Roleplay- 16th of December

Kal walks next to Kiki, happily.

PK, Sacha and Meg follow.

Unaware of Starburst's desperate situation, Carnation glances around, now out of her spaced out gaze, admiring the prestine sights of the landscape.

Maple goes into the burrow to check on the pups inside. Another day of ridding the fleas and ticks that got on any of them. Especially at their age, they were more vulnerable to the disease these pests carried.

Sandy runs towards the front of the traveling foraging party, eager to satisfy her hunger as soon as possible.

Carnation giggles in amusement at Sandy's boost of energic eagerness. She picks up the pace, also eager to get to the foraging patch soon.

PK and Sacha walk at a slow pace, both looking around.

Sandy stands up on her back legs to see where the foraging site is. She's ravenous.

As Carnation joins Sandy at the crest of the dune, she glances at the landscape ahead, hoping the promising looking land is the foraging patch. She too is famished and wants to eat.

With an excited squeal, Sandy charges down the dune.

Maple grits her teeth as she felt the fleas biting her. She does her best to ignore it and went to where the pups were. She began to get to work on ridding the fleas and ticks that were on them.

Carnation races down the dune close behind Sandy, eager to satisfy her intense hunger.

Kal, Sacha and PK all continue following the group. Kal stays close to Kiki.

Joey stops as he sees a somewhat suitable spot. He doesn't really pay attention to where they stop- he's too worried about Starburst to really care.

Carnation picks a promising looking spot which is located under neathe a large camel thorn tree. She begins digging rapidly, hoping she finds a yummy morsel on her first dig of the day.

Flare started digging when she smelled a small millipede underground. After rubbing off the toxic secretions, she surrendered it to the begging Erevu.

Akina started to beg to, she wouldn't be able to forage on her own until almost a year old.

Carnation detects the scent of a beetle and digs at the ground rapidly, soon uncovering the delicious looking prey. She doesn't plan on claiming it for herself. Instead, she generously delivers it to the begging Akina.

Maple was busy grooming the burrow confined pups, ridding the fleas and ticks as much as possible. Even though new ones came back on almost instantly. She growled. Stupid pests!

Kal, Sacha and PK start foraging.

Ruby begs, still being to young to forage for herself.

Carnation thoroughly sniffs the ground whilst leisurely strolling around the foraging patch, trying to detect the delicious scent of more prey.

Though Sandy has caught a few prey items for herself before, she too still needs help from the adults in order to get enough food for the day. Starving, Sandy sounds loud begging calls at PK.

PK digs up a scorpion. Before he starts eating it, he hears Sandy begging. He walks over to her and happily drops the lifeless scorpion by her feet.

Ruby continues begging.

Kal ignores the begging pups and continues foraging.

Sacha also forages for himself.

Hearing the heartmelting begging calls of Ruby, Carnation puts aside finding food for herself to tend to the pup. She finds a beetle crawling along the ground at a slow pace and gently snags it with her jaws. She thoughtfully delivers it to Ruby.

Maple takes a moment to get rid of some fleas on herself. No good however, many more merely replaced the ones she got rid of. She sighs in defeat. No matter how much she tried, only more replaced the ones she got rid of in the first place.

Sandy peeps gleefully, and eats the scorpian right up. She is grateful that she didn't have to battle the scorpian and face it's painful stings and pinches.

Carnation resumes foraging but won't mind handing over what ever morsel she finds to a still begging pup. After all, she's known to be a huge sucker for pups.
