Roleplay- 23rd October

Despite her limp leg, Maylene climbs onto a log and begins to do sentry duty.

Linda decides to help out. She can sleep soundly when they're back at the burrow. She comes out from under the shade of the tree and stands on a sand dune. The Midnight could always return, even if they seemed pretty beaten when they left.

Bravo stays asleep.

Luna jolts awake and decides to look for something to eat.

Linda keeps a look out as the other forage and sleep. She's still hungry, but not enough to set aside her duties.

ooc: I'm confused... what's happening?

ooc- Nothing really. They're just resting now. Linda and Maylene are on watch.

ooc: Okay.

Linda hears the familiar call of a goshawk behind her, and quickly turns to face it, only to see that it's just a drongo imitating one. She calms down and resumes sentry duties.

Luna chirps to Buckeye. it was getting late.

Bravo wakes up at the sound of the drongo. Realizing it was a false alarm, he calms down. He sorely gets up and takes sentry were Linda's standing.

Linda thanks his brother and starts foraging. She wants to get one more meal in before they leave.

Keeko continues to groom buckeye.

ooc- Were the Tiny Kats going to go to the Willows or the Midnights?

ic- Linda digs up a millipede and cleans it off. She then drags it to where no one can take it from her and starts eating it happily.

ooc: On the map they are heading to the no mans land that squeezes between the three areas. It might be a case that they stay on their own board for RPing until one of the domaints delares that the TK's are tresspassing on someone's/their land if someone wants to make an encounter.

ooc- Okay.

Rested, Buckeye chirps and leads the group out again.

Linda hears the call and follows with part of the millipede still in her mouth.

Bravo gets down from his post and follows as well, still in a limp.

Jackie follows quickly.

Snowflake wakes up from the call and follows at a slow pace.

Bravo limps as he tries to catch up with the others. Many of them are slow from injuries, so it shouldn't be hard.

Linda finishes the millipede and helps her brother move along, sticking by him and pushing him to go faster. Her arms and legs haven't recieved any major injuries, and as such is having no trouble walking. She is still in pain all over though.

Keeko grooms Buckeye, but keeping an eye on the unrelated subordinate males as well.

Bravo sees Keeko in a protective mood, but doesn't worry. Mating with their own DF wasn't on his agenda. He would like to go roving soon though. He wants to scout out the local mobs ahead of time for the roving season to come.

Linda helps Bravo move along. With the Midnights weakened, this might be their chance to claim some needed foraging land. After all, they have a litter at the burrow that needs feeding and three more on the way. She looks at Buckeye, wondering what she decides to do.

Luna rests for a while, tried and wounded.

Bravo starts picking up the pace. He's starting to walk off his leg injury for now.

Linda lets Bravo move on his own, having seen he's well enough to for now. She sees Luna has stopped. She walks to her, asking if everything's alright.

Tank awakens refreshed from his afternoon nap. He yawns, stretching out his front limbs, back limbs and tail. He slowly gets to his feet and shakes out sand from his fur. He hears the screech of a goshawk and jerks but as he sees that it was only a drongo he just snorts. Tank sits on his haunches to do some quick self grooming. Just as he started to do so, he hears Buckeye make lead calls to move on and bounds after the group as he sees them starting to move on one by one. Tank looks down at his stomach as it makes a noticably loud rumble. He hasn't eaten much today and hopes to satify his hunger before the day is out.

Linda chirps to Luna. They should keep moving. She sees she's starting to fall behind and lets Luna be, trotting up to the others. She wonders where Buckeye is leading them next.

Bravo picks up his pace even more, slowly walking off his injury.

Tank walks with a limp as he pads along with the group. He's trying his best to ignore the pain as he walks but his winces with each forward movement makes his pain easily seen in his face. He notices the injury to Maylene's leg and pads over to her. Dispite having lost his feelings for her, he still worries for her well being if she's hurt or ill.
