Roleplay- 3rd of December

ooc- What if Linda was to start going into labor when Ninja is asleep?

ic- Linda eats the second egg as well and moves on. She's starting to feel full, and even she is starting to slow down on foraging.

ooc: I'm ok with that.

Ninja yawns again and he begins to feel his eyelids drooping. He feels he needs to get back to looking out for the group's safty but most of all, Linda's. If something happens to her while he's asleep he'd be devestated, even more so if something happens to the unborn pups. He tries to resist falling asleep but it's useless. He sluggishly pads over to a shelter of a bush and plops down. He begins to doze off.

Conker finds another beelt and eats it quickly.

ooc- It won't be until at the very least a day in real time before that happens.

ic- Linda's hunger goes away completely and she feels full. After one more morsel she'll stop foraging to rest.

ooc: Ok.

Ninja rests his head on his front paws. His eyes are already closed but he fights desperately not fall asleep. He's overpowered by drowsiness and just allows it to take him over.

Conker raises on his hind legs. He looks at the adults standing sentry and tries to copy them.

Linda finishes a millipede and stops foraging, content now. She goes back to the camel thorn tree, this time for some shade to rest under.

Ninja quickly drifts off to sleep.

Conker is proud of himself having accomplished gotten his balance and staying up on his hind legs for more than several seconds. Minutes have gone by without him losing his footing. He grins proudly. Though he's still too young to have the experiance to perform sentry duty correctly.

ooc: Sorry for not posting... update please?

ooc- Nothing yet. I'll have Linda give birth within a few days real time though.

Ninja is asleep and at a state where he has no idea what could be happening around him.

Conker gets bored and drops down on to all 4s. He looks around for one of his siblings to play a game of tag with.

Linda looks at Ninja and smiles a little. He must be tired. Maybe something has been keeping him up. She stands up from under the tree and looks around.

Ninja is sleeping deeper than he usually does during an afternoon nap. It must've been the many sort of sleepless nights he's had this week of laying awake at night excitedly thinking about becoming a devoted father and the perils meerkat parenting could bring as his and Linda's children age.

Linda sits down on her haunches and starts to groom herself. She looks down at her large belly, excited that by tommorrow morning, she might be a first time mother, hopefully. She doesn't know how much more of her pregnancy she can take. It might become dangerous if the pups aren't born within the next few days also, for her pups and herself.

Duke keeps a protective watch on the tree stump.

Conker doesn't see Cactus anywhere and trots around the foraging patch to try to find him. He has a feeling his mischievous littermate brother is laying and wait in one of the bushes and is probably waiting to jump out and scare him.

Ninja remains in a deep sleep.

Kamaria emerged. Her pregnancy was noticeable now... but Kumi's was even more.

Aliya stands sentry underneath the shade of the tree. She watches Conker with a smile. He will be a valuable addition to the mob when he's older.

Emzio looks around bored.

Suri eats a gecko. She then walks over to the shade, full.

Emerging from the bolt hole, Josephine quickly scanned the surrounding before sitting alone in the sun. With the day being warm and bright, she closed her eyes and raised her head with a smile.

Still on sentry duty, Mungo Jerrie watched Josephine emerge from below ground and quickly moved from his watch post wanting to acquaint himself with the unrelated female whilst his sister wasn’t around. Chirping a greeting to Josephine, he sat beside her and began to gently groom her forearm.

Nervous and unsure, Josephine returned the greeting but not the grooming. She was more concerned that no one was watching their backs for predators.

Below ground and unaware of her brother getting to know the new female, Rumpel Teaser was busily widening the sleeping chamber by excavating the loose sandy debris.

Duke remains on watch at the foraging party, well aware of the vulnerability of some of the members.

Linda grooms her shoulder.

Dahoma dig in the sand next to his younger sister Tamiya.

Saffron did sentry she was full and she did know she was a pup so she climbed a tree

Linda finishes grooming herself and lays on her back against the tree in a sort of seated position, only leaning back more. She looks quite round, with her pups not yet born.

Saffron walks up to Linda

Linda sits upright, not comfortable on the rough bark. She sees Saffron come over and peeps a greeting.

Saffron looks at her and smilesthen looks at her belly she has never seen a belly that big before

Linda leans forward to groom the pup a little. Very soon she will have her own pups to look after, rather than just admiring and caring for the pups of others.

Saffron smiles and lays down
