Elena edges closer to the burrow entrance in case Maybelline attempts something. She's often open to making new friends, but she has to know she can be trusted first.

Karma shifts her eyes back on to the horizon. There's more important things to worry about than Maybelline, so for now, she resumes keeping an eye out for aerial and terrestrial predators, as well as rival meerkats.

ooc: What's going on? I'm lost. xD

ooc: Tosca had her character Maybelline appear at the babysitting burrow and is helping Karma and Elena babysit but the 2 females don't trust her because she hasn't been accepted into the Tiny Kats by Morning Glory yet.

Pamela eats a scorpion, unaware of Maybelline's approach back at the burrow.

Elena watches Maybelline with curiouity once more. The teen meerkat approaches and peeps a hello to this stranger.

Unaware of Maybelline at the burrow, Alethia and Puzzle continue foraging.

Maybeline Rolls On Her Back In Submission But This Female Means No Threat . Maybeline Goes On Sentry Looking Out For Predators She Heads Out Foraging And spots The Group she edges closer to Puzzle and Alethia she churrs trying to get their attention.

ooc- The foraging party is kind of far from the burrow. It takes time to go places.

ic- Elena watches Maybelline. She seems to be acting strange, and even she is starting to feel wary of her.

Maybeline Decides the Group is 2 Far Away So Sits Next to Elena she Sniffs The Young Female She Looks At the Female With Curiosity

Elena eyes Maybeline warily and almost steps back when she approaches her. Elena sniffs Maybeline back and offers some light grooming. She keeps in mind though that Maybeline isn't even a member yet and doesn't let her see the young pups below.

Maybeline Grooms Back Happily Then Sunbathes Under A Nearby Plant

Elena looks back to Karma, unsure what they should do. They could get punished for letting this female stick around. She herself is close to adulthood, and could get evicted as well.

Elena watches as Maybeline leaves and lets out a relieved sigh. She stands up to perfrom sentry duty, a little edgy now.

Splash had decided to stay at the burrow today. The newcomer makes her nervous.

Maybeline Finnaly Finds The Group After Searching for half an hour . she aproaches cautiosley teh female at the burrow might not have chased her off but she dosent know if the group will

The black-splotched pup squealed and darted into the safety of the burrow in fear.

From past records you once named them: Papina, Aruna and one didn't have a name in Bahiya's litter. This will need to be done for all groups where you have new young pups.

Maybeline Dug a hole and out of it came a nice juicy scorpion she quickly devoured it !

Karma sighs in relief when she sees Maybelline leave the burrow to search for the group. She glances at Elena and peeps. They won't let Morning Glory know that they had allowed the strange female to hang around at the burrow without her permission.

Elena peeps back. What if she gets accepted at the foraging party and tells them?
