Roleplay - 29th of September

Pepper closed his eyes.

ooc: Should there be a storm overnight?

ooc: Sounds good to me

Peachy lays her head next to her sleeping son and slowly begins to close her eyes.

Alfonso rolls over and rests his head against his mother's chest.

Thunder rumbles in the distance. Jay squeaks. A storm!

Peachy is spooked by the loud clap of thunder but nonchalantly tries to fall back asleep. Thunderstorms rarely bother her but she knows this going to be a noisy and possibly a sleepless night.

Alfonso is also spooked by the clap of thunder. He jerks awake and whimpers unsure of what the noise is. This is his first time experiencing a thunderstorm and he's terrified. He burrys his face into his mother's chest, shaking uncontrolably.

When Jay squeaks, Stripe grabs him and pulls him back over. Get back here! I'm not done with you... But as thunder struck, Stripe jumped out of her skin and she grabbed Angel, Jay and Chetana, and hugged them tight.

Chetana shivered.

Faith jumps, not expecting it. She decides to go into the burrow to avoid the rain. She curls up and tries to fall to sleep.

Pepper stays at the burrow mouth, enjoying the cool rain on his inflamed leg.

Alfonso yelps as another loud clap of thunder shook the ground. He curls into a ball still shivering and hides his head under his mother's chest trying to get away from the loud noise.

Peachy grabs a hold of her son pulling him in closer against her in a reassuring hug. She grooms him, churring softly trying to calm him down.

Peppernpulls his foot in.

At the sound of the spark, Flurry ran below ground.

Streak stayed near the entrance, watching the storm.

Pepper quickly fell asleep. Jay can't fall asleep. The storm scared him.

Peachy grooms her son's head trying to soothe him to sleep.

Alfonso continues to shake uncontrolably as the storm gets louder and more fierce above ground.

Jay shook with the earth and thunder shook it.

Peachy rests her head next to her son's head and sighs. It's going to be a long and sleepless night.

Alfonso pokes his head up and looks around hearing the storm briefly calm down but is then spooked by an unexpected loud and long rumble of thunder.

Arrow and Springer moved into a deep chamber to shake off the cold.

Sugar curled up by Flurry and flinched every time there was a crash of thunder.

Peachy begins to close her eyes.

Alfonso's anxiety starts go down and he finally falls asleep.

Stripe grabs Jay and pulls him close, and hugged him tightly.
Angel churred and gently nuzzled her brother. It's just a storm.
Bruno cowers by Stripe.
Jack runs to the burrow mouth, grinning as usual. Oh, cool!!!

Peachy falls into a light sleep and can still hear what's going on around her.

Alfonso's tongue is hanging out his of mouth as he sleeps, snoring softly.

ooc: you should see the storms I get where I live, they are long and harsh. After storms, there are branches on the road and uprooted trees in the park. Once, my brother and I tried to record the lightning in a storm, we wanted to look over the tape and it turned out there wasn't a any film. XD

Awesome! aww that stinks but there will always be another storm to film:) I love thunderstorms. I like to listen to the thunder when they approach but where I live we don't really get them directly on top of us. Most of the time they go around us because we live in a bowl and they end up breaking apart over the mountains or disperse in another direction. I remember last year we had one with a tornado warning that spawned a small tornado in a county next to ours. When it entered our county and went over my town all we got was hail and it was really windy but the sky looked green it was really strange but cool:D

ooc: You guys are lucky. I live in the heart of tornado alley, but it has just rained here so far.

ooc: I remember when I went to Queensland for a holiday. The storms there are scary. Where I live we get thunder storms but my poor dog is scared of them so it's not as much fun for us.

bic: Faith finally falls to sleep.

ooc: My dogs hate fireworks but not thunder. xD

ooc: There was a tornado in utah. I was too young to remember it though.
