Roleplay- 16th of December

Saja's muscles tense up in anger as she made eyecontact with her sister's maimed, lifeless form. Her eyes trail back to Molly, stifling her tears so she could explain to her what happened. A lone male by the name of Ghost took her life. She had seperated from the group and was ambushed by him. She gazes down at the ground, begining to sob. She doesn't understand why someone would commit such a heinous deed, and against her sister. She didn't deserve this at all. Like the rest of the Willows, she wants Ghost to pay with his life for this!

Molly frowned as Saja explained what had happened. This was the first time she ever heard of a rover who killed pups. How low could one get? Shaking her head, Molly went over to Saja and began to nuzzle her comfortingly. The poor thing, loosing her sibling like this...

Saja begins to calm down as Molly comforted her. She's too young to understand the true reason why male strangers visit groups, but after witnessing a rover savagely attack and kill her sister, she's convinced all of them visit with murderous intentions. Could they be "assassins" sent over from rival mobs? This is what she believes after today's horrifying encounter with one.

ooc: Wait, where is everyone? I'm lost. XD

ooc: The Willows just crossed the border. Saja and Ariel are awaiting their return in the middle of the territory while getting aquainted with Molly.

ooc: Oh okay, thanks.

bic: Olivia watched from a short distance, too afraid to get near Triscuit again. She was feeling in denial. Her siblings weren't really dead. This was just a nightmare, a horrible nightmare she'd soon wake up from. If only that were the case.

Molly looked back at Triscuit's mangled lifeless form and felt sick to her stomach. How could anyone be so heartless? Killing a pup like this... No pup should ever be killed...

Saja felt anger and sorrow when she glanced at Triscuit's lifeless, maimed body. It's too horrific to look at for a long period of time, so she looks away, gremacing. This Ghost must be sick in the head to commit something so hienous like this. From the way the body looks, she can tell Triscuit's attacker showed absolutely no mercy.

Buckeye assists Tank in finding Triscuit's body. She looks around, but so far, she is nowhere in sight.

Jackie and Snowflake also look for Triscuit's body, scanning every object that they could find. They both didn't want to imagine the thought of scavengers finding her before they did.

Meg also looks around, but is still too shocked and upset to really contemplate what was going on.

Ashtail began to sniff the air. Maybe she could catch Triscuit's blood scent. Even if the blood was dried up, it'd still give off a scent. She just hopes the other pups are okay and are hiding some where so no predators would get them.

Tank decides to take to a high vantage point to search for his daughter. His sharp eyes can see clearly off in the distance for miles. He scrambles up to the top of a bush, slowly rising up on his back legs to gain his balance. After a few moments of wobbling precariously on the thin branches, Tank gains control of his balance, immediately scouting the distant land for his dead daughter and the other pups. So far, he sees no sign of them. They must be further in the territory than he thought. He leaps down from the bush, briskly advancing deeper into Willow territory with the rest of the group. He hopes they fine his deceased daughter and the other pups before dark.

Mozart runs alongside Tank, she nuzzles his side and smiles while running, she surveys the area.

Molly looked at Triscuit's body with a sad expression. She should be buried. It was the right thing to do. But being a complete stranger, she knew this was something she could not do. However... that didn't mean she couldn't protect the body until her parents came back. She stood over the lifeless body, looking around for any signs of a threat.

Tank returns an affectionate nuzzle to Mozart before quickening his pace. He's picked up the smell of blood, so is convinced they must be close to where Triscuit and the other pups are now.

Unaware of her father being on the outskirts of their location, Saja glances around, starting to get worried. It's twilight and there's still no sign of the Willows. What's taking them so long? Have they encountered some kind of dangerous obsticle? Has something catastrophic happened to the mob? She paces in a circle anxiously, fearing the worst. Little does she know, she's about to learn of her brother Snicker's death.

Buckeye also looks around, the faint smell of blood hitting her nostrils.

Jackie and Snowflake eagerly follow.

