Roleplay- 16th of December

Saja maintains her courageous stance by Molly's side, also staring down the vulture. Despite the scavenging bird being much larger than her, she isn't intimedated by his massive size one bit. She'll willingly defend the other pups, her protector and her sister's body with her life.

As Tank comes bursting out from the bushes behind the tiny group, he skids to a sharp stop the moment his eyes meet the mystery stranger. He doesn't recognize this stranger at all. This meerkat is much smaller than Ghost and looks to be a teenager. His adrenaline rapidly diminishes and he relaxes, relieved they didn't arrive on a grisily scene. He's so happy to know this meerkat isn't Ghost. It appears this youngster is acting as a body gaurd for the other pups and his daughter's body. Tank approaches Molly, sniffing her side. He steps back a few minutes later, expressing his gratitude for coming to the protection of these precious pups with a friendly smile and nod.

Mozart nuzzles Saja and the other pup(XD), her eyes meet Triscuits body and she looks at Tank Do, do you want me to take her?

Molly's focus is broken when Tank approached her. Who was he? Seeming to be thankful to her, she soon realizes he must be one of the parents of these pups or someone from the mob where the pups came from. She returns his smile with one of her own before she glares at the vulture once more, still staying over Triscuit's body. She wasn't moving until that bird was gone.

Mozart smiles and nuzzles Molly Thank you so much! she glances at Molly, wondering if she'll join them.

Molly couldn't help but let out a happy sound when Mozart nuzzled her. The vulture finally looses interest and flew off to find an easier meal.

Saja whips around with a startled squeak as she hears something behind her. When she recognizes the source to be her father, she squeals with excitement and bounds over to him, overjoyed to know he's alive and safe. She exchanges a nuzzle with Mozart while still snuggling with her father, who happily exchanges affectionate nuzzles with her for a few minutes.

Tank lifts up his head when he hears Mozart's question, his eyes trailing over to his daughter's lifeless form. He frowns with sorrow through his grip on Snicker. Since his mouth is full, he gives Mozart permission to carry her dead body. His mind is so fixated on today's tragedy that he doesn't take notice of the mencing vulture perched on the camel thorn tree branch above them, which had just flew its coop.

Mozart nods and walks over to her corpse, she slowly and gently picks it up, she can taste the blood on her tongue and it tastes disgusting but she remains her grip.

I'm so sorry for your losses... Molly looked sorrowfully at Triscuit's maimed body.

Ariel runs to the other members for protection.

Bravo has arrived and has been inspecting the mystery meerkat.What does she want?

Tank nods glumly, thanking Molly for paying her respect. He sighs softly, heart broken over losing Triscuit then Snicker to his own kind.

Saja watches Mozart pick Triscuit up sorrowfully. She shuts her eyes tightly, feeling the tears building up in them again.

Ashtail arrives not too long after Bravo, carrying a tired Meg in her jaws. She also sees Molly and titles her head. Who was this? She looked to be a teen. She didn't feel this meerkat was a threat, especially if she was near the pups. Be as it may, she watched Molly closely, just in case.

Molly looks at Bravo and smiles in a friendly fanshion. Thinking one of the females near was the leader, she got low, showing she intended no harm to anyone. She had gotten lost and now can't find her original mob. Maybe she could join this one? It'd be a death sentence for her if she tried to be out on her own, especially when it growing closer to being dark.

Meg is relieved when Ashtail comes to her aid. For a moment, she thought she was on her own again. She watches Molly curiously once Ashtail carries her to the others.

Jackie and Snoflake also watch Molly. They didn't know who she was, but she certainly seemed like a nice meerkat. Jackie turns her attention to Buckeye. What would she do about this.

Buckeye is relieved to see that the pups are safe, as well as Triscuit's body. It was a surprise to her that all of this was done by a stranger. Buckeye approaches her, seeing that she appears loyal and submissive. These were the qualities she was looking for, especially after losing two of their own today. She scent marks Molly, accepting her into the group.

Ashtail relaxes slightly as Buckeye accepts Molly. She was certainly a compassionate meerkat, especially to defend pups who weren't even hers or even apart of her mob. Perhaps Molly would be a trustworthy member. She's shown she's completely trustworthy already by keeping the Willow's fragile future generations safe and out of harm's way.

Tank's tense muscles loosen up as he witnessed Buckeye accept Molly into the Willows. She was wise to give the good sameritan meerkat the luxury of living in the safty of a group. He highly doubted the compassionate leader would reject such a sweet teenager. It would've been callous to do so, and a death sentence to the underserved youngster. A verdict he knows Buckeye wouldn't dare dish out to trustworthy strangers. She has proven herself worthy when she took up the responsibility to protect the precious generation of a group she didn't know. Tank smiles, knowing Molly will become a valued member of the group.

