Roleplay - 19th October

Noticing small Rose Heart huddling near her leg, Morning Glory gently placed Topaz down with the other youngster and nuzzled them both. Returning to her upright standing position she barked to the nearby females to keep the pups safe whilst she disappeared into the scrubland to search for any other survivors.

With the new pups at his level, Sanders hopped about and gently nudged Topaz curious about where she came from. Maybe this place was where his brother Badru was..

Feeling full, Karma heads over to the pups and plants herself on her haunches next to them. She peeps to Morning Glory eager to help keep watch over the pups while she forages. Karma leans forward and gently nuzzles both pups. She likes to help care for pups when ever she gets the chance.

((OOC: I thought I was the only one with that problem))

Jupiter heard Morning Glory and moved her forging closer to where the pups were at.

Topaz watched Sanders, and titled her head. She barely remembered where her home was. But she didn't worry about it, she playfully nipped at Sanders' ear, wanting to play as she never got to play with other pups.

Noticing the difficulty in attracting females here, Lithium decides to leave, unwittingly walking toward Midnight territory.

Nimbus chirps to Antebellum. She needs to be more accepting.

Karma keeps an eye out for danger as she stays near the pups.

Rose Heart then chrips to Morning Glory and then walks over to Jupiter and watches her intently. Adult meerkat food was a complete first for little Rose Heart, but if a female were to offer milk then she'd drink some.

Antebellum looked at Morning glory, Karma, and Bahiya, the only three that were producing milk. So far, they would need to nurse their own pups, and not an unrelated one. At least, Antebellum would.

Rose Heart then just laid down in front of Jupiter and looked at her, intently watching her forage.

Karma gives in to Rose Heart's craving for milk and leans back on her haunches. She peeps giving Rose Heart the permission to suckle from her.

Antebellum rolls her eyes. Why waste your milk on that thing?

Hearing Karma's calls for her to come over Rose Heart gets up and walks over to her and then starts suckling.

Antebellum went back to digging. She didn't care about Rose Heart. if the females kept pampering her, they would pay more attention to her than her own litters!

After a few minutes of suckling Rose Heart stops and then just lays down next to Karma.

Antebellum growled and padded to another spot, away form her friend Karma and closer to Nimbus.

Karma smiles greatful to have offered Rose Heart some of her milk but she has to keep in mind that she must conserve her milk for her own pups. Karma moves away from Rose heart to rest under a bush.

Now that Rose Heart was full of milk she would gladly take any bigger food, but she wouldn't beg for it. Then Rose Heart padded over to a tree and laid down.

Antebellum stood on a tree and stood sentry. She was wary, since she had taken a fall a month earlier.

Karma layed on her back with her front pwas raised in the air. She starts to doze off in the warm raise of the sun.

Antebellum chirped as a herd of gazette walked by. Antebellum had seen them many times before, and knew they were no threat, but she thought the rest of the group might want to see them.

Karma hears the sound of hooves thumping on the ground. She sits up to see the sight of a herd of majestic gazette passing by and watches them with interest.

Antebellum watches. She thought they looks uncomfortable with the big horns and being so, big. How could they live like that?

Karma blinks as she watched them stamp by. She wonders how they can keep their heads up having such big horns.

Antebellum chuckles. How did they keep their heads held up so high like that?

Karma bobs her head in curiosity.

Jupiter munches on a beetle she found, when she saw the gazette. Obviously startled, the female took cover under a bush, shaking a little. Yeah, she was still pretty edgy.
