Roleplay- 15th of November

Tank turns to face Linda but does nothing. He's too emotionally exhausted to show her more aggression and decides to listen to what she has to say.

Linda peeps again, explaining. Three of the pups were unharmed. She doesn't say anymore, as there isn't really anything else to say that won't anger him.

Tank blinks in shock. He's relieved to hear that some of his children were spared. But he had seen that there are 5 pups in the litter. What happened to the other 2? He shoots a cold sneering glare at Linda. She must've killed them.

Jackie is in the bolthole, avoiding everyone else.

Snowflake stays by Jackie.

Meg is awoken by the smell of dry blood. She feels her skin crawl.

Snicker keeps breathing, but has fallen unconcious.

Lancaster whimpers seeing the condition Snicker and Triscuit are in. He desperately hopes they pull though their injuries.

Triscuit twitches while unconcious, her tiny body wracked in pain.

Linda sees Tank's glare and edges closer to the wall of the hole, but can go no further.

Bravo waits patiently for the bird of prey to leave.

Tank growls infuriated and makes a move to slash Linda but holds back. Linda not killing his 3 remaining pups gives him the gist that she was trying to fight her instincts but it seems she had given in partially. He doesn't know if he wants to stay angry at her or understand her. She had potentially killed his 2 other pups and decides he isn't ready to forgive her yet. He growls at her. It'll be a very long time before he'll forgive her.

Snicker comes back into conciousness and begins breathing properly again.

Buckeye watches Linda. She might have to teach her a lesson.

Linda gets really nervous when she sees Buckeye looking at her. It hasn't come across her that Buckey may see this as a threat and evict her.

Bravo peeks again. This time there's nothing in the sky except a pair of drongos. He exits the burrow and stands to get a better look. Still nothing. He sounds an all clear.

ooc- Can you please hold out a little bit with Buckeye? It's still early, and I want her to stay in the mob a little longer.

Lancaster stays by the wounded pups' sides. He'll do his best to help them pull through this.

Triscuit whimpers while still twitching from the pain.

Ariel edges into the chamber and whimpers at the still grusome sight. This is too much for a pup of her age.

Tank is unaware that the danger has passed and remains towards the back of the bolt hole, waiting for the all clear to be sounded.

Lancaster frowns. It's terrible that Ariel had to see this so soon in her short life. He fears it could traumatize the little pup.

Bravo sounds a louder all clear.

Tank emerges from the bolt hole and looks around still on edge even though it's safe to be back above ground.

Linda cautiously emerges and looks around herself. She lays low, hoping now she'll be allowed to stay near the others.

Tank ignores Linda and continues looking around to make sure the martial eagle is out of sight and didn't obscure itself in the trees. There seems to be no sign of it anywhere so he calms down.

Linda nervously starts to forage. She hasn't eaten anything all day yet, but doesn't feel in the mood to eat knowing she's killed two pups, or at least she thinks.

Tank looks down at the ground and sighs. He was hungry while on the way to the foraging patch but after hearing that he lost 2 of his pups to Linda, he no longer has an appitite. All he wants to do now is be alone to mourn his 2 childrens' "deaths"

Linda scratches at the ground. She's hungry and needs food to fuel her unborn pups' development, but almost feels sick about what she's done.

Bravo gets back to foraging.

Tank pads over to the shade of a bush where he sits on his haunches and tucks his head into his stomach, distraught.

Linda starts to forage. It's unhealthy to go without eating in her advancing pregnancy. She finds a beetle and eats it.

Bravo looks at her. If Ninja had never mated with her, Tank's pups wouldn't be dead, she wouldn't be facing possible eviction, and her life would be more simple and calm. Even though Linda committed the deed, he feels Ninja still indirectly plays into this and needs to be punished with death.

Tank whimpers as he mourns for his 2 pups. He begins to think about Ninja. Because of him impregnating Linda, this happened. If Linda had just chosen to reject him and not mate, his 2 pups would still be alive. This event had made Tank dispise Ninja even more and the next time he sees him, he will pay with his life.

ooc: Okay.

bic: Buckeye calms down and gets back to foraging.

Jackie finds a beetle larva and eats it.

Snowflake is still digging for food.

Tank suddenly regains the feeling of hunger. Still trying to regain the weight he lost, it's strongly suggested that he should eat. He gets on to all 4s and scratches at the ground too distraught to get down to some serious digging at the moment.

Linda finds a skink and tries to pull it out of the ground. She succeeds and eats it. Her murderous action has possibly reduced her time left in the mob to minutes, and she should keep eating if that's the case.
