Roleplay- 23rd October

Wilson unearths a scorpion and devours it quickly. A nice little supper will help him feel better.

As Black Widow enjoys the eery sight of the rising moon, she also keeps her ears open for any sounds of night time predators.

Wilson finishes a skink and decides to call it a night. He heads into the burrow with a slight limp and goes to the main chamber to get some sleep.

Black Widow leans forward as she starts to doze off again. Realizing just how tired she is, she jerks herself awake and decides to head below for the night. She finds a spot amongst the ball of Midnights and leans against someone for warmth. Black Widow lets out a big yawn then stretches out her sore limbs. She lets out a worried sigh. Today's loss of the battle with the Willows was another blow to the already struggling Mightnights. Black Widow is starting to lose hope that the Midnights will pull through the winter.

Wilson lays down in the main chamber and curls up while laying against the wall. The future of the Midnights is uncertain. They must be bold and hold on to as much land as they can if they are to survive the winter.

Black Widow looks down at her belly and sighs. If the Midnights continue to struggle through the winter, her litter may not survive to be born.

Eztli goes below ground and falls to sleep almost as soon as he lies down.

Black Widow shivers uncontrollably as a strong chilly wind seeps into the burrow. She leans against someone to try to get warm but can't seem to warm up.

Wilson falls asleep, now huddled with the others for warmth. He is going to feel sore in the morning, with all of the injuries.

Black Widow groans as she struggles to get warm, and to make things even more uncomfortable, the injuries she recieved in the battle with the Willows have started throbbing again. It's going to be long, cold and painful night.

Eztli wakes up and looks at Black Widow.

Lithium watchee over his devastated group, vowing to lead them to a victory soon.

Black Widow closes her eyes and tries her best to ignore the pain as she slowly drifts off to sleep.

Tallulah and Finabr bound into the burrow, not wanting to get caught out in the dark. Zozane followed.
Mae and Click headed below, and curled up together.

Eztli falls back to sleep.

Black Widow no longer feels pain as she falls into a deep sleep.

Wilson enters a deep sleep. All of his injuries will feel sore in the morning, and the next day will not be a pleasant one for him.

Black Widow smirks. She's starting to dream about the Midnights getting revenge on the Zippers and Willows.
