Roleplay- 25th of November

occ: 10 Normal Days

ooc: Three new thread days will proably last up until the 20th December as there are several births inbetween (~3rd/14th/20th Dec days) then there will be enough time after so people can RP the Xmas Eve births.

occ: WHEN IS TOSCA DUE ?

ooc: 17th January.

ooc: It's a long wait but that's about 70 days I think, the usual length of a female meerkat's gestation period.

ooc: It's actually 53 on this site as Dipsy shortened it from the real 70.

ooc: Oh.

Mel rose smelled a rover but was not sure.

Damon waited in a bush after the fight with the zippers he though about staying here for a while there are lots of females

Karma catches Damon's scent and growls. Her nerves still ruffled from Demon, she desperately looks around hoping to spot this rover before he manages to entice a female from the splinter group right under their noses. They just CAN"T afford to anyone fall pregnant. Not now.

Mel rose spots Damon she wants to see why he's here hoping she's not seen

Damon can see Mel rose coming he moves in the bush farther

Karma notices Melrose looking at a patch of vegetation seeming to be interest in something she's seen. Suspcious that she had spotted the rover, she sounds the alarm. She isn't taking any chances especially since this group is already in trouble.

Damon still sits there waiting

Mel rose walks slowly in the the bush hoping not to be seen

Puzzle, still on edge after the troubles caused by Demon and Maybelline, quickly responds to Karma's call. Alethia also hurries over, wanting to see what the problem was.

Damon see's Mel rose coming and stays were he is.

Mel rose still walking up to the bush really does not care if she get pragnet

It was too late for Melrose to slip away unoticed. Karma had caught her slinking towards the vegetation and runs in front of her stop her. She barks sharply. She's staying loyal to Jupiter's orders and won't allow anyone to get pregnant. With Antebellum expecting pups, another pregnant female could cause a civil war fueled by protective maternal instinctive hormones to erupt and most likely would be followed by a litter being lost. Plus she could pose a threat to the 3 litters belong ground.

Jupiter also responds to the call and notices Mel Rose going into some bushes. That had be a rover she was going toward. She let out a group call, getting ready to chase this rover away. They got lucky with Demon, but this time, she didn't want to take any chances. They were going to chase this rover away, and NOW. Before anyone would get pregnant.

Hearing the activity above ground, Sanders pokes his head out of the bolt hole and looks around hoping that more of the Tiny Kats have found where they are currently residing.

Having been caught out in the rain, Josephine’s once sleek fur is now covered with clumps of damp orange sand. Not having the time to stop and groom herself, she knows she has to press on in order to find a bolt hole to spend the night in.

Loyaly following Jupiter's orders, Karma whirls around erects her tail and begins war dancing towards the vegetation where Melrose was creeping towards. This is the worst time for a forbidden liason to happen and she wants to make sure Melrose doesn't fall pregnant and cause more chaos for the group.

Hearing the calls she though this is her Chance she walks faster into a different bush hoping not to be seen she could not help herself he is just to tempting

Damon slowly goes to the bush Mel rose was going to

Karma spots Melrose heading towards a different bush and war dances after her. If she's trying to be sneaky to attempt to get a chance to mate, she will let her know that consequences will follow for her actions.

Mel rose see's karma war danceing and runs thinking she's kicking her out of the mob

Puzzle catches the scent of the rover, and barks to the rest of the group, telling them to be on alert before trying to sniff him out.

Alethia joins Karma war dancing, knowing that more pups in their group would wreck havoc.

Karma peeps then lowers her head in guilt feeling bad that she had spooked Melrose assuming she must've thought she was being chased out of the group. For the moment she doesn't worry about Melrose and stays focused on trying to find Damon and chase him off.

Melrose gives them the slip and runs to a blot hole around the bush but to her suprise Damon is waiting

Damon sits and starts to groom Melrose

Melrose feels uncomfortable but still sits were she is

Elena watches, but remains where she is. Demon and May still need to be watched over too.

ooc- I like the Comets. They remind me of the jet. The split should only be a short time. I have plots too.
