Roleplay- 15th of November

Bravo continues to comfort Tank. Any loss is hard, especially a newborn litter of pups, and even more hard when the killer is someone close.

Linda attempts to rejoin the group.

Tank peeps thanking Bravo for offering a shoulder for him to lean on. The comfort is starting to calm his distress but he feels he should keep his distance from Linda, afraid he may jump to a vengeful retaliation. He doesn't notice her returning to the group.

Bravo doesn't notice either.

Linda cautiously approaches Tank and peeps an apology. She knows it isn't enough to undo the damage done, but it's worth a try.

Tank bares his teeth at Linda. He barks angrily, telling her to get away from him. He's so infuriated that he fears he may hurt her at the moment and doesn't want to lose control of his boiling anger.

Linda backs away and is resorted to sitting at the edge of the group, well away from Tank.

Bravo watches, making sure it stays that way.

Tank narrows his eyes. It's better that Linda gives him a wide berth for a while.

Bravo gets interupted by an eerie shadow that crossses over the group. He looks up, spotting a martial eagle. He sounds a urgent distress call and heads into the nearest bolthole. Of all times, why now?

Tank sees the martial eagle and dashes close behind Bravo then leaps into the bolt hole soon after him. He sighs. This is the worst time to have a predator scare.

Hearing the alert, Josephine sits up nervously before dashing off after the other members of the group into the bolt hole.

Unaware of the danger occuring at the foraging party, Lancaster is still comforting Triscuit. He looks at her broken leg and cringes. The injury looks terrible and could leave Triscuit with perminant damage to her back leg.

Triscuit nestles up to her uncle. His warmth helps to calm her.

Luna casts a troubled glance back down at the burrow where the pups lay dying. She remembered Alice with a jolt of pain, and looked away again. Linda should be killed. She knew she should have been killed when she murdered Alice, but Linda just left the pups to SUFFER and die.

Bravo curls up near the bottom to give everyone space to get in.

Linda looks around frantically. There's only one bolthole nearby, and the rest of the group is using it. She tries to enter the bolthole, given no other option.

Tank has his back to the bolt hole entrance and doesn't notice Linda slipping in. He moves a little deeper into the bolt hole so everyone will be able to fit in.

Lancaster sighs suddenly remembering Alice. This situation reminds him of when Luna had attacked and killed her. It seems like that scenerio is about to repeat itself only This time Linda attempted to murder 2 pups.

Tuck suddenly smells blood in the burrow. He's woken up late again. His eyes are blurry, he can hear whimpering, and smell blood. He can also hear the painful cries of pups. Young pups.

Triscuit whimpers and sinks her face into Lancaster's fur trying to block out the pain in her leg.

Lancaster nuzzles her and lays his head beside her, trying to comfort her. He wishes he could do something about her pain but knows all he can do for her is be there to provide her with tending loving care.

Linda enters the bolthole and tries to squeeze in. She spots Bravo and comes over by him, but he's next to Tank.

Bravo spots her but does nothing. It wouldn't be doing anyone much good to leave her out to die.

Luna is unaware of the drama with the foraging party, and continues to block the entrance.

Olivia whimpers to her siblings, she was too young to understand all that had happened.

Megan sat alone at the edge of the foraging party, she'd seen the blood on Linda's face and was feeling very afraid for Tank and Maylene's pups.

Maylene then churred to Olivia and licked her a little too and hoped that she'd feed.

Tuck just watched in shock. This should not have happened.

Linda waits out the predator scare, a little nervous around Tank with no place else to go.

Tank notices Linda within close proximity to him but ignores her. This isn't the time to wage war and even though she had killed his pups, he wouldn't wish death by a predator to a fellow member of his group even if he dislikes them.

Lancaster sighs as he helplessly watches Triscuit go in and out of conciousness.

Triscuit has passed out again from the pain in her leg.

Brvao edges closer to the front to get a good looks outside incase it left. His bravery has almost gotten him killed at least twice, but it's worth the risk.

Tank is being a shadow of his usual self. Normally he would be one of the bravest members to go up and check to see if the danger has passed but after what's happened today, he's feeling too nervous and in distress to see if the bird of prey has left.

Bravo peeks above ground. Nope, still there! He quickly retreats back in, but remains at the front.

Linda feels this is the best time to tell Tank. She peeps softly, asking him to just hear her out for a moment so she can tell him.
