leapt out of the burrow, eager to get foraging. When he sees Clover, he runs over and chirps playfully.

(ooc: I would expect so)

Faeya chirps a good morning to everyone and stretches out with a yawn.

Tisca nudged Cloud Cather gently. They were going to go foraging soon, he just had to be patient. She smiled and Faeya

Clover doesn't make a sound, but does as she is told, heading out into blinding light.

Cloud Catcher bounced around enthusiastically. He followed the adults and begged loudly. Tisca rushed to his aid with a small beetle. While he was devouring that she caught a scorpion, which she ate before she would be interupted.

Clover isn't as enthusiastic or active as Cloud Catcher. Generally, she really just sits there, slightly overwelmed.

She starts to get hungry, so goes to the nearest meerkat, and watches quietly. After a while, she starts to beg for food timidly.

Tisca hears Clover's calls and looks up from her foraging. She quickly finishes digging and returns with a millipede, and she runs over to Clover. Before she could give it to her though, Cloud Catcher jumps in and steals the millipede before anything could be done. Tisca growls angrily, but digs another hole and hand Clover a gecko.

Umm... If anyone read the posts that were here, I'm really sorry, I stuffed up the forum permissions again and allowed guest to post, so a lot of idiots came and posted things that were unrelated. I've deleted their five pages worth of post, fixed up the permissions sections and thoroughly checked all other topics. Sorry about that.

Faeya decides to take sentry, wanting the pups to be safe. She stands on a bush, scanning the area.

Tisca stretches, and gets back to work at foraging. This time, she kept the food to herself, and ignored the calls of the pups. Cloud Catcher stormed off, angered, and walked over to Faeya. He chirped at her, and tried to climb up the bush. It wasn't as easy as it looked, so he sat down at the bottom.

Stratus is on sentry duty while Nimbus forages. Nimbus sees Cloud Catcher and gives him a dis-armed scorpion then returns to foraging.

Cloud Catcher chirped greatfully, and ate it within seconds. When he had finished, he chased after Nimbus, begging loudly.

Nimbus chuckles and begins to give the youngster a digging lesson, showing him just how to dig and listen for movement in the ground, soon finding a beetle that he sets in front of Cloud Catcher.

Do you mind me asking if Nimbus or Stratus are going to be dominant male? Just so I can fix my records and stuff, its all mumbo jumbo at the moment.

Cloud Catcher ate the beetle hungrily. There seemed no way of satisfying his hunger. He hadn't really been paying attention to Nimbus though. As soon as he was finished, he rushed over to Tisca, who was about to catch a scorpion.

ooc: Stratus will be the DM.

Stratus, from his sentry post looks down at the other members and smiles. He is proud of this group. He soon goes over by Tisca and grooms her to bond with her.

Okey Dokey. Thanks

Tisca groomed Stratus back, chirping happily. Cloud Catcher stormed in, chirping angrily, demanding attention. Tisca smiled and groomed the top of his head.

Stratus smiles at Cloud Catcher and grooms him as well.

Cloud Catcher chrred happily, glad for the attention. But then his stomach rumbled. He was still hungry! He started begging to Tisca, who felt obliged to go get him something.
