Roleplay- 16th of December

Aliya emerges and stands up by Duke.

Emzio and Suri emerge and look around.

Mischka bends his head down and closes his eyes, trying to calm himself. The more he thinks about the Midnight's cold blooded deed the more enraged he becomes and he doesn't want to reach the point of losing his temper and lashing out at someone unnecissarily. To divert his horrible thoughts he gazes at a pretty butterfly gracefully fluttering through the air just 10 feet from Saffron.

Saffron catches a glimpse of the butterfly and whirls around. Her eyes instantly fixate on the butterfly and she begins stalking it in an adorable way.

In the burrow, Ninji squeals. She's hungry too. She crawls over sand lumps trying to find her mother.

Ninja hears the pups hunger calls and glances at the burrow. Instinctively, he follows Linda into the burrow having the urge to check on their children.

Conker spits into the distance. He'll make sure those callous Midnights pay for inflicting pain on his family. Why he oughta....suddenly his attention span is drawn to something else, a butterfly! The same one Saffron is stalking infact. He bounds after the butterfly which flies off just as he was about to make contact with it.

Trying for the second time to break the tension and cheer up the Jumaa, Cactus bowls his sister, Tamiya, over and swiftly nips her ear.

Tamiya was taken off guard as a mystery attacker plowed into her from behind. She yiped in surprise as a playful bite to her tiny dark brown ear was delivered. She rolled over to see her attacker was her brother, Cactus. She churred and pawed at her brother's face.

Saffron growls in frustration as Conker ruins her attempt to pounce on the butterfly. She lets it go and glances around, looking for something or someone else to play with. Her eyes track over to Cactus and Tamiya's play. Oooh that game looks inviting. She scampers over wanting to get in on their wrestling match.

Conker's legs carry him as fast as he could move them after the butterfly. The chase takes him through a blossming patch of devil's thorn flowers surrounding the burrow.

Mischka had seen Conker and Saffron attempt to catch the butterfly. He giggles in amusement as his eyes follow Conker's chase.

Once inside the burrow, Linda starts looking for her hungry pups only for Tyson to find her. The pup seems impatient, so she sits crouched over in the tunnel itself and lets Tyson feed.

Duke watches his pups play. They were lucky they weren't killed by the Midnights. He can only imagine the grief Ninja and Linda are going through right now. He can't help but seem partly responsible for not acting to the Midnight's scent sooner, and seems it's his job now to ensure retribution.

John soon calms himself as he watches the other pups play. Seeing that always managed to keep himself calm and happy. Sure, two pups were gone, but at least this mob had many, many others. But the heartless deed that had been committed on Ninja and Linda would not go unpunished.

Root feels the tension loosen and he opens his eyes, looking around at everyone. Looked like they slowly starting to calm down. He stands up, sitting back on his haunches before doing some self grooming.

Petal also feels the tension starting to ease and looks around as well, before noticing the pups playing. She giggles in adoration. Perhaps she could babysit today. Then again, being mute, she would have a hard time warning the other babysitters of any danger.

ooc: Meh...I think I'll have Mischka sit out of the battle. I don't have the motivation or fast pace to be able to control over 5 characters during the what will be a fast paced posting fight.

Ninji finds her mother and briskly crawls over to her belly where she begins suckeling hungrily.

Ninja arrives at the chamber and it becomes apparent as to why their litter was restlessly wailing. They're hungry of course. Ninja watches their children feed from mother Linda with a smile of adoration spread across his face.

Conker leaps up, front paws outstretched up in the air. Frustratingly, the butterfly was too high for him to reach but he remains persistant and continues pursuing the graceful insect. His persistance in this chase is a skill he'll need later on if he's to succeed in chasing off rival males.

