Roleplay - 10th of October

Karma bounds over to Morning Glory and keeps her head and tail low in submission. She waits to see what Morning Glory does next.

Morning Glory chirped at Karma, scent marked the top of her head with the family scent before sitting beside her. The anxious waiting for Stratus to return to the group was a more pressing problem on the dominant female's mind than the issue of the pregnant subordinates, so for now she needed the comfort of the mob for reassurance.

Karma accepts the scent marking. She senses Morning Glory's anxiety and offers her some grooming to soothe her nerves.

Still set on driving the rovers out, Stratus followed them. He spotted them and snarled asd he continued to charge forward. With Bahiya and Pamela at his side, he was certain the rovers would go packing.

Karma peeps reassuringly to Morning Glory letting her know that Stratus is probably working on ousting the rovers from Tiny Kats territory and should return to the group soon. From what she's seen from Stratus, he's determine to keep the females, especially Morning Glory, safe from the amorous tricks of the rovers.

Wilson sees the restless DM still charging and runs across the border into unclaimed land.

Karma grooms Morning Glory some more then stops and looks into the distance. Stratus has been gone for too long and she's starting to feel worried herself but she tries not to worry about it. With Pamela and Bahiya helping to chase off the rovers they should be fine.

Tisca growls. With everything that had been going on, the last thing they needed was rovers. At least they didn't approach her.
Cloud Catcher growled. If he was older, he'd have shown them what he was made of.

Jupiter had been unaware of the current events. She stood on her hind legs to scan the area for a second. Realizing she had wandered from the mob, she went back toward where everyone was at, not wanting to be alone for too long.

Karma looks around. She realizes that Jupiter isn't with the group and begins to worry about her virtue. If the rovers find her alone, then any chance of Karma and Bahiya getting to raise their pups in the group could drop down to zero.

Lithium continues to forage, feeling his strength return.

Stratus sees Lithum and snarled loudly. He charges Lithium from behind. He still wanted him off Tiny Kats territory.

Lithium sees Stratus, and not hesitating, flees. He rather save his energy and not get into battle. The group was still wary of him and Wilson.

Stratus continues to chace Lithium until he's over the border. He furiously scent marks the area and heads back toward the group.

Seeing Stratus chace off Lithium, Bahiya decided it was safe enough and waited until she could follow the dominant male back.

Karma glances back at the horizon, and waits to see Stratus, Bahiya and Pamela returning to the group safe and sound.

Jupiter eventually spots the group and managed to make it over, feeling relieved. She was still unaware of what had taken place. But she was fine, had no rover scents on her, and she didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

Stratus returned to the mob and began scent marking the area.

Bahiya stood up and scanned the area on sentry.

Karma spots Jupiter and bounds over to her. She circles her sniffing her. Luckily the rovers haven't gotten their paws on her. Karma backs away and smiles happy to see Jupiter back safe and sound. Karma sees Stratus and Bahiya return to the group and sighs in relief.

Wilson forages, digging up a millipede. they should wait a little before heading back, if they choose to go back. They should forage while waiting.

Karma is on high alert and goes on sentry duty. There's still a chance that the rovers could return. She climbs up a bush to use as her look out post. If she scans from above she may be able to catch them returning from several hundred feet away and can alert the group in time before they can get a chance to approach the group.

Pamela also returns to the group. As soon as she sees Morning Glory she lowers her head and walks over to her. She lies on her belly and looks up at her.

Overjoyed to see Stratus and the other females return, Morning Glory noticed the unfamiliar scent of the rovers over all of them and presumed they had all been involved in chasing them out of the territory.
Rescenting Pamela as she lay on the floor and Bahiya to strengthen their bond, Morning Glory cheerfully thanked them for keeping the group safe and trotted over to her mate to give him some tender grooming.

Seeing his adoptive father return to the group, Sanders bounded over and gently nuzzled his head against Stratus's leg.

Stratus smiled and gave Sanders a gentle nuzzle before turning and grooming Morning Glory.

ooc: Could someone fill me up on what happened? My beach house has internet, so I can get on.

Antebellum is unaware of what is happening to her female friends with the rest of the group. She headed below to check on Senji.

Lithium and Wilson came roving. wilson nearly got lucky with Pamela but Karma saw him and raised the alarm. Stratus, Bahiya and Pamela chased the rovers out.