Meg follows towards the back, looking around glumly. She was physically and mentally exhausted. She needed rest or she'd risk falling behind again.

Ashtail follows everyone else, also catching the faint scent of Triscuit's blood. She sniffs some more when she catches another scent... another meerkat? This scent was unfamiliar... Was Ghost attacking again?! Worried, she made a mad dash toward the scent. What if he came back and was attempting to kill more pups while the Willows were away?! Little does she know, its not Ghost, but a young stranger who had been with the pups for a while now, ensuring their safety, as well as protecting Triscuit's body.

Tank also detects the scent of an outsider being in the area. It sends chills down his spine and makes his heart rate climb rapidly, thinking it's Ghost returning to finish off the Willows valuable future. He elevates his canter to a dash, following closely behind Ashtail toward the scent. Could Ghost be back with a vengance?! He feels panic surge through his bloodstream, fearing by the time they reach his daughter's location where the other pups are, they'll find a grisily scene. He's unaware that once they make their way through a thicket of grass up ahead, they'll find out the scent belongs to a teenage meerkat, who had taken up the initiative to protect of the youngsters and his daughter's body.

Buckeye also rushes after the others, worried the mystery scent is Ghost.

Jackie and Snowflake also follow.

As the speed picks up, Meg finds herself falling behind once again. She tries to run to keep up, but is too tired and finds herself distancing herself futher from the group.

Molly doesn't know the Willows were coming, mistaking her for someone else. She notices a vulture perching on a branch, eying Triscuit's body. The teen hissed and spat at the vulture, standing over Triscuit's body to protect it. It was a good thing vultures weren't the types to pick a fight. As long as she shielded the body, that bird wasn't getting a meal.

Unaware of Meg's plight, Tank enters the thicket of tall grass. The stranger's scent is rapidly intensifying. Will they get to the other pups first before "Ghost"? Tank sprints through the grass like a track runner, running faster than he's ever ran before. He's desperate to get there in time before tragedy strikes again.

Saja spots the vulture perched on the branch of a camel thorn tree. She's already learned they rarely pose a threat to meerkats but if given the chance when hungry, they will prey on meerkat pups, dead or alive. She shrinks down low and crawls over to Molly for protection. Saja and the vulture make eye contact, but the little pup isn't intimedated. She scowls at the vulture. It's not getting her dead sister's body! So it can forget about that! If it attempts to, she'll fight fiercely to defend it, as well as anyone else it may target.

Ashtail followed Tank, being fueled by adrenaline. Please, please let them be on time! Already having lost Snicker and Triscuit, she didn't know if she could bare witnessing more pups being mercilessly killed. If it was Ghost, he was going to pay for killing Triscuit and Snicker!

After failing to keep up, Meg finds herself falling behind. She peeps, desperately hoping someone would hear her, but she could see that the group was so far in the distance, that her hopes seemed unlikely.

Buckeye charges in the direction of the smell, blissfully unaware of he daughter's plight.

Jackie and Snowflake are also unaware and keep running.

Tank can see an opening in the grass up ahead, but it's too small for him to be able to see what's on the other side. He increases his speed, rapidly advancing towards the end of the grass thicket. The stranger's scent is overpowering, sending his heart rate sky high. His heart would shatter if he discovers Ghost brutally attacking more innocent Willow pups. He's already lost Snicker and Triscuit. If he becomes a spectator of more pups dying by Ghost's claws and jaws, he'll relentlessly pursue the atrocious male until he succeeds in killing him. He's adamant to avenge the deaths of any pups he's killed.

Ashtail manages to hear Meg before getting to far out of her league. She stops running and looks back, noticing she was falling behind. She ran back over to Meg, forgetting about what was happening. She was not going to loose another pup. She picks Meg up by the scruff and then proceeds to follow everyone once more. She'll ensure Meg's safety and will lay down her life to protect her or any of the other pups if this was Ghost.

Molly continued her starring contest with the vulture. You won't be getting this body nor any of these pups... Buzz off bird brain! She growled and bared her fangs, hoping to intimidate the bird.
