Saffron bites his tail playfuly

Unaware of John taking a clsoer look at her litter below ground, Linda continues to forage above ground. She hears a familiar voice and looks around curiously. Who was that?

Conker squeals with delight and tries to tug his tail away from Saffron wanting to play a game of 'try to catch it if you can'.

Unaware of Linda reuniting with an old friend, Ninja's eyes are trained back on the pups. He realizes one of them had slipped away again and looks around the chamber. He spots the pup making its way for the burrow tunnel and gently pulls it back over. Ninja is finding it hard to take his eyes off the pups because every time he does, one seems to escape. He looks up at John and chuckles over how overwhelming it is to look after 6 active pups.

Saffron smiled want to see how Ninja is doing with the pups

Now being close enough, Josephine chatters excitedly recognising Linda’s familiar scent and rolls onto her side submitting to the older female to show she meant no harm.

John smiled when Ninja told him the dream of being a father could come true. It made him feel excited, as he did want to be a father some day. He noticed a pup blindly came over, now touching noses with him. He chuckles a little, watching the pup now pawing at his muzzle, making noises.

Linda smiles and jumps with excitement when she sees it's Josephine, an old friend from the Willows. She barks joyously, alerting the others.

Duke comes over and watches the new female.

Saffron crys the snake bite still hurts

Conker nods with a look of excitement. He thought Ninja and Linda's litter was adorable and would be delighted to spend more time with them. He looks at Saffron with concern as he heard her cry out in pain.

Ninja smiles as John touched noses with one of his pups. He smiles and churrs finding the scene to be adorable. He chuckles as well and watches the pup interact with John with a joyous smile.

John continued to watch the pup paw at his muzzle. It luckily didn't hurt as the pup didn't have claws yet. He didn't want to move as he was scared he'd knock the pup over and injure it. So, he stayed still and allowed the blind pup to paw at his muzzle, seeming to find it amusing despite being blind. It continued to make noises, as happy to be playing with John's muzzle.

Twitching at Linda’s alert call, Josephine tightly curled herself up and watched Duke arrive with wide suspicious eyes.

Linda peeps to Josephine happily and offers some grooming. She's confident Aliya will accept her. Aliya accepted herself in the last days of her pregnancy, so why not a female that isn't pregnant?

saffron walked over to Ninja and the pups

Josephine graciously accepts the grooming and churr’s delighted. Linda has always been someone she could trust so feels safe knowing that she won’t be turned on...unlike the mischievous twins she had to escape from.

Conker follows Saffron into the burrow with an excited prance in his step. He enters the chamber with Saffron and grins with excitement when his eyes lay on Ninja and Linda's pups.

Ninja leans back against the chamber wall making himself comfortable. He keeps his eyes glued on the pup and John. The cute interaction is so adorable to watch. He smiles and chuckles. It seems pups tend to warm up to John quickly. He can see him as being an excellent father figure. Ninja sees Conker and Saffron enter and smiles welcomely at them.

Saffron walks over to Ninja and the pups

John watched as the pup began to try and climb onto his muzzle but fell over with a yelp. Quickly, John was on his paws and helped the pup, and checked it over for any injuries. It seemed okay, as it began to paw at John again, making more noises. He chuckled happily. What a silly little pup this one was. Despite that this pup wasn't his, he still couldn't help but feel proud. He had always found it easy to be around pups, and they seemed to like him in return for it.

Conker takes his spot near the pups and looks down joyously at them. More playmates! He stands over one of the pups and gently bites on its head but a for sensitive hours old pup, the gentle bite might be a little more painful for it than it would be for an older pup. Conker doesn't understand that he may be too rough for this fragile little pup.

Ninja cringes slightly as he sees Conker interact playfully with one of the pups. He knows that Conker doesn't understand that he could harm the sensitive pup if he's not careful. For now Ninja allows the play to happen but if things get too rough he'll put it to a stop before it really harms the fragile pup. Ninja gasps when he hears a yelp. He sees another one of the pups by John and it seemed to have fallen. He leans over and nudges it worried it could've gotten hurt but as John helped it up, he smiles and is relieved to see that the pup is Ok. He watches as it continues interacting with John.

Saffron looked at a pup and walked over and looked at Ninja

John smiles, glad he was able to interact with the newborns. It seemed he found the perfect home. He'd be more than willing to help raise these newborns and the other pups in this mob. He felt very lucky to become across this mob and felt he wouldn't regret this. So far, this felt like a true home to him. From the kind members, to the pups, everything felt absolutely perfect. He looked over at Conker and noticed how he was playing with one of the pups. He frowned a bit, worried. But so far, it looked okay, as the pup wasn't yelping or anything yet. And he knew Ninja would stop the playing if it got too rough and if the pup was in pain.

Saffron bit Conkers tail playfuly

Conker sits down and gently pulls the pup he was playing with closer to him. He wraps his body around it and gently nibbles on its nose. A cute sounding squeal haults his play briefly and as the pup blindly pawed at him, he smiled finding it adorable.

Ninja looks over at Saffron and smiles. He'd gladly allow her to interact with the pups if she wanted to but he warns her to be gentle. Since the pups are only hours old, their bodies are very fragile.

John now was watching Conker play with one of the pups, and found it absolutely adorable. He soon felt the pup from before now pawing at one of his front legs, wanting to play some more. He chuckled at the little pup, carefully and gently nudging the little one, which caused it to make a happy noise, now trying to gnaw on John's nose. It tickled, actually, as he chuckled a bit.

Linda smiles and heads back into the burrow. She'll only be a moment. She heads down to check on the pups and enters the chamber surprised to find John and some of the older pups with the litter.
