Roleplay - 19th October

Running Star staggers back but lunges forward and slashes at Teetsie's front leg. She's determined to win this part of their territory and plans to take no prisoners in this battle.

Peachy is easily knocked off her feet as Wilson forces her off him. She struggles for breath as he bit into her throat. As he let go, she's stunned as she tries to catch her breath, leaving her temporarily defenseless and her son vulnerable to attack.

Alfonso squeals in horror as Wilson makes a B line for him. He tucks his head in between his haunches as he braces for his fate to be sealed.

ooc: Ah ok

Teetsie barks to her group, telling them to retreat. The Midnights could win this land back later.

Dominic bunches up, prepared to spring in teetsie was planning a trick.

Wilson begins to make a finishing move, but he sees the pup's reaction and stops. Why can't he kill him? He can't get himself to end the pup's life. He looks down at the pup, puzzled, and starts to pull back, deep in thought. Why couldn't he finish him off?

Sugar snarls from behind Wilson and lunges onto his back. She sinks her teeth into the back of his neck and thrashes hard, she may be a rather small female, but nothing would stop her from defending the pups.

Skull heard the retreat and turned, he sat waiting for Teetsie to lead the way.

Arrow smirked, if they kept chasing the Midnights, they could drive them clean off their land.

ooc: plot forming. The Midnights loose, they run back to the burrow, and don't leave the area around the burrow for a while, ashamed about being defeated. Then, after that, they fight the Zippers again for their land back.

Black Widow brakes fast on her legs. Things were starting to get exciting as she was about to get her paws dirty with Springer's blood. She snarls and snaps at Springer. Next time she will draw his or any other Zippers blood. She reluctantly follows after Teetsie as the retreat is sounded.

Peachy squeaks seeing Wilson about to lay the fatal blow on her son. Forgetting about her pain she lunges forward and clamps down on his hind right leg, sinking her teeth in deep. She refuses to let go. Seeing Sugar come to her aide she's relieved. If they work together then overpowering Wilson should be easy.

Alfonso shakes uncontrollably, whimpering. He didn't want to die and tries to sway Wilson away from murdering him by putting on the heart string pulling wails.

Running Star snarls and chases after the Midnights as they start to retreat. Enraged, she plans to run them off their territroy.

Arrow followed in chasing the Midnights.

Springer wardanced after Black Widow, he snickered mockingly.

Sugar tore hard at Wilson's neck, she wouldn't give up, no matter what the cost.

Wilkson grunts as his thoughts are interrupted by the other Zippers. Not in the mood for battle anymore, he forces them off with pain throbbing everywhere and blood dripping. He then makes his way out of the bolthole, still puzzled over why couldn't get himself to kill Alfonso.

Sugar chased Wilson, she saw the Midnights retreating and the Zippers chasing them. She barked to Peachy, they had won, and they were driving them off their land. She turned and kept chasing Wilson, to make sure he had the message hammered into his head.

Wilson runs out of the bolthole to see the others retreating. He follows as fast as he can, confused.

Peachy releases her strong grip on Wilson's leg. Snarling, she charges out of the bolthole ready to run Wilson tirelessly out of his own territory. Peachy nods at Sugar with a smirk. Looks like the tables have turned. She joins Sugar in chasing off Wilson.

Alfonso slowly looks up realizing he hadn't been harmed. He sees that Wilson is no longer in the bolthole and takes a big sigh of relief. He thought for sure that his life would end then and there.

Running Star continues to charge the Midnights.

Black Widow glances over her shoulder and hisses at Springer. This war isn't over yet!

Wilson soon catches up with the others, trailing blood as he went. Hopefully none of the others witnessed his inability to kill the pup, or he's dead.

Springer smirked at Black Widow, you're just lucky. If the battle had gone on, you would have been running off with a snapped neck.

Peachy chatters angrily as she hotly pursues Wilson. She wanted to make him pay for attempting murder on her pup.

Running Star makes the call to stop the chase. It seems they have made their point to the Midnights and have become the victors of this war...for now. She makes lead calls and starts to lead her group back to claim their prize.

Black Widow scoffs at Springer's remark (You may be large but I'm swift. You probably won't be able to lay a paw on me) Black Widow starts to become winded as she continues running. She won't be so swift for long in a battle if this short amount of exersion continues. Just how long will the Zippers keep chasing them? She's just about at her limit of running when she hears Running Star call off the chase. She lets out a breath of relief then slows down to a trot. Finally she can rest her legs and lungs.

Wilson slows down with the others as the Zippers stop their chase. Panting, he moves at the same pace as the others. He needs to think a little.

Black Widow grumbles to herself as she follows the group back to the burrow to regroup. She hopes Teetsie will launch another strike when the Zippers have their gaurds down.

Running Star returns to the foraging grounds of plenty and starts to furiously scent mark the area.

Peachy follows Running Star back to where the battle had began. Her stomach is a bit sore and her cheeks throb in pain from the slash wounds she recieved from Wilson but for the most part she was ok. She hurries into the bolthole to check on her son.

Alfonso looks around the bolthole paniced. Where's his mother? Did she fend off Wilson? Could she be hurt or even worse...Alfonso cries out for Peachy. He fears for what may have happened to her.

Wilson ignores the painful wounds sustained. Once they stop he'll tend to his injuries. He aches and it stings all over, though.

Teetsie had returned to the burrow with her mob following. Ashamed by the defeat, she didn't want to show their faces in the Kalahari for a while.

Alfonso is spooked by footsteps advancing towards him. Thinking that it could be Wilson coming back for him, he pins himself up against the wall, whimpering but will fight fiersely to protect himself if he has to. Seeing that it was only his mother he calms down. He crawls over to her churring happily. He's relieved to see that she's ok.

Peachy nuzzles her son. She's eladed to see that he's unharmed.

Black Widow sits outside the burrow disappointed that the fight had to be called off so soon. She was really hoping to get some action but may have to wait until the next fight to satisfy her craving for blood or she could just find a poor defenseless animal to torture.

ooc: I plan on having Streak die in the next fight.

Streak is very weak. Although they won, he can hardly muster the energy to walk.

Flurry stays by Sugar, licking her.

ooc- Killed by who?

ic- Wilson reaches the burrow and sits at it's mouth, conflicted. Could it be that regret was finally catching up with him after so long of being evil? He stares at the ground, thinking about the events of today.

ooc: it doesn't matter, whoever he decdes to fight.

ooc- Hmm... Maybe Wilson. Lets just say I plan on him having a mental conflict over the next few days.

Black Widow glances over her shoulder snarling. They're just sitting here while the Zippers are getting away with stealing their land. She's tempted to head back and teach those Zippers a deadly lesson that they'll never forget but making a solo charge at the enemy would be foolish and suicidal. She's not THAT daring. She faces her head forward sneering. She's just going to have to wait for what Teetsie decides to do.

ooc: I always liked SugarxStreak. Maybe they should mate and then Streak die?
