Maybeline Goes out Of The Burrow Her Maternal Instincts Took Over her Body . She Stands Sentry and looks for Morning Glory And The Foraging partys Return

Elena checks again to make sure the pups are fine and emerges half way, blocking the entrance to the burrow from Maybeline.

Having satisfied her appetite, Morning Glory stood on her hind legs and called out to the group. With lots of young pups back at the burrow she was anxious to make it back and give them a feed.
Devouring the last couple of ants that were scurrying on the surface at her feet, the dominant female dashed into the grass barking lead calls.

Hearing the lead calls, Leaf left the last of her skink to Sanders and trotted off back in the direction of the burrow.

Maybeline Saw Morning Glory And the Foraging Party In The Distance Heading Towards The Burrow Maybeline Called To Elena And Karma Telling Them the Group Was nearly Home .

ooc- Tosca, it takes a while to go places. The mob can't surely be in view yet.

Splash is starting to feel less timid and emerges again.

ooc: I'd prefer someone who knows him a little better... Cloud Catcher is paired with Splash so unless someone plays him I can't do much with Splash.

Elena notices the sun just starting to set. She's done a good job for her first day babysitting. She plans to do it again soon.

Splash notices it too... She wonders what happened to her brothers... Are they doing well? Are they still alive? She turns the thought away...

Maybeline Gets Up She Can Finnaly See some Meerkats in The Distance But Are They Her Family Maybeline Isnt Sure So raises The Alarm

Splash peeps in alarm, terrified, so she ducks behind Elena.

Elena peeps to Splash, telling him to go down to the other pups and stay with them. She's unsure what will happen, and will lay down her life for all of the pups inside.

Splash nods and returns below ground.

ooc: Splash is a few months away from being an adult. So is Flinch. They need to grow up and stop being so scared. XD

ooc- I'm really not even sure when a meerkat becomes a TRUE adult. I think Elena is kind of borderlining teen and adult, but still largely a teen, at least at heart.
