ooc: I really don't know yet. I'm still getting back into the swing of things here, and I found out my adopted great grandpa died today so I'm really feeling kinda slackish. But when I do (as I am very well hoping to) there would have been a BIG skip, so prepare for a lot of things to be different.

bic: Ajia looked over and back down. She was really sad about the loss of her cousin and the other two pup. A tear slipped down her face, though she tried to hide it and look strong.

Romeo nuzzled Ajia, reassuring her that things would start to look up soon.

ooc: Ok. That's fine:) Take all the time you need to get settled here first. I'm sorry about your loss:( losing a loved one is always heartbreaking I won't mind the big skip on Stargazers. I expect that's what'll happen when you return.

And ok Meerkats.

Mischka watches Aliya intently. He votes she should evict Kamaria for commiting a heartless act towards 2 innocent, defenseless pups

Saffron's eyes follow Aliya as she inches towards, then confronts Kamaria face to face, her heart palpitating rapidly. What will her verdict be? A beating? bannishment from the mob? They'll find out soon.

Conker smirks as he sees his mother confront Kamaria. She's in for a harsh punishment for sure!

John, Root, and though she didn't want to, Petal, also watch Aliya. What was she going to do? It was going to be some kind of punishment.

Aliya looks into Kamaria's eyes, still unable to instantly deal out a punishment.

Emzio and Suri continue watching Aliya, waiting to see her verdict.

Akita, still knocked out in the burrow, is oblivious to everything happening. Her leg ocassionally twitches, and her head sometimes jerks.

Linda continues to tend to Ninja's injuries. The midnights will pay for this.

Mischka looks back and forth between Aliya and Kamaria, his heart pounding from the suspense of not knowing what the punishment will be. He hopes Aliya will make the right judgement by punishing her harshly.

Conker watches his mother contemplate impatiently. Just rip her to shreds already!

Saffron's heart pounds against her chest as she watches Aliya. When will her decision be made and what will be the punishment? She hopes it won't be too violent.

Below ground, Ninja rests comfortably and quietly, unaware that Kamaria's fate is resting in her sister, Aliya's, paws. Thanks to his nurturing lady, Linda, his wounds no longer sting as unbearably as they did earlier. The burning sensation is still present but it's tolerable and he can focus more on getting some undisturbed rest than having to shift constantly in an attempt to find a position that will dull his discomfort.

Shallow runs back down into the burrow almost falling over Akita from her being knocked out, he looks at her body and nudges her trying to wake her up.

Duke waits for Aliya's verdict. He personally think she should be kicked out, but it's not his choice.

Linda tends to Ninja's injuries some more and cuddles close to him. He's not leaving er sight until he's in a more stable condition.

*Velmarie was still overjoyed to see that they-especially John, had come home safely. She tried to stay out of the way for now, it was critical that the injured were taken care of first. She went into the burrow to help groom Ninja's wounds for awhile, then surfaced to look for John. They had alot of talking to do.*

Upon entering the chamber Akita is unconcious in, Ninji fails to notice her and inadvertantly steps on her tail harshly. The unintentional act startles her, making her think she inflicted an accidental injury on one of the smaller infants, but strangely, no squeak of agony is heard. huh, that's weird, and rather unnerving. As she gazes down, she recognizes almost immediately that the form she stepped on is Akita. She instantly notes the pup is unconcious. Well, that explains why there was no response to the clumsy placement of her paw. Conerned, she nudges Akita, encouraging her to wake up. A few minutes pass of no response from Akita, which panics Ninji. Upon looking up, she takes notice of Shallow attempting to wake her up as well. She squeaks with distress, questioning Shallow. Did he see what happened to the poor girl?

Ninja is resting pleasantly. So far, there aren't any signs that his condition is deteriorating, but he still remains in critical shape, so he'll need to be monitored constantly. His wounds have completely stopped bleeding and the burning sting has faded. Linda, and momentarily Velmarie's, grooming has greatly helped to ease his discomfort and numb the pain, for now. Sadly, his relief from the agony will only be temporary.

Aliya looks at Kamaria once more and peeps softly, I'm sorry... before passing her verdict. She snarls looking into her sisters eyes and peeps. If you leave now, by your own terms, I will not hurt you... If you fail to do this then we WILL force you out of the territory.

Emzio watches Aliya pass verdict happily. As long as Kamaria left instantly, no one would get hurt, right?

Suri also watches. Aliya had made the right decision, but still showed the mercy that Suri respected of her.

What?! A verbal warning is all Kamaria gets? Conker grumbles to himself, not satisfied. He thinks she deserves a much more harsher verdict for ruthlessly killing Kumi's pup and gravely wounding a second. Eventually, he'll learn mercifulness is the way of his family and will grow to respect and admire this side of his compassionate mob.

