Roleplay - 19th September

Maylene had fallen asleep not that long ago but quickly woke up and she just laid there below ground.

ooc: I had Lavender be at the Splinter. Daisy and Dewdrop, who Goldfish was going to make close friends, are with the group... Daisy feels timid and alone without her big sister Lavender.

And Dipsy, I think I can keep both. I'll let you know if I change my mind.

Answering Clover’s call, Leaf quickly found her and rubbed her head against the pup letting her know that they were safe.

Finding Tuck, Dusk walked beside the young male back to Cheyenne where they got scent marked. Accepting that the new dominant female was likely here to stay, Dusk began to assess the group’s situation.

Still in pain, Josephine couldn’t keep her eyes open any longer as she watched the Willows pups play.

Tank decides to arouse and pads over to a nearby bush. He climbs to the top and stands sentry. He was still set on helping Buckeye search for the missing Willows. Those faint calls Tank had heard earlier are ringing through his head and it's bothering him. It didn't sound like a gecko chirp it sounded more like a meerkat kind of chirp. Could it have been the missing Willows trying to contact their main group? Tank scans the area for any signs of the missing Willows.

Back at the burrow, Lancaster continues to keep an eye out for danger but is anxious. He goes below ground to check on Josephine. He pads over to her and nudges her. She still appears to be breathing but any one of those breaths could soon be her last. He lays down placing his head on her side.

Josephine twitched slightly as Lancaster placed his head on her side but didn’t open her eyes.

ooc: So Sidorak is not DM, so there's no need For Mr. L anymore...

ooc: wait, whaaa? O.o

ooc: i thoguht since Sidorak marked everyone...

ooc: You said he isn't. And, who's Mr. L?

ooc: Lithium. I just like calling him that. xD

ooc: So, Sidorak ISN'T DM? And why's there no use for Lithium?

ooc: No, forget that post. HE IS. Since he scent marked everyone I thoguht he was, it was a typo!

ooc: lol, I see.

Lancaster sighs relieved that Josephine is still alive but he's restless this afternoon. He returns above ground to keep an eye out for danger. He looks off into the distance wondering if the Willows have found their missing members yet.

ooc: Okay, I got it.

bic: Keeko goes on sentry duty.
Miley chirped to the others. (Has the Jackal left?)

Tank chirps to himself worried for Clover and Tuck's safty. He's determined to head out and search for them again but it's getting late. He'll have to wait until tomorrow to head out on his search mission.

Tuck watched Cheyenne. He liked Buckeye better.

It was yet another day on the move as Linda, the lone female wonderer, trecked the hot sandy Kalahari landscape. Hunger, lack of grooving, lack of sleep, and stress all combined to make an ugly shadow of her former self. In a few hours she'll be where she needs to get to. Wait, what's that? She sniffed the air. A foraging mob was nearby, and she was on their turf. Maybe they were friendly. She needed a family. She couldn't take the life of a loner anymore. She caught glance of them and walked towards them with a submissive "white flag" approach. Whether they were open to new members or aggressive, it didn't matter. After all, what is there left for her to lose?

Tank spots Linda and alerts the group. He heightens himself on his hind legs eyeing her excitedly. Could it be one of the missing Willows? Hard to distinguish from far away, he waits until the meerkat gets closer to tell if it's Tuck, Clover or another meerkat all together.

Linda still remained submissive. she quickly sniffed out the dominants of the mob and went to them, bowing her head in front of them in submission. No turning back now. It's acceptance, or death.

Jackie looks at Linda curiously.

Snowflake looks at Linda. He smiles goofily at her.

As Linda approached the group, Tank eyed her closely. This meerkat isnt one of the missing Willows it's just a female meerkat looking to join a group. He sighs in disappointment and jumps down from his sentry post. He sits watching the female approach the dominants and smiles welcomingly at her.

Maylene had come back above ground and sneaked out back to the foraging group. Then she snuck up behind Tank and sat next to him.

Waiting for Cheyenne’s orders, Dusk climbed a bush and watched the horizon, thinking all the while about the Midnights and his sister Dawn.
