Roleplay - 29th of September

ooc: I used to live in northern California, (famous for earthquakes) and the only earthquake I had expirianced was at night, and I slept right through it. XD

ooc: You're like my little sister. She could sleep through a bomb. xD

ooc: XD

There is a lightning/hail storm outside right now, I filmed it and I'm going to post it on youtube, my dog is crying like a baby she's so scared. XD

ooc: Same with my sister XD but I'm a light sleeper. It has to be completely pitch black and quiet for me to be able to fall asleep. I even have trouble falling asleep during night time thunderstorms mostly because I worry about our house getting struck by lightning. We have no big trees in our yard and our house is out in the open. Every time a big flash occurs I cringeXD Oh cool! Aw poor dog she's a comforting snuggleX3. We're supposed to have thunderstorms this weekend I'm hoping that we get severe weather:D

ooc: I'm like you, Yoshkat. I can't sleep unless it's dark. I'm a terrible sleeper.
We get storms occasionally, but not really bad ones. Once our kitchen got flooded though.

ooc: Our basement's been flooded twice. My mom burst and we have these little tile squares that we can pull up if we need too. xD

ooc: You know what I find hard to believe, there was a hail storm outside today, and normally at thins time of year, it would be around 90 degrees outside. I read on a website that once, the Kalahari Meerkat Project couldn't go out to study the meerkats because of a hail storm, the ice was as big as a baseball! They even took a picture of it. XD

ooc: We;ve had lots of hail here. On easter too.

ooc: Wow it's hard to picture a hail storm in the Kalahari Desert I never knew it could happen hopefully all the meerkats were tuck away safely in their cozy burrows. We get hail storms out here in Pennsylvania but their rare in the part of the state I live in. Usually when we get them we get hail stones the size of quarters. Before I moved out here I experienced a hail storm in New Jersey where I used live and we got hail the size of golf balls it was so unusual we all thought a tornado was forming.

ooc: Lol wow. We had a warning for a funnel cloud headed our way once, our parents had to come in the building and escort us to the cars for safety. It never became too serious because I live on really rugged terrain.

ooc: Same with usXD but it touched down briefly in the county below ours distroying a mobile home park. It was still tornado warned when it went over us but there was no funnle cloud. people in our county did report seeing a wall cloud though. We were ready to head into the basement as it was approaching.

ooc: We never get bad hail like that. The hail we get is only about the size of peas. XD