Saja grins with joy as she sees Molly get accepted. She has quickly grown to like the compassionate and brave teenager. Buckeye made the right choice of allowing her to become a Willow. If it weren't for Molly, she, the other pups and Triscuit's body wouldn't be here right now. She definitely has the potential to be a trusted and protective caregiver for the Willows. It would've been a shame if Buckeye had turned her down after she risked her life to keep their pups safe.

Ariel paws at her mother, tired and scared of the darkness growing around them.

Seeing her father, Olivia jumped up and bounded over to Tank, for a moment forgetting all that had happened. Until she noticed Snicker wasn't around. Looking up at Tank she peeped softly, Where- where's Snicker?

Buckeye peeps reassuring to Ariel. We'll go home soon. Let's just wait for Tank to bury his children. She notices Olivia questioning her father as to the whereabouts of her children and she sighs sadly. She thought it would be best for Tank to deliver the message...

Jackie scans the area warily. Most of the group were distracted with the new member. This would be a good oppurtunity for predators to take advantage of them.

Snowflake smiles welcomingly at Molly, happy she is now officially a member of the Willows' mob.

Meg looks at Olivia and her thoughts go back to being alone in the bolthole with Snicker. Having been with him until he had died had been enough to traumatize her for life. Now Olivia would have to hear of the news...

Hearing her sister Olivia question their father about their brother Snicker, Saja turns to Tank, gasping in shock as she sees an unconcious, maimed pup dangling from his jaws. The grisily scene horrifies her. Oh millipedes! Who's that father is carrying? It looks like...no it can't be. Please let it not be! She bounds over, her heart pulsating rapidly. She tries not to think that the maimed pup is Snicker, but she has a terrible gut feeling that it is. This prospect sends a tsunami of fear through her blood stream. She glances up at her father, eyes gleaming with fear as her thought about the worst is justified.. Wh-what happened to Snicker? He's going to be ok....isn't he? Her stomach ache intensifies, having a terrible feeling there's no hope for their brother.

Tank turns his head side to side sorrowfully, saying no. His eyes begin filling up with tears as he explains to his children Snicker was brutally killed by a merciless roving male named Ghost. Snicker is gone. He gazes down at the ground, feeling miserable for having to inform his young children about such tragic news, but it's best they learn about death now so they'll be more prepared to face situations like this in the future.

Mozart looks down and back at Tank,she nuzzles his side and churrs affectionately D..Don't worry Tank,It.. It'll be ok .

Olivia choked as she heard that Snicker was dead, but no tears came. She had already run out. She bit her lip to keep from crying out in misery. She lowered her head, still trying to tell herself it wasn't real. That at any moment, she would wake up screaming in the burrow, but no matter how much she tried, she had came to the horrifying conclusion. She was already awake. Yet still she felt in denial, her siblings weren't dead, they looked dead, but they were just uncontious.

Saja casts her eyes down at the ground, crying histerically as those dreaded words hit her ears. Tears can be seen trickling to the ground she's sobbing so hard. She believes this is all a nightmare. She shuts her eyes tightly. Soon, she'll wake up in the burrow, sounding a terrified caterwaul. This isn't real! It's just a nightmare...it's just a nightmare. She repeats this in her head for a few minutes. As she opens her eyes, she realizes this dark event is truely a reality. No...no.... NOOOO! She sobs harshly in despair and anger. Like her sister, Olivia, she's in denial. Snicker CAN'T be dead! He just can't be! He'll wake up....she just knows he will....eventually. Sadly, she'll learn Snicker won't be coming back.

Tank nuzzles Mozart back, grateful for her comfort. He presses his face into her furry shoulder and sobs uncontrallably.

Mozart churrs and sobs aswell, she snuggles close to Tank and tears spill onto the sandy floor however, she pulls away and nuzzles him again before snuffling We've got to stay strong Tank, for your kids .

Ashtail's heart aches as Saja and Olivia heard of Snicker's death. They were in denial, but... they had to accept the fact Snicker was gone as well. Her eyes gaze at the ground, feeling utterly miserable. If she ever saw Ghost again, she was going to rip him apart. Make him feel the same pain he caused for Triscuit and Snicker before they both died. Her claws dig into the ground in anger.

Molly feels relieved as Buckeye accepts her. Looks like she had a new home now. Besides... her mob would of came looking for her, but they haven't... She stood up, and noticed Tank carrying a dead pup and heard what he said. Another pup killed by that rover? Her heart felt as if it had been broken into pieces. Her matenral instincts kick in and she went over to Saja and Olivia, curling her body around them and began to give them nuzzles and licks in hopes to comfort the two little girls.
