May Heads back To The Burrow And The Fire Is Out But Everything Is Unusually Quiet .

occ: Can May Be The DF Of The Splinter Group Since She Formed it ?

Karma remains in the bolt hole and begins head counting the pups. It seems like they successfully rescued all of them. She sits down on her haunches and wraps her body around a few of the pups protectively then begins to groom them to comfort them. She's unaware that Elena had gone missing back at the burrow.

Boomslang and Nashits cling to Karma since she's the only adult around them at the moment. They shiver in fear and look into the bolt hole tunnel wondering where the rest of their family is.

ooc: I don't have a problem with that.

occ: Thanks Can You Get Active And This Is to Everyone PLEASE GET SOME OF THE CHARACTERS YOU PLAY TO FOLLOW MAY MY CHARACTER ALSO WHO WANTS TO BE DM IN THE GROUP I AM DF !?

Karma nuzzles Boomslang and Nashita compassionately, assuring them that they're safe. It's gonna be alright. She lifts her head up and glances over her shoulder, beginning to get concerned. She wonders where the rest of the Tiny Kats are herself. Now disconcerted, Karma rolls over onto her hip then gets up on all 4s and heads above ground to see if the Tiny Kats have arrived at the bolt hole yet. When she exits, she's shocked to see that they haven't and begins visually searching the area for them, panic beginning to develop inside of her.

Boomslang and Nashita calm down slightly but they won't be fully at ease until they know where their mothers are. They both squeak in distress as Karma leaves.

ooc- The split won't be forever.

ic- Meanwhile, Elena is resting from under a tree, only semi-conscious. The smoke and a hard hit to the head have made her dizzy. She fled when the branches fell on her, scared for her life. She received a minor burn as well.

Several minutes have gone by and there's still no sign of the Tiny Kats. Feeling desperate, Karma emits loud contact calls hoping they hear her and follow the vocalizations to this location. Perhaps the group had gotten disoriented in the dense smoke while heading towards the bolt hole? It's uncertain. She prays that they're together and unharmed. In the distance, she can see a wall of black smoke and becomes panic striken thinking that the group had become trapped by the wild fire. Is it possible that they're...No. She's sure they're just fine and are probably just making sure they got every single pup out of danger.

Grabbing a pup from below ground, Morning Glory hurried out of the blaze and off in a direction of a nearby bolt hole that she knew off, hoping to be followed by some of the other adults.
With the intensity of the blaze looming on the burrow, Josephine fled the scene in fear desperately trying to find somewhere safe where she wouldn’t be bitten again.
Not wanting to leave her other two pups back at the burrow, Leaf left the bolt hole in the safe paws of May and Karma and hurried back into the direction of the fire. She wasn’t going to carry the reputation for being a bad mother anymore..

Nervous and shaking, Jet lay in the bolt hole wishing he had the comfort of his mother nearby.

Ooc: Shall we start wrapping up this event and let everyone decide if their characters are safe and which group they are temporarily split in?

With my characters:
MG will lead one half of the group (Group 2), currently heading to a bolt hole away from where May took the rest.
Sanders & Jet are together at Group 1.
Leaf might not live long enough to need to be put into a group.

ooc: Stratus is with Morning Glory. Bahiya is at the burrow with the pups and Karma.

ooc- I'm undecided at the moment where to put Elena. You're killing Leaf?

ooc: I'm planning to have Karma be apart of group 1 along with Boomslang and Nashita.

ooc: If there's a gap in RP I might, one of them I feel has to go. She will have redeemed herself if she can save the other pups and so she doesn't really have much of a plot left.

ooc- Redeem herself from what?

ic- Elena starts to fully awaken and starts to tend to the minor burn on her right side.

Karma is relieved to see Leaf arrive at the burrow but then is left feeling on edge when she takes off. She suddenly realizes that not all pups have been rescued. Leaf's litter is still back at the burrow! She watches worried as Leaf heads back to the burrow to save her pups.

ooc: Enkozi, Amani and Jia (I'll just make Amani and Jia two of the 'pups' May took) will be in May's group. Pamela and Amani will be with MG.

bic: Enkozi, Jia and Amani are confused, in a bolthole with the other pups.

Pamela looks around in panic. She stays near Morning Glory, knowing she should make the right decisions.

occ : Sure Sounds Good

bic: May Nods At leaf And Goes Above Ground Guarding The Entrance , She Stands On Her Hind Legs And Looks Off Into The Distance As Leaf Runs Off To At Least Try And Save Her Helpless Pups . May Thinks About Going But Something Stops Her . She Stays On Her Hind Legs But gets Tired So Lies Down And Sighs Worried .

occ: Can You Start Playing Leaf Please Its SOO Booring ?!

Karma stares in the direction of the burrow, her pulse rapidly elevating. Several agonizing minutes have gone by since Leaf left to retrieve her pups and she's begining to panic fearing something went wrong.

Boomslang and Nashita huddle with the other pups in the bolt hole, terrified.

ooc: Sorry for not posting in all this drama! I've been up to my ears in college assignments. Oh and Alethia and Puzzle are currently in the burrow with the remaining pups.

bic: Wondering what was going on, Puzzle leaves the pups to find out what's going on. He smells the smoke and instantly panicks, forgetting about his half-sister Alethia and fleeing. Alethia stays with the remaining pups, unaware that Puzzle has left.

occ: Is Puzzle Joining Mays Group ? Even Tho Its Temporary He Can be DM ?


bic : May Looks Into The Distance And she Spots A Lone Male Meerkat . She Growls And Runs Towards Him Seeing Who He Was . she Sniffed And Sighed Relived It Was Puzzle She Helped Him Back To The Bolt Hole And Set Him Down.

Karma rises up on her hind legs with a joyous smile on her face as she sees another Tiny Kat arrive at the burrow, it's Puzzle. She trots over to him and examines him for any injuries or burns. To her relief, he's for the most part unscathed. She then looks around wondering where the rest of the group is.

ooc: It's not really in his character to be a decent DM, but he'll do it if he's the best option. And I'm not sure if Alethia will join too or not. That's still being decided.

Puzzle is a little startled at May's growling but soon relaxes when she helps him into the burrow. He's a more than a little nervous after all that's happened, and is starting to feel anxious for Alethia.

occ: Well he is The Only Male In The Group So Far Apart From Some Pups . You Can Introduce Alethia if You Like ;D

((OOC: Gaaahhhh, so sorry! I was in Arizona for Thanksgiving and visiting my Grandma. I didn't get a chance to say anything, sorry!))

Jupiter panicked, knowing the smell of smoke. While she would normally flee, remembering pups down in the burrow prevented her from running. Instead, she rushed inside without even thinking, wanting to make sure all the pups were rescued.
