Roleplay- 16th of December

((OOC: That'd be cool. I did want to introduce a character or two in the Devils.))

John was asleep next to Velmarie, though his sleep wasn't pleasant. Nightmares filled his sleep, making him twitch a little once in a while.

Root and Petal were snuggled against each other, attempting to sleep peacefully, though, it wasn't happening. Everyone wouldn't be sleeping peacefully tonight.

Mischka awakens with a gasp as he felt Kinkajou roughly nudge him. Glancing around frantically, he realizes he's still in the chamber with Kinkajou and relaxes. He sighs in relief, glad it was only a nightmare. Thank the meerkat Heavens it was only a dream He looks at Kinkajou calmly, reassuring her he's fine now.

Saffron, Ninji, Conker and Ninja are also sleeping restlessly, all plagued with nightmares. There will be no heavy sleeping tonight for everyone.

Kinkajou sighed and smiled, she nuzzled his side and cuddled into him It's okay, you can go back to sleep now

Phoebe was still asleep, snuggled against her siblings and parents, twitching slightly as she slept. Her nightmares of seeing her father's lifeless body plagued her mind.

Feeling comforted by Kinkajou, Mischka rests his chin on his paws, trying to go back to sleep. It's going to be easier said than done after experiencing a day full of trauma.

Iblis is sleeping soundly, unaffected...

Ponda is with his mother, shivering in fear... Unable to sleep... Unfortunately Iblis is a bad mom and doesn't comfort him...

Fly can't sleep either and goes outside...

Saffron wakes up whining loudly. She had a nightmare about watching Ninja being slaughtered by Bravo right before her young eyes. She sits up on her haunches, panting and trembling. After having a gory nightmare like that, going back sleep will be a struggle.

Petal awakens when she heard Saffron's whining. Managing to get herself out of her brother's embrace, which didn't make him stir at all, she manages to locate Saffron's chamber and comes in, instantly curling herself around the frightened pup in a protective and loving embrace. She began to nuzzle her in an attempt to soothe her. Having no voice, she couldn't say comforting words. She just did what she could.

Ponda wanders off by himself... Looking for comfort... He can't sleep after what happened today and it's bothering him... He stumbles a couple times, being the mentally wounded pup he is... He's starting to realize that his mom doesn't really love him...

Fly heads back in and lies down, trying to sleep...

Saffron calms down when she feels someone embrace her in a comforting hug. She presses against Petal's side, feeling drowsiness regain control of her body as the compassionate teenager nuzzled her. She knows Petal can't talk but she doesn't need words to lull her back into a calm state. Petal's comforting body language was all it took for her to settle down.

Kinkajou yawns and gets up,she spots Ponda and goes over, comfortingly wrapping herself around him, she gently picked him up and carried him to her and Mischka's chamber, she placed him between them and begin to soothingly churr and nuzzle his side.

Ponda peeped to Kinkajou and attempted to cuddle up to her... Hoping to get comfort from anyone.

Iblis notices Kinkajou take Ponda but doesn't appear to care.

Fly eventually falls asleep.

Kinkajou smiled and churred, she wrapped her arms around him, cuddling him close and warming up his tiny,fragile body.

Petal decides to stay and sleep with Saffron tonight. Perhaps having someone older near her would help the little pup sleep better tonight. She didn't mind at all, as long as it helped Saffron somehow. She soon lays her head down and closes her eyes, hoping to fall asleep.

ooc- Ponda has half-brothers and sisters now. I forgot.

ooc: Oh yeah, he does xD Ponda might start reacting to them in the next day, but I don't know who they are... But in the next day Iblis will attack him too, he'll be wounded but not killed...

Mischka frowns with sympathy when he sees how terrified Ponda is. Awww, poor little guy. He too must be plagued with nightmares about today's tragic events. He helps Kinkajou comfort the little tyke with some comfort grooming. He senses that Ponda is becoming less tense as Kinkajou nurturingly nuzzled him. He keeps up his comfort grooming, hoping to soothe him to sleep.

immersed in an older member's comfort, Saffron feels calm enough now to attempt falling back to sleep. Maybe she won't have anymore nightmares now that she has someone here to protect her and encourage her to fight off her mental tormentors. She'll soon find out if Petal's comfort will be the cure to her nightmares. She rests her head on the ground and closes her eyes, fixating her thoughts on something positive.

Kinkajou smiled and gave Mischka a quick nuzzle before returning to soothing Ponda.

Mischka nuzzles Kinkajou back affectionately then proceeds grooming Ponda comfortingly.

Kinkajou smiled at Mischka, taking notice at how he was so fatherly, she stretched out and cuddled up to Mischka and Ponda.

Ponda sighed... He slowly fell asleep...

Iblis also fell asleep...

Mischka feels happy now that Ponda is sleeping peacefully. He hates to see pups in distress and wouldn't mind offering them comfort when they could use it. He snuggles with Kinkajou and Ponda, attempting to fall back to sleep also.

Kinkajou churred softly to Mischka, she rested her head on his stomach and closed her eyes, attempting to fall asleep.

Mischka smiles softly at Kinkajou. He closes his eyes, hoping it'll be morning the next time he opens them.

Linda whines a little, also having bad dreams about her mate.