Mischka's mood brightens the more he watches the pups' adorable antics. He's thinking about staying behind to babysit. It'll most likely be for the best if he's to avoid commiting vengeful murder. The more he thinks about it, it really isn't worth bringing himself down to the Midnight mob's level and he just doesn't have the heart in him to kill, even a rival. He'll most likely regret it and end up spiraling out of control psychologically. He doesn't want to dig himself into a hole he may never be able to climb out of.

OOC: OMG YALL POST SO MUCH. XD. From quickly skimming, they might have an attack later today? Am I right? xD

BIC: Chocolatine is awake, and has been for some time, peacefully and nonchalantly sunning herself in the warm, early rays of the sun. She contentedly watches the other members of the group bustling about, now happily settled into her new family. She watches the pups play, smiling in delight at their adorable antics! She shifts her weight, picking up on Mischka's hesitance for a possible plan of revenge. She doesn't know him well yet, but she chirps quietly to him, letting him know that she completely agrees. If there is a battle, she'll happily stay behind and volunteer to watch the pups. Fighting is just not her thing!

OOC: Also omg Mischka is the CUTEST name EVER!!! I actually stole the name and made a [female] character named Mishka, who's like Russian or Croatian or something from around there LOL. I haven't decided yet. xDD but omg everytime I think it, I'm like IT'S SOOOO CUTE!

ooc: Sorry hee heeXD but yeah, this site is much more active than Linklu but it isn't as crazy as it was. The posting would occur within 2 to 5 minutes apart but we're trying to cut down on the hyperposting. The people responsible for most of the fast paced drama have taken a bit of a hiatus until they discover the new day is up. And thanks for commenting on Mischka's nameX3 and you has permission to use it if you like:3 I got the name from a James Bond movie. His name is based off a german circus performer who threw knives in the movieO_O A little later in this RP day, a fight between the Midnights, Jumaa and Willows will occur but we'll try to keep things at a slower pace so everyone who wants to get involved will be able to take part and so that no one will get lost.


Mischka glances at Chocolatine hearing her chirp and is glad he isn't the only one who's hesitant and apprehensive about seeking revenge against the Midnights. Yes, they do deserve a punishment for inflicting pain on a small family just starting off with raising their very first litter but he doesn't feel taking the life of one of the enemies responsible for the 2 pups' deaths is the right solution. It'll just bring them down to their level. Maybe roughing them up significantly will be acceptable enough and if the Jumaa get lucky, stealing half the Midnight's land will be a good enough payback as well.

Aliya looks around, her eyes gazing into the Midnights had fled a when they had attacked the babysitters and killed two of the pups. A vengeful look is on her face. That group had taken so much from them. They were going to get it back! Despite her merciful behaviour towards most meerkats and other groups, Aliya had been annoyed by the Midnights enough. She also knew that she would be expecting pups soon and wanted to insure her pups would grow up in a safe environment.

Suri looks over at Aliya, nervous. It looked like they were going out to battle with the Midnights again. She certainly hoped that Aliya wouldn't get more than what she bargained for.

Emzio sits on her haunches, unaware of the fight that would soon occur.

Having emerged from the burrow, Josephine sat on her haunches in the warm rays of the morning chattering anxiously to herself. Since the burrow raid by the Midnights the group had been on full alert everyday scanning the area and watching out for a potential second round.
Today however the atmosphere was different was it due to Kumi having given birth overnight or did the dominant couple have a plan?

Glancing at Mishka having offered to babysit, she knew she had the chance to head out with the group if they decided to go foraging and this eased her worry slightly. Raising her head to the sky she thought about Lancaster back at the Willows unaware of his compassionate heroism towards another Willows male.

Mischka jerks his head towards Josephine, his eyes glossed over with a worried sparkle. He's started thinking the worse for the Jumaa. If they lose, the Midnights could endanger the lives of the pups still developing in Aliya's belly and they could storm the territory, en mass! If he, the other babysitters and Kumi's precious pups below are caught in their warpath, they all could be killed. He hopes Aliya's choice to lead her troops into battle will have a victorious outcome. It'd be devastating if the Midnights scored a second time at ruining the Jumma's lives. No! The Jumaa won't lose! He can't think like about his allies! He must stay positive and supportive of his mob. The Jumaa have the advantage, being larger than the Midnights so they can't lose...right?