Unlike Conker, Mischka is satisfied with the verdict. The more he thinks about it, resorting to a nonviolent but stern verdict is the wisest choice. After a day filled with violence, the Jumaa are totally exhausted, mentally and physically, from their battle with the Midnights and Willows. The last thing they need right now to endure more fighting, something they do their best to avoid which is the side of them he greatly admires and respects.

Saffron is relieved Aliya chose to show Kamaria mercy. Now she just hopes Kamaria complies and leaves. She thinks spending days and nights alone out in the vast expanse of the perilous Kalahari will be a good enough punishment for Kamaria.

John also is satisfied with Aliya's verdict. While Kamaria deserved possibly a harsher punishment, Aliya showing mercy was also a respectable thing. She was being wise. The mob were hurt and exhausted. No need for more violence. Hopefully, Kamaria will leave peacefully and not resort into using violence. He wanted to wait to see what Kamaria would do before going to see his lady. He wanted to be sure that Kamaria would leave without a fight. Especially when Aliya could of been much harsher to her.

Root sighs in relief. He was worried a fight would happen. But no... Aliya was giving Kamaria a chance to leave peacefully and not get hurt. Would she heed her sister's warning?

Petal looks at Kamaria. What was she going to do? She possibly would leave quietly and without a fight... She should of known what was coming when she had harmed her nieces/nephews.

Akita, still knocked out, gives no reply to either one of the meerkats trying to wake her up. Her leg twitches.

Unaware of the tension occuring above ground, Ninji is desperately trying to stir Akita. Realizing her effort to wake up the seemingly comatose pup is in vain, she whimpers in despair, stopping her useless nudging. Akita is still breathing but it looks as though she's close to death. Who did this to her? Who ever it was, if she dies, they'll pay for inflicting harm on this innocent pup! She's unaware the meerkat, Kamaria, who is responsible for knocking Akita unconcious is about to be cast out on her own.

Duke watches as Aliya makes a decision, standing ready incase things turn hot.

Tyson is still wondering, unaware of his father's painful ordeal.

Kamaria whined as her sister told her to leave. Why didn't she fight against her instincts?! Thanks to her, she had murdered one of her nieces/nephews and horribly injured another. Already broken from doing what she did, Kamaria lowered her head. She didn't want to fight and risk harming Aliya's unborn litter. Ignoring everyone who gave her looks, she began to walk away. Would she be allowed back in? She didn't know.

John watched as Kamaria left. Good. She seemed to be playing it smart. Hopefully, this would teach Kamaria a lesson and also... Aliya would allow her sister back in the mob. But time will tell. Satisfied, John looked around before spotting Velmarie. Smiling, he ran over to her, nuzzling her affectionately.

Root also watches Kamaria leave. She was making a wise choice. Hopefully, in time, she will be allowed back in the mob.

Petal let out her breath, which she had been holding. Poor Kamaria... But at least she got out of this unharmed. Though her heart was possibly damaged and would take a long time to recover.

Mischka watches Kamaria gradually shrink on the horizon, relieved the situation didn't end in violence. Her choice to comply was wise. It's uncertain whether she'll be allowed back into the group, but he hopes she'll be let back into the Jumaa some day. It's dangerous out there for a lone meerkat. He's worried about her and hopes she stays safe while living alone.

Conker smirks as Kamaria leaves. Good riddance! He's so angry at her that he hopes to never see her again. He hopes she experiences bad karma while living life as an evictee.

Saffron watches with concern as Kamaria lengthens the distance between her and the Jumaa. She hopes some day the adult will be allowed back into the security of the group.

Ajia watched sadly as she heard her mother's final decision. She sighed with her head held low.

Romeo just narrowed his eyes at Kamaria. He felt no pitty. If Kumi was able to fight her insticts to act in aggression, why couldn't Kamaria.

Shallow looks at Ninji, thinking of how to explain it he tells her that akita got knocked out by kamaria, worried he runs to the middle of the burrow and sits there doing nothing.

Hearing that Kamaria was the culprit responsible for knocking Akita unconcious, Ninji freezes up with horrified disbelief. How could an adult she and the rest of the pups trusted do something so callous to an undeserving innocent, delecate little pup? She's unaware Akita attempted to defend Kumi's litter, but was harshly smacked out of the way by the blood thirsty female. The cruel act drives her to want to know why Kamaria injured Akita, but she's far too young to understand the reason. She won't learn about female politics until she's old enough to mate.

Tysons decides to return to his mother and heads back to her chamber, and freezes on shock when he sees the broken body of his father laying against the wall and the smell of blood present.

Aliya watches Kamaria leave, feeling slightly guilty for her decision. At the end of the day, pup killer or not, Kamaria was still her sister. She silently wishes her luck as she vanishes in the distance.

Emzio and Suri both watch Kamaria leave peacefully, both thankful there wasn't any fighting.

Fly watched Kamaria leave... She had actually began to look up to the female... Now she felt alone.

Iblis didn't care and was sitting outside.

Ponda was near his father.