Losing sight of the butterfly, Conker grumbles in frustration to himself. At times, he got so close to snaring his "prey" but a lack of concentration threw him off, affecting his ability to catch it completely. Oh well there will always be another one to chase and catch.

John looks at Aliya, eager to go out and cause some pain to the Midnights. That mob had to learn not to mess with the Jumaa!

Root notices that most of the group looked ready to fight. What was going on?

Petal gulps again, sensing something was going to happen. And it wouldn't be pleasant.

Duke stares in the direction of their foul rivals. He's normally against waging offensive wars, but this time is different. This is retribution, when they will finally bring the Midnights to Justice.

Inside the burrow, Linda is still feeding two of her pups. She's hungry herself, and won't be able to feed them much longer without eating. She's unaware of the others' plan for vengence.

Remembering that there's harsh justice to serve to a certain mob of heartless meerkats called the Midnights, or more like the Nightmare Creators, Conker jerks his head towards his mother, itching to wage war and take revenge. It's great that he wants to fight along side his family but he's way too young to fight. But he's determined to help his family deliver some well deserved justice to that callous rival mob, regardless of his age.

At the moment, Ninja's priorities are on making sure everyone of his and Linda's children get a struggle free good feeding. Everyone of their children appear to be eating well. He can tell they're all going to grow into impressive sized, healthy adults but to make sure they graduate to a year old, the mob must work together in making sure they stay safe through out their puphood.

Ninji suckles from her mother happily.

Cactus leaps off Tamiya and invites her to help him chase Saffron so that Saffron can join the game.

Saffron squeals in excitement and darts in the opposite direction of Cactus and Tamiya, tempting them to chase after her. A game of tag sounds like fun!

Cactus quickly darts after Saffron. He's going so fast, that he doesn't see where he's going and bumps right into a bush. Embarrassed that his friends witnessed him crashing into a bush that was in plain sight, Cactus laughs, recovers, and continues his chase.

Tamiya peeps in excitement as her brother hops off and begins to chase after Saffron, squealing with excitement.

Saffron continues bounding around erratically, unaware that Cactus had been slowed down by a bush. She picks up the pace, having developed a competitive attitude about who could run the fastest out of her, Cactus and Tamiya.

Akita finally woke up. The air around her seemed tense, and she sat up then stretched, and yawned. Standing, she shook her pelt then found her wayout of the burrow. Looking around to find nothing intiresting, she stood up and closed her eyes, sunning.

Kamaria headed below ground. She's trying to avoid Aliya as much as possible. She doesn't want to be evicted. Aliya is expecting again, and with Kumi just have given birth and Kamaria's due date is within the next few days, it is highly possible Aliya could choose to boot her.

ooc- Did Kumi disperse? I heard Kusuma say something about that.

ic- Linda is still feeding her pups when she sees Kamaria head through a different tunnel at a fork just ahead of where she is, and she notices Kamaria seems distraught. She knows exactly how Kamaria feels. Maybe she should comfort her. Linda gets up and follows Kamaria.

Tyson had already had his fill, and playfully paws at his sister Ninji.

ooc: I think she did.


Hearing the sound of footsteps out in the tunnel then seeing Linda get up to leave, Ninja's eyes follow her to Kamaria. He notices Kamaria appears to be upset and tilts his head, wondering what's got her feeling gloomy but gets the gist when he gets a brief glimpse of her swollen stomach. Her pregnancy puts her at risk of being evicted by the expecting Aliya, and with Kumi already haven given birth to a forbidden subordinate litter, things are looking grim for Kamaria being able to give birth within the safty and comfort of the group. He sighs worried for the female.

Ninji is also full and trades gentle swats with her brother Tyson.
